Here you will see all the feddbacks of real people like you who are buying the products and services of The Group - Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, P.C. (Doctor) in Illinois.
At present this business gets a score of 4.2 stars over 5 and that rating has been calculated on 176 reviews.
You must have seen that it reaches an opinions average is quite high, and it's founded on a very high number of opinions, so we can conclude that the score is very credible. If people have bothered to value when they are happy with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to give evaluations when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

This was my first visit and everyone was very friendly. I saw Kristi Bullock. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. She was easy to talk to and answered my questions. She also gave me very relevant information and conducted a thorough examination. I highly recommend her and The Group.
My son is active duty Navy. His wife, a veteran. His father retired Air Force, having served 3 deployments in Iraq. I too, am a veteran. My son and his beautiful pregnant wife will be returning to the Quad Cities at the end of September, to visit family. I called The Group to inquire about a 3D ultra sound, which my husband and I would pay for in cash. I explained to the scheduler, that my son was in the Navy, stationed in Virginia Beach. I asked if we could pay cash for a 3D ultrasound so we could have a gender reveal party while they were home, surrounded by family. The scheduler asked if she was a current patient. Um, no. (There's just some things that can't be fixed) My request was denied because only current patients can receive such services. I called back and spoke with a 2nd person. Again explained the situation. Again turned down, because my son's wife who is going through her pregnancy while supporting her active duty husband, away from family, is not a current patient. We were not looking for a handout. Our only mission was to give some joy to this family who sacrifice SO MUCH to serve their country. Because of the sacrifices these families make, we in the USA have choices! Please choose wisely.
My first time meeting Mary Johnson and I absolutely love her! She has such a warm personality and definitely makes the experience less awkward!
The doctors and nurses are very nice as well as the facility, but the administrative team is absolutely awful. Every time I have gone they mess up something with my billing or test results or prescriptions. For example, I had an appointment this morning, they asked where I want my prescription sent and I told them. I showed up to my pharmacy hours later and they said they had not even received a call from the doctors office. The worst part is they don't even care. You'll tell them your. problem and they will just say that they'll have someone call you back, which they never do. I won't be returning.

I've had a wonderful experience here at the Group. They made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed, and I always left this place satisfied. What a wonderful crew they have.
Dr.Aaronson is the BEST! Wonderful assistants. Very caring and thorough!
I LOVE The Group and every person I have encountered....just like any place, you will have your favorite people/staff but everyone has always been very professional and caring towards me. I have had 2 less than ideal pregnancies and I fully credit The Group for taking the best care of us. They were on top of my medical care and I credit them with the great outcome we had with our premature child. Regarding wait times: Having to wait for an appointment is an unfortunate occurrence in any medical office....I have had to wait but when my appointment comes around I don't ever feel rushed. They still give me their full attention when they are with me in the room and I appreciate that. I feel that some of these reviews have been written in a slightly unfair manner and I truly hope that they don't deter anyone from at least checking out The Group.
Both of my daughters were delivered by midwives of The Group. I couldn't have asked for better support throughout my pregnancies and deliveries. Having suffered three miscarriages before, all the midwives took the time to make me feel comfortable and answer any questions or concerns I had. When it came time to deliver, I didn't care which midwife I had as I truly believe they are all amazing and will do a fantastic job. I always recommend The Group to any of family or friends that are expecting.
Great experience as usual at The Group. Kristi is awesome and caring, I love seeing her! I was roomed by a "personality plus" girl who I think was named Kim. I highly recommend The Group to anyone.
When do they start checking for dilation
This place is such a great place to go for when your ready to start a family. Staff is very friendly and you don't have to go many places because they do alot in just the one building!
Very horrible experience. I went in for a ultrasound to check on my baby. My baby was 9 weeks but unfortunately there was no heartbeat and i miscarried. Very sad time for me. I met with Dr. Kenneth L. Naylor m.d. and he had told me i shouldnt be too upset because i already have 2 children at home. Very upsetting time for me and that was just not what i wanted to hear while im going through this horrible time. I dont plan on coming back.
This place is a mess. Very unorganized, minimum 20 minute wait when we come in for a scheduled appointment. We waited in the waiting room for almost an hour once and we finally went up to the front desk and asked what was going on, and they told us that they forgot to check us in! Don't even bother with the midwives. They don't know what they're doing. I was under the impression that they were supposed to take a more natural approach. That is until one of them recommended my pregnant wife in her first trimester take Tylenol for her headache. One for the midwives also mis-diagnosed her for a condition that she didn't have and we found that out after an emergency room visit. A few nurses that answer the phone here act like they couldn't care less about you when you have a concern as stated in previous reviews. We are currently going through the doctors instead of the midwives after asking them what the difference is between the 2 at they're location. They couldn't even answer that question which is why after the bad experience we opted to switch from the midwives to the doctors. The doctor aren't much better by the way. The ultrasound tech was the worst we've ever had too. Very rude and rushed through the process. It seems that the only thing the people want to do here is collect their commission from writing prescriptions as well as your money and send you on your way with their careless attitude. We'll definitely be keeping our eyes open for a different OB/GYN to go to for our next baby! Update: went in for my wife to get her blood taken and the nurse carelessly blew her vein and showed the least bit of concern
I have not physically gone to my first appointment at The Group, however I have called to make an appointment from a referral and have found the receptionist rude and disconcerning. This is my first baby and I am relatively new to the area. Should I find another doctors office or hope the doctors do not carry over the same attitude. First impressions say a lot especially when I am already nervous. SUGGESTIONS??????
Im shocked at the low grade they have received. I'm so impressed with this place! As soon as you walk in they make you feel welcome any questions I've had have been answered as long as I've asked. What i love more is everytime I've had a personal woman issue they call me back right away with a solution. The midwives are amazing as well i delivered my second child and will be delivering my 3rd with them.
very rude staff, will be switching to an entire different place asap
I have gone to this group for years and I love them!!! They are so professional, friendly, and accommodating. They are great listeners and truely care for their patients. My practitioner has even given me her cell phone number in case I have any worries or questions. When I have called she has always been available or has gotten back to me within the same day. I would highly recommend this place to for anyone's pregnancy or gynecology care.
I had a wonderful experience with the midwives for the birth of our 2nd child. After a relatively traumatic delivery with our 1st (with another Dr, in another state), I felt like my own well-being was considered this time too, not just baby's. The midwife Pam was truly amazing for me at delivery. So much support and encouragement. I'll be forever grateful.
I love Doctor Aronson, she is very personable, takes the time to explain everything in detail and puts you at ease, also loved her nurse. The staff at the front desk also are always very friendly and welcoming.

I was scheduled for a bone density test. Everyone I came into contact with was efficient and friendly. I didn't have to wait more than five minutes before or after the test. Mary spoke with me afterwards concerning my results and was particularly knowledgeable in explaining everything to me. All in all, a pleasant experience.
I can't even imagine doing without my Doctor at The Group. She is always in touch when tests are ongoing. That is a great big plus when you have ongoing problems. And, so friendly and supportive. There are not words to express my appreciation for Dr Aronson.
After a billing issue with the insurance company (not my fault), they took me to court for the bill that the insurance company was supposed to pay. Insurance company pays most of it, they send me a threatening letter about wage garnishment if I didn't pay this bill. The doctor told me she would make sure it got filed properly to ensure that I wouldnt have to pay a bunch of money just to get my IUD taken out, which...I should have just done myself. There are other OBGYNs who care more about patients and good customer service than they do about trying everything possible to ruin your life and your credit over a couple hundred dollars. If I would have known, I never would have gone there.
I hate going here. They never tell me anything or offer any services, haven't talked about parenting classes or touring the birthing center. I'm not even sure where I'm supposed to go when I do deliver. They don't tell me what I'm not supposed to eat or medicines I can't take, everything I've learned I've either Googled or saw on a pregnancy app. Nobody told me I shouldn't lay on my back and I don't know how to take care of a newborn. I give birth in a month and everytime I go there they make me wait over an hour just to see a doctor for 4 minutes to measure me (sometimes not even from the right spot) and than say I need to pay for another ultrasound since my belly is big. I'm on my 4th ultrasound already. Than they say okay you good? And that's it. This is my first child I wish I wouldnt have went the doctor route I see a different doctor every single visit and it's impossible to get a regular appointment so I can request the time off of work. When I give birth I'm debating just showing up at trinity or seeing if I can switch to one of their doctors. If you do go here pick one of their midwives they might actually take the time to help you
This place is a joke. At my second appointment I was not checked in and waited for almost an hour before going and complaining to the receptionist. Then, I was seen by a student, because the midwife was too busy to see me (because I was never checked in) and the student did a way better job than any other midwife or doctor that I've seen. These problems should've deterred us, but we decided to give them another chance. First, I started with the midwives and that was a complete waste of time - they act clueless and misdiagnosed me with an infection that I didn't have (which had to be confirmed by the ER.) Then, I switched to the doctors and most of them seem just as clueless and they are very rude. They will rush you into the room, do a QUICK exam of the baby's heartbeat and measurements and rush out. My husband and I have been given different information at every appointment and most recently we asked to see a hand-held ultrasound of our baby to make sure that everything is going well and the doctor said that the machines were "being used in other rooms" and that we couldn't see him. Our appointment was about an hour long and she never checked to see if the machine was available before making that comment. At our 20 week ultrasound we had a horrible ultrasound technician - she was also rude and took HORRIBLE pictures of our baby. They give you a disk of images that they took during the ultrasound and our disk has 11 images and there are about 5 of them that are actually worth looking at. I have called many times to ask questions about test results and they will always take a message to give to a nurse, but be prepared to wait no less than 4 hours to recieve a call back from them (if you recieve one back at all). They expect you to spend all of your money on prenatal care, yet the care is awful. I have never felt important to them - I'm just another number. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another place for your prenatal care.
I've been with The Group since my first child in 1996. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them!
Just because it's bigger, it's not better. Living between Tex and Iowa, made an appt and let them know I had to fly in for appt. Came in yesterday and she said your appt isn't till September 28th. Then the lady sitting next to her said that was the 2nd person today with same issue. Mind you this just 8:30 In the morning. Never tried to fit me in when they knew i flew in. Never received an apology. 2nd gripe, everytime I made an appt, they get you in but Always leave you sitting naked no less than 30 minutes. Love my Dr but the place is not runner with poor customer, patient care.
I started going to The Group when I was pregnant with my daughter 10 years ago. I chose a midwife to deliver my baby so I was sure to have 1 of the 3 wonderful midwives that I met throughout my pregnancy. I have continued to go to The Group for my birth control and yearly exam. All staff has always been nice and friendly. I particularly liked Pam Thorpe. She was very sweet. I would definitely recommend The Group to any woman as a quality ob & gyn.
I've had a wonderful experience with the Dr.s at The Group! I had a chance to meet all of them prior to the birth of my first child, but really connected with two Dr.s whom I saw most often. Dr. Day especially did very well with my husband and I, explaining certain procedures, taking time to hear our concerns, and truly answer our questions. She ultimately delivering our son via a "surprise" C-section and was also very open to working with our birth doula. I have also been very impressed with the professionalism and caring nature of the nurses and techs in which I have come in contact with at The Group. In one example, a hand-full of staff even stayed after hours in order to assist with an in-office procedure for me.
I chose the Group because they "specialize" in high risk pregnancies and I had nothing but good experiences with them when I was pregnant with my first child in 2010. Yet this pregnancy at almost every appointment I've been made to feel as if I am not wanted as a patient there. I feel like they are trying to force me to have my prenatal care transferred to Iowa City (which I am strongly opposed to) soley because of my weight/bmi. It is very stressful and degrading to be told over and over and over again by a medical professional to transfer my care because their doctors don't like to work with patients with high bmi's. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because of my weight. They have even gone as far as to cancel appointments because they feel it would be a waste of their time and efforts to go ahead with the appointment because of my bmi. It sucks to even be having to deal with this. I shouldn't have to be looking for a new OB/GYN in my third trimester as if being pregnant isn't stress enough.
I love to this facility office. All the Dr, midwifes have a lot experience. Any questions I ask they inform answer really clearly and make you comfortable. All the nurses there really friendly, bathroom really clean. I have 2 children but for both pregnancies I went to OBGYN both time. Will definitely recommended THE GROUP for anyone I know. Best of best!
Easy checkin w friendly staff, however I don't like verbally confirming my information w the staff for all to hear. I found the place to be very sterile, no reading material in waiting area. Love Dr Naylor and his nurse, Lisa
I was told to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment to make sure that I am checked in so I make sure to be 20 minutes early. After I am checked in I waited a very short time to get taken to a room but once I am placed in a room I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. This happens every time I go to be seen. The doctor I go to is amazing so I deal with the wait but to know that I need to basically schedule in 2 hours for an apt that will last about 15 minutes is absolutely ridiculous.
I started the Weight Management Program in November 2016. I am down 60 lbs and so close to my goal weight. I am so thankful that I took the leap to start the program! My "team", Rachel, Taylor, and Ally, are so awesome. They have helped me stay are track and keep me motivated. I know this is a change I can stick with forever. I can't thank them enough.
The receptionist was welcoming the nurses were amazing. But the doctor made my daughter feel a little uncomfortable she's young and he didn't take that into consideration. I'm hoping for a better experience with the doctor next time.
Everyone is kind and helpful. By far one of the best medical practices I’ve been to. Environment is very friendly and it is clear they have your best interests at heart! They are also very prompt and clear with scheduling appointments. Been here several times and every time I leave very happy and satisfied with the level of care I’ve received.
Staff was great! Didn't wait long at all in the waiting room or the exam room! Everything was explained step by step. Thank you!
Highly recommend! Wonderful, Caring, knowledgeable staff. Loved the midwives and trusted them with both of my pregnancies and deliveries.
I truly appreciate the service at the Group. I came from another obgyn and almost cried because I had no idea how much better it could be. I also love Dr. Day, she's a caring and knowledgeable woman. I like how well she explains what's going on with me and listens to my concerns.
Worst patient care ive ever had.
Always a great professional place. Been going to the group for 27 years.
As much as I like the staff, I felt rushed both times I've been there for my yearly. I waited undressed, wrapped in a sheet freezing for about 30-40 minutes. When my NP did my exam, it seemed (imo) like she just wanted to hurry up and get through the visit.
Everyone-Kind caring did everything possible to make sure you understood what was happening and to make you as comfortable as possible.
Trying to find an OB/GYN was really scary, and going to the appointment was nerve-wracking. However, I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Every nurse and doctor I had took the time to explain what they were doing and what to expect. They were patient, kind, and thorough.
Love Joann Neilson she is so thorough and so caring. Everyone there is great. Been going there along time!
I was treated with kindness and respect each step of the way, from check in, ultrasound, lab work, etc. Dr. Van Rybroek is professional and caring.
I have been with the group since my first pregnancy in 2011. I absolutely love love love them. Extremely help and genuine.
The receptionist was welcoming the nurses were amazing. But the doctor made my daughter feel a little uncomfortable she's young and he didn't take that into consideration. I'm hoping for a better experience with the doctor next time.
Had the worst experience! Would not recommend anyone to go here. TRUST ME! Find another doctor that's far away from this practice. If you new my story, you most definitely would. Wish I had the option to give them zero stars.
I have always felt cared for and heard at The Group! I transferred to the doctors from another local practice when I was pregnant with my first baby - 3 kids and many years later I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Everyone was friendly! I saw a new doctor yesterday and she made me feel like I was her only patient for the day! I didn't feel rushed at all!
I started going here when I first found out I was pregnant. The receptionists, nurses & midwives were all wonderful. I was always seen within 10 mins of my appointment date. The nurses would return my calls within the hour if I had a pregnancy question. The midwives were all very supportive in my decisions to remain active & deliver naturally. Trisha delivered our baby & used the spinning baby techniques to help move baby out. My only complaint is I wish I could make a payment online on my account.
I loved everything about my experience with The Group. The midwives were awesome, the prenatal yoga offered created such a great atmosphere for pregnant momma's. I can't wait for my next pregnancy so I can get back to The Group more often :-)
Just on hold for 20 min. Answering machines have been around for 30 years. Disappointing.... I understand some of the other comments better. Front desk staff seems to be an issue here, billing, sceduleing,
Mary Johnson is great! Highly recommend her!
Awesome practice, I recently moved back to the area and have not had the best of luck with establishing new physicians in the area so when it came to a new OBGYN I was not looking forward to it. However, The Group exceeded all my expectations. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks from the time I first called. We did the majority of the questions/medical history ahead of time. Check in was a breeze. The facility is very nice, new, modern and set up in a very inviting way. I had an appointment in the middle of the day (which I was sure would drag out my wait time and take forever) I waited maybe five minutes to be seen. Once I was back in my room it was maybe another five minute before the PA was in my room ready to go. Lets be honest no one enjoys their annual lady visit but Kristi was awesome. She has a very inviting personality which made the visit completely comfortable. When I scheduled the appointment they noted one of the reasons I was there incorrectly and when I informed them why I was there instead they were able to switch gears without hesitation. Answered every question I had, I didn't feel rushed at all. We decided to run some labs during my visit and I was literally able to walk out of my patient room into the lab chair and have my blood drawn. My entire visit took 40 minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I was back in my car!
Mary Johnson is amazing!
I have been going to the group since moving to Davenport over 36 years ago and they have been providing consistently excellent service all these years!
Wonderful experience with this group!
I used the group since I had my first child. It's a beautiful facility with caring and professional practictioners. When my insurance company gave me grief, the billing people stepped in and handled it swiftly and professionally so I didn't have to. I am very grateful for their services.
I've been going the "The Group" for nearly 15 years. The midwife Beth delivered both of my children. She followed my birth plan to the letter and was just fantastic! I've also had great experiences with the nurses that work with the midwives, if you're having any lady part health issues they WILL get to the bottom of it. My only compliant is that people without insurance only get a 30% discount when they pay cash same day and other doctor offices have a higher discount rate. I know insurance companies are paying less than 70% of their bill.
I love coming here! Best decision I've made for a gyno provider. I love the atmosphere and the staff are very nice:) it's also easy to pay my bill and see my results off their online patient portal after my appointments. My doctor makes me feel like I'm priority. She listens to all if my questions and concerns and never rushes our appointment. I plan on being a lifer here. I actually look forward to my appointments here.
I found The Group when I first found out I was pregnant. It seemed ok, but I really didn't like the fact that I didn't have a specific doctor. I figured that's just the way it was so I didn't do anything about it. Right after my third trimester, I started getting bleeding and unbelievable pain and was in the emergency room 2 days in a row. The second day, the ER doctor said I was in the process of miscarrying. My fiance and I were devastated and we let our families know and they were upset as well. Following procedure, we made a follow-up appointment at The Group. They did another ultrasound and check-up and they told us I was not going to miscarry and they were adamant that ER got it wrong and said everything was in order. We were over joyed and told our family the good news. Later that evening I ended up miscarrying. Now I know that The Group was in no way responsible for that miscarriage, but that false hope they gave us was ridiculous. To be so sure that I was fine only 6 hours before I miscarried...and the fact that they couldn't see something the ER was able to detect scares me. I would think that a company that specializes in pregnancy would have even more insight than an ER. I will not be going back when we try again. Since this, I have heard so many bad things about this place that even furthers my conviction to find somewhere else.
Staff is friendly & helpful. Dr Jana Van Rybroek was so knowledgeable and answered my questions patiently. JoAnn Neilson, Nurse Practioner, is also knowledgeable and does my yearly exam. I think this is a wonderful place for women’s medical needs.
My experiences at the Group have always been phenomenal. I have 3 healthy children and prior to that suffered several miscarriages. All of the nurses and physicians have been sensitive to my needs and provided exceptional care during the most happiest times of my life as long as very difficult painful moments as well. I can’t imagine going anywhere than the Group!
I normally have a good experience with this office but I've been waiting for a response from my doctor for two days now and still nothing. I've called 3 times and all they say is they will get back to me.
More money hungry than anything else. Will pay off my balance and never return.
I had an interesting experience at this clinic. The provider I saw and people who drew my blood were very nice and willing to answer my questions. However, I was taken aback by almost everyone else I encountered during my first visit. Both front desk people and the lady who took my initial questionnaire in the patient room were a little blunt and borderline rude and would cut me off mid-sentence. I had to call weeks later to get my lab tests back, and when I did call, the person on the end of the line was rude and sounded annoyed to be helping me. Little comments made during my visit and phone call just rubbed me a very wrong way. I would recommend that staff at this clinic take the time to review customer service and therapeutic communication. I will not be returning due to this experience and the fact that I live closer the University of Iowa, where I could probably find nicer people. It's unfortunate because the women's health field could really benefit from clinics like these, so it would sadden me if my experience was a shared one.
I was nervous to go somewhere new after my doctor moved out of state but a referral from my PCP was made here with the assurance that I'd have a good experience. My only complaint was that I had an unusually long wait (almost an hour) and wasn't offered am explanation as to why. Whether it was a fluke and I was forgotten somehow or the doctor was running very behind, didn't really matter to me. My feedback there is simply that I would have liked to know what happened. I was assisted by very helpful staff in every area of my visit, though. The women working at the front desk were friendly, patient, and efficient. The nurse who ended up doing my intake was very apologetic for my wait and did put me at ease right away when she helped me. My new Doctor's (Barclay) nurse was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding, not to mention professional. And Dr Barclay was, as everyone had told me, just great. She listened to all my worries and answered all my questions in a caring and professional manner. She was thorough with taking my background and offered me several options in monitoring my health issue, explaining them to me between the least and the most invasive what the benefits and risks would be. So far I am overall very pleased with changing to The Group and would recommend them. Aside from the staff, the building is beautiful and welcoming-looking. It's decorated in a modern way that looks very polished. And they have a nice little children's area for any little ones along for visits which I would've appreciated a lot when my child was younger.
I love the fact that there’s no rush to get you through. Can ask questions without feeling embarrassed or ignorant. Very personable. Appointments are timely. Atmosphere is pleasant.
I used to love the Group! But after billing issues (which I had no control over) with insurance (I was on my moms at the time then got on my own during my second pregnancy) they sued me. They first sent a threatening letter about wage garnishment. Then another notice in the mail saying I had court with them otherwise I would be sued, BUT I didn’t get the letter until AFTER the court date. So I was unaware of the court date and got sued in the process. I went in October last year (my last time going there) to check on my IUD and since I had outstanding bills (as to which we were working on paying off — we had a payment plan set up), they told me over the phone “consider this as a favor”. It was rude, you shouldn’t be turning down patients because of bills they ARE paying off! The group is really your only choice for an obgyn in the Davenport area. So for future children (and to check on my IUD as you’re supposed to do yearly), I’m kind of out of luck.. and it sucks because I love the doctors and other staff there!

Amazing nurses and staff!!
I see Jo Neilson, ARNP, every year for my annual exam. She is amazing! She’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I highly recommend her!
Wonderful doctors. Every doctor or nurse my wife has seen have been happy and excited. We've never waited too long to see the doctor. The 24 hour nurse call line is great to get rid of your fears and answer simple questions.
I have been going to The Group for many years for regular gynecology care. I also returned to the doctors at The Group for my prenatal care after U of I released me during my pregnancy following IVF. I saw several doctors and had great experiences with them all. Every once in awhile, I had a longer wait time, but that was usually when I had end of the day appointments. I have long waits at my general practitioner's office at that time of the day, too. Every nurse, doctor, nurse practitioner, and technician I have seen at The Group has been professional and caring. The doctors always took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which to me, justifies the occasional long wait, because they were answering questions for their other patients, who might be scared or unsure about what is happening to them. I will continue going to The Group for check ups and should I find myself pregnant again in the future, I know I can count on the same, loving care I received the last time.
I love going here! I'm on my 2nd child and chose to see the midwives with both my first and this pregnancy. All my questions always get answered and everyone is so friendly. They are considerate when doing ultrasounds and have asked me both times if I'd like to know the gender or keep it a secret. Only negative thing I could say is that sometimes the wait is long because they get busy, but my midwife always apologizes for making me wait and I totally understand that they get busy. I recommend The Group to everyone and have several friends who also go there and love it too.
I've been going to the Group since I was pregnant with my first daughter 20 years ago. They are very professional, friendly and talk to you on a personal level. I now have 2 of my 3 daughters going there for female problems as teenagers. They have been very knowledgable and helpful in that area as well as for my pregnancies. I would recommend them to anyone!
The Group offers Top-Notch care in the QC! Dr. Lyndsey Day and staff are always so calm, caring and assuring. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
I followed the doctor I have seen for over 17 years to the Group to never see her. Over the years they have given me the wrong medication when I miscarried then treated me like another cow in the annoying heard. They have a few fantastic doctors including Pinc and MaryAnn but does not make up for a few bad staff and mistakes. Today is my last straw as I have been through the ringer this year. I am 10 minutes late for my early morning appointment and the front desk was down right rude and I could hear her talking about me to other staff members because she thought I shouldn't be seen. I will be finding a new doctor after 17 years.
I have been a patient at The Group for 2 years and feel like I have received great care. The facility is beautiful. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors have always been so friendly and welcoming. I am now pregnant and know that I am getting the best care from great physicians. I recommend this office to all of my friends and family for their Ob/Gyn needs!
I love love the midwives here!! Melissa And Laura are amazing!!! Very caring compassionate employees, nurses and assistants
The services were ok but the billing department is terrible. I had NST test done and they sent me to Genesis because they couldn't complete the test. I was never informed that Genesis will bill me for this specific test. The obgyn couldnt see everything that's why they sent me. Now obgyn is reluctant to talk about the details of why it happened, the simple answer is they want me to pay Genesis.
I’ve had two appointments there so far, and I am not impressed. I met with a nurse practitioner there who is nice and all, but I felt very rushed and I felt as though she didn’t listen to a word I said. I told her about a diagnosis that I had received a year earlier (with ultrasounds and lab work to prove it) and she insisted that they do their own lab work there. I thought, OK maybe this will help me get more answers. So I go in for a second appointment, I get an ultrasound done and blood drawn, then they have me wait in a room. I waited for 40 minutes, then I happened to check my watch right when the same nurse practitioner came in. She spent exactly 60 seconds with me (I checked my watch when she left) and only told me what I already knew and had told her at the previous appointment. So, now I have a $200 bill (after insurance) and nothing but frustration to show for it. I NEVER say bad things about doctors and healthcare workers because I get that their jobs are hard. But, don’t they take classes about how to treat patients and at least learn to pretend like they care? I’m paying for a service and I really feel like that deserves more than 60 seconds of your time....and why take more expensive tests and ultrasounds for no reason? I could have had my previous dr send them the ultrasounds they already did. Maybe if my condition had changed that might be a reason, but nothing has changed. So, I really feel ripped off...I might feel better if they had explained WHY they needdd to do more expensive testing but, again, 60 SECONDS.
Dr Day is the best doctor in the whole world!! She listens to every single concern you have, she does a thorough exam and talks through all of her findings to make sure you feel less concerned and know the next steps!! I also love that she always takes her patients’ preferences into treatment and care!! The Group is out of network for my insurance but I happily pay the additional expense to receive the quality, personalized care that Dr Day provides!!
I am now on my third pregnancy, all with care through the physicians at The Group. Even though it is a large group, the care still feels personalized, and I have been very pleased with all my care. The convenience of all the testing right at the office is great. Would definitely recommend The Group!
Midwife Melissa is amazing (they all are!) They take plenty of time to answer all my questions and make sure I’m comfortable with any decision we’re making. When giving birth to my daughter Melissa was encouraging and calm, and I felt so safe during the process with her.
Everyone was super nice!! Very experienced and never left a question unanswered!!
I had a wonderful experience here!
I would strongly recommend that if you have a gynecological condition that is NOT pregnancy that you seek a different provider.
They don’t care about the patients at all.
I had a wonderful experience with Mary and the rest of the staff at the group. Everyone was kind and professional. Mary answered all my questions.
I love The Group. They listen, and care about your health. From adolescence to old age they are there for you. I’m so happy I chose them while I was pregnant. The doctors and midwives are exceptional.
I love how friendly the staff are and how willing they are to help. They always explain things to where i can understand and the place is always clean and comfortable.
I have been going to the group since April 2016... First off I've never felt welcome there with the doctor's they are very emotionless and rude. I always asked to see the midwives and every appointment they say "maybe next time "... I was tired of being lied to. Also every appointment they asked me the same questions about medical history ect... Really made me feel like they don't listen I mean hello look in your records ! so at 34 weeks I was thinking of transferring care and asked for them to release my medical records they called me 3 times asking if I wanted to cancel all appointment with them after I told them no please don't cancel I'm not sure if the other place will take over my care being this far along ! It sucks that they are really the only choice around here as far as obgyn .
Terrible customer service. They expect and force you to sign documents about 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules and then reschedule your appointment the same day. Apparently their time is way more valuable than their customers.
Very skillful group of practitioners who make you feel as if they genuinely care about best outcomes. Facility itself is very welcoming, modern, and comfortable. Office staff helpful and polite. Attentiveness during office hours and on-call satisfied all of our concerns and needs. We have been very satisfied with our selection of obstetrical providers.
Prompt professional care.
The doctors and the nurses are so personal. I had great experiences with my two pregnancy.
Mediocre care. Consistently long waits, Over looked & rushed out.

This is THE Mecca for Women in the Q-C area. I have been going here for two years now. I L
Amanda was great with my ultrasound. Held pleasant conversation with a smile. Dr. Aronson took time to listen to my concerns and addressed every last question. Dr Aronson and her staff made my visit very comfortable.
The Group is such a friendly place for all your womanly needs. When pregnant, I see the midwives and they're absolutely amazing! I recommend The Group to all my friends and family ♡ Wonderful atmosphere right when you walk in.
Thank you for getting back to me
