Angry, depressed & regretful. I honestly feel that my best interest was not a priority in the 1 & only visit with Dr. My skin is obviously permenantly damaged now from the treatment I recieved & that makes me very unhappy. I'm entitled to my opinion from my experience & research,Facts & multiple other opinions . I made this initial appt: & I wish it never happened. I showed up in desperate need & my visit was brief w/minimal explanation of side effects, directions & overall communication. I was asked to purchase a cream "topical Steriod" & this office sells it vs. buying at pharmacy etc. I was asked if I was ok w/the price? Not really but if it's going to solve my concerns ? Then yes I will follow Dr's orders by all means! 2 1/2 days later I'm in a lot of pain & discomfort! I called this Dr 3 times in 1 week seeking a solution for the pain & other side effects & not once was I told to show up for observation. This is awful' I buy the Dr.'s orders & now I have a complete utter nightmare that from my research is not going to heal. I understand a negative review is not good but what about the DAMAGE! Before I followed direction to buy this cream I stated to Dr. that I have read horror stories but he assured me that it takes long term use? What?!!! FALSE! I put my faith & trust & I lost. I cancelled my follow up appt: & found a new Dr. and I found out there is a lower dose cream! Just an awful nightmare that I paid for & from what I've been told I will have to live with. I also have reason to believe my anonymity of treatment is jeapordized in this matter. Angry, Regretful & depressed..... Good Luck to you all.....

Owe my life to Dr Garlapati. Have horrible psoriasis for past 20 years and nobody would LISTEN to me. Every dermatologist kept giving me different versions of the same cream. I was so depressed because no one would take the time to actually listen to me to fix my problem so I went to one last dermatologist even though he is two hours from me. It was the best decision of my life. I have barely any psoriasis left(a little in my ear) but my ENTIRE body is clear. He actually listened and understood my pain and came up with a quick plan to get me better. I wasn't really sure that it would work but after a month when my body was clear I was in tears with my mom because she knows how much this effected my self esteem for the past 15 years. I am forever grateful to you Dr. G and I wish all doctors cared as much as you and were as good as you! Thank you thank you thank. I can live my life in peace :)
