Dr. Keller is really nice but her staff is rude! I called for an appointment for kindergarten shots. Cora told me they are over booked because Dr. Keller is going on maternity leave to go to a walk in clinic. I’m finding a new doctor. Dr. Keller Should hire new staff.

Saw Rebecca at convenient care. I'm over 60 years old with emphysema. Had a sinus infection and bronchial problems aggrivating the emphysema. Typical treatment by my primary is antibiotics to stop it from turning into pneumonia. Rebecca told me there was no need and she would prescribe OTC'S. I told her not to bother and left. Went to a different health care provider the next morning who took an x-ray to verify there was no pneumonia and gave me a breathing treatment for the bronchitis. Prescribed necessary antibiotics and nebulizer treatment. If I can't get in to Dr. Kurka or Dr. Mathias again I will go to the other health care provider.

I love Dr. Keller but she’s always late. Had an appt for my son scheduled for a year, they rescheduled a month before. Show up at doctors and find out the appointment isn’t even with Dr. Keller. The receptionists are rude and dumb. Scheduling an appt is a nightmare. They’ve messed up previous appts before. I’ve been going here for 5 years. Today was the last straw.

Dr. Keller is absolutely amazing. She sees both of my boys and always takes the time to answer whatever questions I have. She makes an effort to get to know my kids as well which is reason why I choose to stay there. The nurses station answering service unprofessional. I was told after my son was seen at the ER to make an apt to see his primary the next day. I called the front desk staff was amazing as usual but got transferred to the nurses station. They not only refused to make an apt to get my son seen they then told me that I will not be seeing my kids doctor and that “there’s a reason we have nurse practitioners”. The nurse I spoke to was extremely rude on the phone and if it wasn’t for the fact that Dr. Keller is as good as she is I would be finding a new provider for both of my boys as we speak.

Dr. Keller is fantastic. She is great with my two young girls. She takes time to answer my questions and keeps very informed and up to date on all of the current recommendations for pediatric patients. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for amazing pediatrician. The staff is kind and we have also used the convenient care facility in the same building and have been very happy.

Absolutely poor service. Not only does this pediatric office change staff (doctor's leaving) frequently, the remaining doctors are not taking "New" patients. I've been going to this office for a few years now and I should have changed providers a lot sooner. Now, I am forced to find a new doctor and go to a new location. Talk about frustrating!! I certainly want to warn parents against selecting this office for services, but considering that they are not taking "New Patients", you won't be seen anyway!

Decided to go in tonight for a strep test or possible flu test because I haven’t been feeling well and my daughter has strep. I saw Rebecca Wilson the nurse practitioner. I explained to her my symptoms and she said she would do the strep test. I asked if she would swab me for the flu as well because I am a care taker for my mother who is undergoing chemotherapy. I cannot be around her with either strep or the flu so I wanted to be sure. She told me she would not swab me for the flu because my symptoms (running nose, run down, sore throat) were not sufficient enough. She said I would have to pay out of pocket for the flu swab if I wanted it. The strep test came back negative and she went on about a upper respitory infection. She comes back to say that she has spent a lot of time going to school and years and years and years of practicing (she might be 38 years old) and I undermined her by asking her for a flu shot. When she is certain I do not have it. She then goes on to tell me that if she does give me the swab then this is exactly the reason why our health costs are rising. Completely unprofessional and had nothing to do with her. I do have symptoms that are flu like and I wanted to be sure before I got around my mother that I was cleared from the flu and strep. I have 5 kids and they bring home All kinds of things. We have been to this location before with no problems. I can’t believe a nurse would handle the situation like she did. And accuse me of the reason for rising health costs. Wouldn’t recommend seeing Rebecca Wilson.

Friendly and helpful. They have a walk in health clinnic and Family practice Drs as well. No complaints with the communication and treatment.

I’ve been here through the Convenient Care as a walk-in a couple of times when I couldn’t get into my primary care giver. Each time the service has been prompt and thorough. It’s nice that it’s part of the Rush network too.

Was told it would be an hour wait because of lunch breaks when we arrived. First, why isn't the immediate care facility staffed properly ? My son and I went to get a hair cut , came back , and have been sitting here over an hour with only one patient going back to be seen. This is ridiculous !!!!! Staff your business properly , it's not that hard!
