Personal and thorough care. I’m so glad for the time we had with Dr. Price. Worth it for the peace of mind and kind attention. We highly recommend this practice for newborn care.

*On behalf of Grey, Serge, & Becca* Dr.Price is INCREDIBLE!! I contacted her on a Wednesday at 1am regarding my daughter's 13% weight loss from her birth weight. My hope was to exclusively breastfeed but our pedetrician recommended we supplement with formula so I called her to figure out our problem. Dr.Price called me in the early morning on Thursday to coordinate a day to conduct a home visit. Dr.Price came over on Thursday and spent 4 hours with us. She did an in-depth examination and history collection of myself and my daughter. Dr.Price tested my daughter's poop and found that there was blood in her stool. Dr.Price was able to figure out the root cause of my daughter's inablity to gain the weight. Dr.Price recommended I cut out lactose after finding blood in her stool ( as my daughter is lactose intolerant ; which she discovered through her indepth examination) . Dr.Price recommended we execute a feeding plan which consisted of supplementing with my pumped milk, showed me more effective breast feeding positions, recommend a shift system for my husband and I in order to be more effective caregivers, showed my how to use the Breastpump and what size flange to use, encouraged daily weights and stool observations to be sent to her so she could continue guiding us. She gave us her reassurance and support to continue breastfeeding. It was refreshing and incredible how she got to the root problem and the recommendations she provided really helped resolve our daughter's weight loss. As Dr.Price pointed out that needing to supplement with formula, donor milk, or mom's milk is fine but you have to FIRST figure out what's causing the child to not gain weight. Outcomes due to Dr.Price: - After two weeks of birth and 3 days out daughter was past her birth weight - After two weeks of Dr.Price's visit our daughter's stool was the mustard yellow color and she was NO LONGER fussy after her feedings ( as lactose had left my milk supply) - My milk supply began to increase ( due to pumping and diet change ) - Our daughter seemed SO more relaxed in general - Our daughter continues to gain weight and grow in height - Dr.Price spoke with our pedetrician regarding her findings and as a result our pedetrician then tested our daughter's stool for blood At our next Pedetrician Appointment Summary of Visit: -It went super well! - All her growth is in the upward trajectory - Weighed 7 lbs 7 ounces at her month Appointment( birth weight was 6 lbs 13 ounces but then droped 13% ) - Grew half an inch - No thrush - Is very healthy - No blood in stool - Continuing our exclusive breastfeeding - Continuing my lactose free free diet - Poop is mustard yellow & clumpy - Our pedetrician was VERY impressed by Dr.Price and her in- depth work Honestly hands down an AMAZING pedetrician/ lacation consultant/ human being!! I / we truly can't stay enough good things about Dr.Price. As a new mom she gave my family and I the tools, support, and guidance we needed to push through and continue breastfeeding. We are SO thankful to Dr.Price!!! Life's GREAT
