My boyfriend and I went came into the office about two weeks ago where we were seen by the Nurse Practitioner. She did her job by addressing his needs and called in the two scripts suggested to manage the issue. The pharmacy informed me Nurse Practitioner was not covered under his insurance so Dr. Solyemani had to call it in under his name. No big deal right? After a few days and a lot of calls to the medical assistants to inform them of this change It took him a few days to call it in. I was still patient and understanding because that wasn’t the original plan. The pharmacy later told me that one of the scripts needed prior authorization. Okay I understand insurances can be a pain but Their medical assistants are EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of. I understand during working hours they are in and out from seeing patients but it seems they only check their voicemail about once a week because I have yet to receive a call back regarding the prior authorization although I’ve placed numerous calls within a week span.

Great customer service. Excellent Doctor!!! There was an elderly patient there, and staff was very patient and friendly with her. They engaged her as she waited on her ride. Dr. David S. explain my problem and gave me excellent suggestions to help resolve my skin issues.

The office staff, without exception, is efficient, caring, and compassionate. The online scheduling is extremely convenient. Dr. Soleymani was professional and patient, explaining the procedure and recovery to my son, minimizing his anxiety. The snack cart on procedure day was an appreciated amenity. The surgical results exceeded our expectations! Procedural costs are very affordable. The staff communicates appointments and lab results in a timely manner, and questions are answered promptly. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Soleymani and his practice to my family and friends.

Before I could register it was demanded/required to copy my ID into the computer but when I explain about an incident of identy theif, I was refused service being told the doctor would not even see me or discuss the issue. Even then being told medicare required a copy in computer, I called and was told they did not require it was up to doctor office. This is the first doctor's office that demanded a copy of identification in their computer, I allow personel to verify my identification, they can copy the insurance cards all they need to. People do not realize the number is linked to the individual on the identification so I protect it dearly, no one office can stop hackers.

My appointment was for the Munster office. It was a bit hard to find at first . Anyhow, atmosphere was great and the front desk was very helpful. Doc Soleymani and the Physicians assistant showed genuine care and listened to my concerns. I'm very hopeful and feel we are on the right tract with the treatment plan. Also I will note I love all the up to date technology. Definitely genius and in with modern times. Stay tuned for a later update. Update 05/30/18: I've been seeing Dr. Soleymani for nearly two months now for a total of 3 appointments. The skin on my thumb is at nearly 100% thanks to Dr. Soleymani and his wonderful team. Going in for the initial appointment, I was not sure if the skin was even repairable since it had been damaged for so long . Give or take about 21 years to be exact. I was a bit hopeless, but after discussing a treatment plan with Dr. Soleymani I was confident in his plan. The plan was done flawlessly. I can now feel at peace with my thumb haha. Thanks for reinstalling the confidence in me! I'm certainly one happy camper. Lastly, I must reiterate how caring and understanding Dr. Soleymani is. He truly is an amazing doctor! Thanks again!

Dr. Soleymani was amazing. He was so kind. He warned me of the negative side affects of my treatment to a T. And when I was in pain and scared AT 4AM! I called his office and they literally woke him up in his home to tell me what to do. He didn't complain. He was so humble and kind even after being woken up at 4am by a crying patient. I would highly recommend him!
