Extremely rude staff. All spoke to me with a major attitude for no reason. Would not stop calling me when I said I was busy and had to call back. When I called them they immediately went to argue with me instead of waiting for me to explain. They hung up on me 5 times. VERY IMMATURE.

I went in for a consultation for Botox yesterday. I was kind of embarrassed that I was considering it in the first place. But to have the woman question and shame me about what I was considering. This was my first time in a dermatology center. My first time considering cosmetic work. And this woman decides to humiliate me further. I left in tears and won't be back.

Rude staff and not understanding of other's situation's, even was hung up on & when I called back was told by her" I thought it was a bad connection" but never said or did that on the call back I did right after the hang up. Never experienced this before from there, first time and it really upset me . I won't be recommending them to anyone anymore.

When I arrived for my appointment they said they do not take my insurance, however, when I had called to schedule my appointment, 2 weeks prior, I gave them my insurance information and there was no mention of this, in fact, they said they did take my insurance. Frustrating and a waste of time.
