My sister's children all come here - many years now - and she loves and trusts them. When my granddaughter was born in an emergency C- Section and her mom was transferred to a different hospital and I brought her home with me. My sister recommended this office and we found them to be very kind and caring and did my granddaughter's newborn exam for us not knowing if there would be insurance to even cover it due to the situation we were in. She is three now and we still go there and are very happy.

My children have been patients of DuPage Pediatrics for 13 years and we love all of the doctors, nurses and support staff. The quality of service is excellent.

DuPage Pediatrics has been great. We've gone here over 2 years now and have never encountered a problem. We have been able to obtain last minute appointments and triage phone calls. The staff works hard to keep everything on time and moving, which is a must in a doctor's office filled with germ infested kiddos. We personally see Dr. Hall. She's always been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and my daughter loves her. You know the saying: kids know. If the child likes the doctor, and the doctor is great at their job, it's a win-win situation. I highly recommend DuPage Peds!

We’ve been taking our children here for years now. We usually are very happy with our care, from the frontdesk staff, nurses to Drs. The addition of new Drs really help when we needed a last minute appt. Both Dr Ather and Dr Anita are very attentive, kind and headed us in the right direction. We unfortunately have had many visits recently with the flu hitting our house. What the issue is, is the immediate pay of balance. We were in on a Monday, and back, per the doctor, on Friday. We stood in front of front desk staff named Delores, waiting for her to finish her personal call to check us in. All other staff helping people, and we are left to listen to her discuss the evening dinner on the phone. Once she was finished with her personal call, she rudely demanded the balance from Mondays visit. I explained I wanted to see our insurance statement first. She loudly stated she does the statements, it went out already. It was due now. Now, I don’t think her grammar was as good as I just typed. I told her no, and I could discuss with a manager. Of course, no manager present. Completely unprofessional this women degrades me in front of a waiting room full of people for a balance from a few days ago. Dr. Gardner would be ashamed of this staff member. They need to put someone in charge of payments with better tact and grammar.

I contradict the previous negative review about DuPage Pediatrics. On the contrary, I find ALL of the Pediatricians to be extremely professional, empathic, caring, and highly qualified. I have been taking my four children to DuPage Pediatrics for 7 years. They have always listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Yes, regarding vaccines, they follow the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines - because that is deemed best practice. Although they have agreed to separate vaccines so that my children never received more than one live vaccine at a time. Dr Hall has tirelessly sought to resolve my daughters complex stomach issues. Dr Joseph has been available for emergency appointments in the evening. Twice they have helped me avoid trips to the emergency room by treating my children promptly at the office. Both doctors and nurses have always quickly responded to phone calls, questions, and requests. Now that they have a newly renovated office space and extended hours, I can't think of anything they could do to make the practice better. I highly recommend DuPage Pediatrics.

I am highly upset with how this situation was handled. 2 months or so ago I called to schedule an apt. for my child. I was told at that time a letter had been sent out dismissing my children form the practice due to cancelations and no show visits. I explained my situation to the PSR. I stated that I worked in the medical field and had similar hours. I stated I had to rely on family and friends to bring my children to their visits. The conversation went on and the PSR understood my dilemma. She did mention that a certified letter had been sent to, I explained that I hadn’t received such letter. She did note that the letter had been returned to their practice, indicating that I hadn’t received the letter. Had I received it I would’ve called to resolve the situation sooner. She placed me on hold to speak to the higher up I image, because then she got back on the phone and indicated we could move forward with scheduling my child’s appointment. So the appointment with Dr. Hall came and went, visit went well. Today my other child called me and stated that he would like to make an appointment to see Dr. Huang, so of course I call to make an appointment. I call today to set up an appointment, I was told that Dr. Pamela Huang was out on sick leave and they would have to speak with Dr. Davis to see if my child could be added to his schedule. At that time I stated that my child’s insurance was canceled at the moment and my child would be a self-pay patient. She said that she would speak to the doctor and business office and call me back. Again I was at work so I missed the call, they left a message indicating I needed to call back because insurance was inactive. I called back and was transferred to the business office, this is when service went downhill. As soon as this person picked up the phone she seemed bothered. Straight away she said you are no longer able to see any of the doctors here, they all no longer want to see your family because of the cancelations and no show. I tried to explain that that issue was resolved and that my younger child was just seen by Dr. Hall not too long ago and the matter had been addressed. She became irate yelling the same thing over, she then states your children public aid is inactive. I stated that I knew this and that I was willing to be a self-pay patient until insurance kicked back in. At this point she was still yelling, I wasn’t able to get a word in. I’m not even sure she heard what I was trying to tell her. She put me on an eight minute hold and another women answered the phone. I then began trying to explain my situation that the situation with the cancelations and no shows was resolved. She said that my younger son receiving an appointment with Dr. Hall was a mistake and none of the physician at her practice want to see either of my children any longer. She mentioned the letter, I told her I never received a letter but did have a conversation with one of the PSR when I had scheduled my other child’s visit just two months prior. She keep saying ‘we sent out a letter we sent out a letter’. I asked her to tell me the address where the letter was sent to? When she told me the address come to find out is was incorrect. I tried to explain that both of my kids have been patients since they were born one being 13 years old and the other 6. Was there anything that could be done, because the issues had been resolved and an appointment had been given with Dr. Hall just two months ago? Again the answer was “none of our physician want to see either of your children again and she hung up. How disheartening is that? As I mentioned prior I to work in the medical field as a RN and would never treat a patient in the manner that I was treated. When we discharge a patient it is from a specific physician not the entire practice. I know that all corporations are different, I just couldn’t believe that I was treated in such a manner. Well that’s my review, over all the physicians there are fantastic. I just think the business office employees could use a customer service seminar or two.

Dr Davis has been my son's pediatrician for 10 years and we love how organized the facility is with all his medications and procedures. I trust Dr. Davis' protocol and all of our interactions have been appropriate. I recieve copies of my son's growth charts and immunization record automatically every year which has helped me keep organized. Thank you!

Excellent care. The nurses and doctors are all so patient with my son (and me being a first time mom!). I am so fortunate to have found this practice.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. We were in another practice before this one and there's no comparison. Their responsiveness to calls and filling out forms is really fantastic. We've seen several of the doctors and there's not a bad one in the bunch. They are all wonderful.

I'm giving it a 1 star just to leave my review. I called the office to speak to my sons dr. Dr Davis who had diagnosed my son with adhd. When I asked him why he gave me reasons that he didnt pay attention well in school and had anger problems. I simply (and even said I wasnt trying to undermine his education) but was stating my opinion that I did not believe my son had adhd because he acts totally different at my house then he does at his moms. He immediately said and I quote "hmmm, and how would you know that!? Adhd does not just turn off like that. He threatened he would hang up the phone because I was simply trying to explain to him the reasons I didnt believe my son had adhd and was trying get him to understand the way he behaves at his moms house is completely different before putting him on drugs. Very rude and doesnt take opinions or listen at all. I'm not a doctor but I know my son and I know a condition or disorder like that doesnt just switch off because of the environment he is in. It's sad of how quick some doctor's are to diagnose and throw medication at a child.

Since my son was born we took him here. HATE the place. The office staff has been nothing but rude every time we dealt with them for the last 4 years. No different than the other bad review from 6 years ago. Staff with absolutely terrible attitudes and horrible care is their specialty. At one point one of the ladies misunderstood what I was saying and said to me, "we do not get involved in divorces and I won't do that for you." Talk about messed up. She was dead wrong, all I was trying to do was change the address to where the bills go. There was no divorce involved you foolish woman. Ignorant, rude, and unapologetic is how they responded. The #1 reason I gave them a 1 star is because I couldn't give them zero stars. They told us last year that if we do not vaccinate our child on their schedule and don't do what they demand, like giving my kid 10 jabs in one sitting, that we can no longer see them. Did you know that Doctors and practices are NOT responsible for any vaccine related injuries? Why not push something possibly dangerous when there is no possibility of repercussion. We were all too HAPPY to leave after the issues with the incredibly stupid office staff, after being FORCED into vaccinating our child on a heavy schedule and more jabs that we felt unnecessary. All against our will and desires to make our own decisions to protect our child the way we felt necessary. They truly feel like they know what is better for your child than you do. These guys know nothing about the true effects of the vaccines they are pushing and are anything but experts on the issue. Asking legitimate and simple questions went unanswered with strange looks and many pffft's and snickers in response. I do not trust anyone that FORCES medical procedures on CHILDREN and tells parents they have NO CHOICE in what they decide to do medically. Deplorable and appalling tactics to boost vaccine sales and increase revenue. We switched to a Doctor that left the Western medical industry behind for these exact reasons. Still a board certified doctor, but she deals with whole body health and treats the system, not the symptoms. The best doctors are the ones that are still Board certified, but left that way of operating behind and uses homeopathic as the FIRST LINE of defense. Dr Bender gave my kid 3 different antibiotics, ramping up in strength over 6 weeks, for an ear infection that persisted, nothing he did worked. We switched in the 2016 winter after the 3 rounds of worthless gut destroying antibiotics. She didn't prescribe anything but homeopathic ear drops and knocked out the infection quick enough to finally get approval for ear tubes. By the way, Bender never mentioned once during all the suffering and visits that ear tubes may be neccesary. He just kept telling us to come in and now go a 4th round of antibiotics. That was it for them!!! This new Doctor told us, mind you a doctor and pediatrician for decades then left the western medical industry because of th kind of aggressive behavior towards patients in which we experienced here at DuPage Pediatrics, that antibiotics are WORTHLESS for persistent ear infections, and always has been. DuPage Pediatrics was scamming us out of hundreds of dollars for bunk medicine that was proven ineffective and repeated visits thanks to the inability or indifference to actually help. This practice is a typical, get you in and out, pediatrician that only cares about making money. The office staff, doctor, and nurses never did the right thing by my family or their patient, my kid. Not once did they do anything to actually help him nor did any good when he was sick. Just more vaccines and antibiotics is their mantra. Only demanded we give him 50+ jabs in his first 3 years of mostly unnecessary and likely toxic substances. Went to the new doctor and his ear infections were gone in less than a month and now he finally has ear tubes. Not once did this practice recommend anything outside more vaccines and more antibiotics for an issue that historically is rarely rectified by antibiotics nor vaccines.
