Very frustrating to go into this medical office here for a skin biopsy and to be told it will take 2-weeks for the results to came back from the lab and then they refuse to call you with the results! YOU have to call THEM. So I call and get put on hold and when finally some one answers I am told it may take 24-hours for them to find the chart, read the results, and call me back! Are you kidding me? What kind of medical office is this? If they have to pull the chart and call me back, why not call me in the first place when the results come in? I guess this is what you get when you go to a laser hair removal place for serious medial help. Awful.

I have purchased product from the Soderstrom office in Peoria. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My fiance and I have had several massages done in the Morton office. We were greeted with a friendly smile and were helped the minute we walked in the front door. I have had many massages elsewhere. Soderstrom by far performs the most relaxing massages at a reasonable price. I will be a lifelong customer of Soderstrom and will recommend them to my family and friends!!

I took my son here to get a red spot off his face. It was a quarter size of a pea. Over $650 later, it’s still on his face and they want me to bring him in for another treatment and I’ll have to pay another fee! This place will bankrupt you if you let them! Such a joke!
