Amazing and friendly staff. The office is set up to separate any sick patients being seen from patients there for checkups. Dr. Patel is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about each one of his patients. Wouldnt dream of taking my children anywhere else.

He has been pediatrician for both of my kids since they were born. He really cares about kids and gives new parents all the information they need. He allows ample amount of time at appointments to make sure all of your (parents) questions (no matter how silly) are answered. Their after hour phone consulting is also awesome .. very helpful with newborns. He has awesome parenting advise/tips for all age kids.

Simply the worst, this pediatrician and his staff (Linda Petterzac) have absolutely NO bedside manner at all. We attended his prenatal ABC's class at St. Mary's hshs medical center before our son was born where he spoon fed us everything we wanted to hear from a pediatrician, we even sat on a waiting list for the remainder of our pregnancy for our son to be a patient, the office is so unorganized that we were told that our son was a patent and then once he was born and we called to set our first appointment we were told he was never a patient and then called back and told that he was... then once meeting with Linda Peterzac (the most unpleasant rude woman I have ever met in my life) i called the office and insisted i wanted to meet with Patel from then on and was continued with more appointments with the nurse practitioner (Linda peterzac) who continued to be more and more rude with every visit. We found a new pediatrician and went in to sign release of information papers, we didn't say anything about switching pediatricians until the end of the visit and I made sure to ask if there was anything else she wanted to say before the end of the appointment she said no and so I told her I needed release of medical information forms because we would no longer be under the care of Dr. Patel and that's when she said "I think your son needs to be hospitalized for failure to thrive..." Okay failure to thrive is a big accusation, and if this really was a concern that should have been brought up before you said "no that's all for today." And tried to shove a can of baby formula in our faces for the umpteenth time don't you think. P.s. we never changed a thing that we did with our child and went to see our new pediatrician who told us our son was fine and we were doing a great job. Here we are a full year later with our little chunk walking and talking/thriving just fine.
