They never answer the phone. It always goes straight to their voicemail. When they finally do answer, they find it too much of a task to give me the information I need, so they send me straight to my doctors voicemail, then I never get a call back. It's a joke.

This is absolutely the worst dermatologist office I have ever experienced. Marilyn is an embarrassment to P.A. profession. This doctor and staff have grown a large lucrative practice (in a small town) and no longer administer care as their top priority. I received minimal help in trying to obtain an expensive medication. I had to personally fight very tenaciously to get my medication without any further assistance from this office. This office almost botched my hard efforts and just about caused me to lose my insurance hearing! They are totally inept. I am seriously considering going to the state medical board with all my information regarding this office's debaucle and their mistreatment of patients. I was treated as an inconvenience. Most of the staff are rude and discourteous. Go to another doctor if you are seeking quality skin care.

I was a patient for close to a year. Out of the blue they jacked up the prices for my treatment from $40 to $200 per session. Luckily the lady who did my treatment sent me a personal message to warn me about the 400% increase in the laser treatment per session. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment. Who can afford a 400% increase in services?

Beware of Karilyn Crook. Took my 78 yr old dad in Friday to see her. She opted to do a biopsy on his wrist. She sent my dad out the door with a bandaid. Saturday he develped a severe infection from the biopsy and was in a lot of pain. Tried to see Crook again Monday and after seeing my dads infected area they were through with him and just told him to go to the ER. Dr. Crook never inquired how my father is doing we only got a call stating she made him an appt with a different doctor. In other words she is trying to avoid the damage she has done. Per the new doctors orders We are now required to go to the hospital for the next 7 days, at my dads expense, to receive treatment for the infection which is a result of the skin care centers actions. My father never had infection or pain prior to seeing K. Crook at the skin care center. He now has a tremendous amount of both and is accumulating a tremendous expense. People at the skin care center should not be able to do so much damage and then just remove themself from the situation and leave their patient to suffer both physically and financially.......well after 10 days of IV antibiotics treatment in hospital my dads infection is raging on. It's so bad orthopedic center wants to do an immediate surgury tomorrow. Doctor there has designated the surgery as being high risk due to the bad infection and there is a possibility my father could lose some or all use of his hand. None of this existed prior to seeing skin care center.

My husband saw Karilyn Crook for what ended up being cancer on his nose. She was very knowledgeable, and took time to inform us. She preformed a biopsy in the office, and sent us on our way with a bandaid and a referral to see a surgeon. When we say the surgeon, we were please to find out that Karilyn had removed all of the cancer cells during the biopsy. We are very please with our care!
