I have had great experiences with Jacqueline Turner. After she delivered one of my children as the on-call doctor, because my actual doctor was on vacation, have switched to her long-term. Her personality is a bit different, but I have tough skin so she doesn't offend me. It is extremely difficult to get in to see her. I had an appointment scheduled in for 6 months and now that the appointment is finally approaching the office calls me to see if I can reschedule or see a different nurse practitioner in the office. I didn't appreciate this change, so they worked with me to visit her at a different location.

very unpleasant time. I was treated like I didn't matter because I was paying with cash. this doctor LEFT my appointment right in the middle to start with another client. Completely insensitive to the fact that she is working with WOMBS. She had a terrible nasty constant cough as she was asking me the questions from her computer. She barely made eye contact with me and had a condescending tone when having to answer questions that I had about my health regarding PCOS and a miscarriage. During my vaginal exam I asked her (clearly uncomfortable) If this was just a vaginal exam, or if she was going to stick anything inside of me. Her answer to me was "opposed to what?" I then clearly asked "will you be sticking anything inside of me?" her answer was "No." in a way that made me feel stupid for even asking. So I tried to relax, and feel confident that she meant what she said. A few seconds later with out warning, she thrusts her fingers inside of my vagina, still seemingly doing the exam, but against what she had just told me. I wanted to cry, but was holding back tears. She hurt me and didn't seem to care one bit. With tears in my eyes and an unfinished appointment, she sent me to pay and schedule another one with her. YOU MUST BE CRAZY. I waited months for this appointment.The front desk treated me even worse because they assumed I was crying because I couldn't pay for the service, which wasn't the case. Paying for the service was also a hassle because they kept trying to get me to make more appointments. After CLEARLY saying "No, I do not want another appointment here.", I paid for everything and left, unfortunately it did not stop because I am now receiving bills for appointments they have scheduled against my consent. I ignored the first 2 they sent, because I know I paid while I was there, Today I have received a "Final Notice" stating that if I do not pay for the appointment ( did not schedule or want) they will retaliate with further action. I will pay it, but this is absolutely unfair. If you are planning on going with Dr. Turner, I recommend you have insurance and tough skin. I on the other hand, will never go back.

Absolutely excellent. Personable, knowledgeable, and great bedside manner. She is the best OB that I've seen in 40 years (I've had great doctors in NYC, Miami, Chicago, Charlotte, Memphis, and Detroit). I had a myomectomy in October. I relocated with my job before I had a formal follow up. After sharing the surgery pictures with Dr. Turner, she noted that another fibroid could and should have been removed. She shared that I needed a specialist. I wish that my last ob had done the same. Her depth of experience with medicine and knowledge of other doctors/surgeons in St. Louis is very helpful. She accepts UHC insurance. If you can, make an appointment.

I love Dr.Turner!!! because sometimes Dr.s can tend to beat around the bush, no I need you to tell me straight up what I am dealing with and what I should expect. I love how blunt she is but it has always been done with in a carrying way from my experience. NP Kelley Edwards OMG I just love her . My only disappointment is finally when decide that I want a baby number two Dr. Turner will not be delivering the baby because she is no longer delivering babies:(
