I can't say enough good about WSWH! I had my first baby with another practice and the two practices aren't even comparable. WSWH delivered my last two babies and they are so calm and made you feel like you were actually part of all the decision making. Which when you are in a vulnerable moment in life this is what you want! My husband was also a huge fan that they talked to him like a person and cared about him as much as they did for me during the whole process. I am done with babies but I will continue to see them for my women's health for many years to come!!

Dr. Cardone is horrible! I'm glad she recently stopped delivering. Her bedside manner and Doctor-patient relationship is terrible. She has to be one of the most pretentious Doctors I have ever met. It might be time for her to retire. Everyone else there including, the Doctors, nurses and admin staff are just wonderful! They are the reason I have not left this practice.

The website for West Suburban Women's Health indicates that the practice accepts United Healthcare insurance, and United Healthcare's website indicates that West Suburban Women's Health is an in-network provider. But when I called to schedule an OB appointment, I was told that the practice actually does not accept United Healthcare. When I advised the receptionist that the practice website said otherwise, I received the strange response that "they don't cover the claims," presumably meaning that the practice has had issues with United Healthcare paying for billed services?? It was a weird experience, and I was disappointed. West Suburban Women's Health could obviously do a better job of managing its online presence.

The staff here is patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I had my son with WSWH and have continued on as a patient ever since, so I believe I have had experiences with most if not all of the staff. Never a bad experience.

Honestly the women who answer the phone at the front desk are so rude I genuinely hate calling in to reschedule an appointment or ask a question I wish there was a direct number to call my doctor instead of having to go through some of them, I will say not all of them are rude but some are and I wish whoever owned this facility would screen the calls more often and listen to how these women talk to people sometimes, I understand dealing with patients and constant calls and sometime rude individuals takes a toll on people but if you don't know how to buckle down and block that type of negativity out and give each patient the due respect they deserve instead of taking your frustrations from a previous encounter out on the next person then you shouldn't be in this line of work. Point blank.

Very difficult front reception desk staff. When you call they put you on hold, where you wait too long Finally spoke to Desiree Hough, She does not listen, repeats herself several times. Gave her the information and still came back to the same question. It should not be that hard to get an appt. Decided to find a new doctor. When to Dupage Medical Group.

I moved in the middle of my first pregnancy, and was desperate to find great care - WSWH was recommended to me by my initial OBGYN. I was SUPER pleased with ALL the Doctors and with my first delivery (which I was super nervous about). Here I am at the end of my 2nd pregnancy and still so happy with my care! Highly recommend this group of spectacular doctors/women!

I had to update my review because of the frustration I’ve had with the recently. My birth control prescription was not renewed which I found out by the pharmacy calling me. We were set to travel to Europe about a week from then, and I needed a refill since I’d be gone two week. So I called the office and found out I needed to have my annual exam to get the birth control refilled - so i asked for the next appointment. That wasn’t available till 3 weeks after we got back from Europe

I absolutely love this group! I will always remember the feeling of sisterhood that this group shares with you. They made me feel welcome and excited and nurtured from beginning to end. My first pregnancy was complicated with sudden onset preeclampsia and 35 week delivery. I was monitored closely and when it was time, I knew I was in the very best hands. I did not have any complications with my second or third pregnancies but was monitored closely and given great care throughout. Dr Carpenter, Dr Cardone & Dr Murray, you will always have a special place in our hearts and I’m thankful for your help to deliver our three greatest gifts!

We had a great experience with WSWH practice delivering my third baby recently! I transferred to this group in my third trimester as the doctor in the practice I was consulting before moved to another practice far away; I'm glad I came to WSWH. Special thanks to Dr. Malone who delivered the baby (which was a healing experience), she was very supportive and encouraging for my VBAC; and also thanks to Dr. Janice for the care she provided during the last few visits of my pregnancy.
