Dr and medical staff were fine but waiting area staff were horrible. Had to submit fmla paperwork twice because they "lost" it. Staff seemed unaware of what fmla even was. Staff were rude and failed to return calls.

This entire office and doctors are the best my mom been going to them every since she found out she was pregnant with my sisters and I and we’re 24 and 21 and now we’re following her shoes and they’re delivering our children I would never change doctor buildings.....

The people working in this office are very un-organized and un-professional. I have left messages with no return call. I was also put on hold and the lady never came back to the phone. They need to clean house and fire the entire front office staff.

This place is horrible the lady janette that picks up the phone hangs up on ppl she lies saying they fill out fmla forms even though they lost it this place is very unprofessional will never go back here there full of liars

Went here for my first 2 trimesters of pregnancy. Cigna kicked me off their insurance after finding out I was pregnant. I scrambled to find something but ended up having to get on temporary medicaid to continue going to my appointments. I called west end to tell them I can no longer go to their clinic because of my insurance change. I was upset and stressed out being in my third trimester and having no established doctor anymore. West end called me back and assured me they do take temporary medicaid and I can continue my care through them. I was incredibly relieved. Went to my appointment 4 days later and was told they dont take temporary medicaid. After being CALLED BACK to be told they do take it. Because of them lying to me I was back to having no prenatal care in my third trimester. Drove 30 minutes there for them to type in my information over and over and then say they don't take it. I then got on new insurance but after them lying to me I refuse to go back. Not trustworthy people.

Not sure about doctor but people who work here are unorganized non professionals. Wrong address was provided for the doctors appointment (same as online), finally reached there 15 minutes late because of incorrect address which I confirmed if it’s ok to come and they told us to yes. When I reached there they cancelled our appointment. Doubt I can ever go back there. I am pretty sure they turn people down in urgent needs too.
