Trust me if I could of rated a zero, I most definitely would have done it. Very very Very rude and inconsiderate people!! I called their office today to see if I could schedule an appointment for a foster child I just took into care and I was told NO. My foster child is on a certain type of insurance which is only excepted by Dr. Stacie Laff and one other local physician in my area. I was told NO and that I should just keep his current physician which is 45 minutes away from my residence....Not convenient for me whatsoever. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that an innocent boy was turned down service today because of an inconsiderate so called Doctor. I thought Doctors were suppose to help people...like he asked to be placed in foster care. These foster children are treated like garbage on a daily basis and Dr. Stacie Laff definately proved that to me today. She should be ashamed of herself and her staff.

Dr. Laff is the only person I would trust with my kids' health. She knows her stuff and also talks in a way that makes my kids feel comfortable. She's gives them personalized attention like she would her own kids.

She always gives me her undivided attention when we discuss things and has a great way of relating to the kids.

Our daughters have seen Dr. Stacie for the most part. She and the team of nursing staff are wonderful. I really enjoy that all questions are answered reasonably and thoroughly. I have never felt as if we were rushed or that we were just "a number" such as some report from time-to-time when seeing a doctor. This is important to us. As a healthcare professional, I have referred to this practice because it really is upstanding. They have taken good care of the patients I have sent them.

If I could give more stars, I would! We started out seeing Dr. Kai, who was an amazing doctor to two first-time parents and a very jaundice little boy! After he retired, we began seeing Dr. Laff on a regular basis (though we have seen the other doctors in the practice as well for sick visits) and we absolutely adore her! She is patient, kind, thorough, and very easy-going. My son loves her! We love TLC and the staff and doctors. You are amazing people!
