Very professional. Modern and clean environment. Staff is excellent at what they do. In terms of having a dermatologist, I would highly recommend Dr. Donnelly. I had a first time exam, an injection for a cyst, and a wart removed. My entire appointment lasted around 20-25 minutes. My disappointment, and why I am giving four stars, had to do with the cost and billing. I never expected my insurance to get billed for $1500 for this time. Some of the blame is on me for not asking about costs up front. They were very open about skin tags being a cosmetic procedure and showed me the cost if I ever wanted that done. However, being so high in fees, I think they should stress this up front before going forward with any procedures. Most people are not maxing out their deductible in the year. Some people are paying out of pocket. Insurance will reduce the overall out of pocket to around 1/3 of the original cost. Like a dentist, I think medical offices should really try and detail your costs before doing anything as to avoid surprises.

This Dr claimed they give free consultations and then turned around and charged me $200! They hounded me for months on end even after multiple admins and RNs said the consultation was free before I took the appointment but apparently once the dr writes you a script it’s no longer free?! And no one communicated that to me they just started sending bills every week in the mail and blowing up my phone for money. Would not recommend this place!

Unfortunately, I have to give Dr. Donnelly a bad review because her horrible nursing staff is a reflection of her work. Total insensitivity, lack of communication and unprofessionalism from the whole nursing staff. If you have anything other than a cosmetic problem, do not waste your time. I started treatment there mid-August for psoriasis and after months and months of me having to "babysit" the nurses, I'd finally had enough. I was left to fix the problems they created every step of the way. At one point, they called me an hour before my appointment to tell me they did not have the paperwork they needed. I never talked to the same nurse twice, and none of the nurses ever knew what was going on. Every time they needed to refer me to another doctor or fill out paperwork, they dropped the ball. It really concerns me how this office runs its practice. I'm writing this to save others from the stress & emotional trauma that I went through while receiving treatment here. Dr. Donnelly might be kind, but her nursing staff unfortunately ruined the whole experience. If you are considering becoming a patient of hers, I beg you to reconsider.

She was very nice.. however she prescribed a cream she made that made my face hard as concrete. I could not even make a facial expression! I asked for the same cream that the doctor before her gave me. I only came there because that is where he used to be. After telling her the results of this creme, her recommendation was to use it anyway. She said the other cream was too strong for my face. The other cream worked and hers did not. I felt that she was steering the use of her own non working product, and not familiar with african american skin, and wanting me to continue use . She also prescribed some pills to me in the past that were for heart faliure, but had a side affect of clearing up your skin!! I ended up in emergency.. I do not recommend her at all. Dr Schidler used to be in that office , and he was the absolute best, thats why I came there. This woman has no reguard for your medical history when she prescribes meds apparently. There is no way I would have continued using that stuff.

Dr. Donnelly and the team do a great job. They take time to get to know me as a person, and their exams are thorough. When they find something that needs treatment, they explain what is happening and why and what what the implications are for me. Then they explain carefully how they are going to treat me and why, as well as how to care for myself afterwards. All through the process, they check to make sure I understand, and any questions are welcomed. I always have the option to say yes or no to a treatment, and I've never felt that they recommended anything frivolous. Dr. Donnelly have continued the tradition of excellence and client focus started by Dr. Shideler long ago. Highly recommended!

This was my first visits to a dermatologist I have had. Hopefully one of the last for many years, but that’s not this office’s fault, they’re great so far! For the doctor herself, She was very friendly and detailed in the process. Very good with patient relationship and helpful advice. I recommend her. That said, given the often *really* frustrating nature of insurance and medical charges, I tend to put billing as my number 1 concern with doctors these days. Specifically their transparency for it. What I was most pleased about was that, during the procedure she made a concerted effort to keep explicitly mentioning the costs and nature of the billing at each step. And best of all, at no point did I feel in a “sales situation” and that made me very happy. I was given options, but not pressured to go forward with them. I was very happy that she and her billings staff, whom I called ahead of time, were upfront about pricing. One of the concerning things I found researching dermatology specifically, is how prone it can be to surprises. Given some things fall under “cosmetic” in nature. So I would say, if you’re willing to put in the effort to talk to the staff and doctor here (and your insurance obviously) before committing to anything, I don’t think you should have any surprises.
