I hated this Clinic so much. They know nothing about their jobs. I consulted with them for wisdom teeth extraction but they could not do right for insurance claim. They charged me more than 200 dollars for just consulting. And it took me about 1 hours to pay the bill as they made me to call my insurance company 4 times. I am so impressed by how irresponsible almost all of the staff were. The time I spent at Carle to actually take out my teeth is shorter than to pay the bill to Christie Clinic.

I saw Katie Scheiding for my yearly gynecological visit. I only had to wait a few minutes in the waiting room. She was very nice and answered all my questions . She had a student with her and she was also nice. The whole staff was upbeat and friendly.

Just called the lab to see if I needed to fast for my blood work. They didn't show any order for the blood work. The young lady called my Doctors office and got it taken care of in a matter of a couple of minutes. Great Service!! Love my Christie

This review is for Dr. Jason Sibley, he is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. Recently had the pleasure of a consultation and surgery by him. He took all of the time to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. On top of that he was able to get me scheduled for my surgery within a week. I was very impressed with him and how concerned he was for me. He is truly a credit to his profession.

Do not go here. You'll never see your doctor. They schedule you with whoever is available, which makes an OB appointment EXTREMELY uncomfortable. To spare raw details, this is my experience: Terrible bed side manner. All explanation happens after they have done something, best case, during. Complete disregard for the extreme pain they were causing. Stretching and proding areas that were very much not healed after childbirth. Refuses to get full details and makes assumptions. Disorganized. Unhelpful. Acts like they know your body more than you do. The cherry on top is my name is spelled wrong in their system. I will not be going back.

It gets packed very fast. Go a bit further down beside Clark Street Bar for the overflow parking. Valet service is available for those with mobility handicap. If you are a contractor - dont take up spaces in the lot where patients park with your truck and trailer. Security will call your office and you will hear about it from your boss.. Garunteed. Overall great and convenient location, very hospitable staff and a nice shop in the main entrance. Parking is the only issue.

Dr Amit Date, ENT: Horrible physician and very unprofessional office!!! The first time appointment laster 3 minutes, the nurse did not take the history, or updated meds, they did not answer questions and dismissed all information I provided. No beside manners and very rude nurses as well. The only interest is in pushing for surgery. I will not return.

A Horrible Organization. First of all we went to Provena to get treated for a heart condition. Without our knowledge Provena treated us using a 3rd party Christie Clinic Doctor. We found out when the bill came from Christie clinic. We were under a Financial assistance program from Provena and apparently it doesn't cover doctors from Christie Clinic that we didn't know about in the first place. So we go to pay the bill and 2 months later we get another bill from the collection agency. Apparently there was 2 bills. So we called the Christie Clinic financial office and they said they don't know anything about the 2nd bill even though it has Christie Clinic logo and name on it. Then they told me that its from their St Louis Office. How many more surprise bills are we going to get from Christie Clinic that they don't know about. They are unorganized and not at all friendly. And apparently they don't know about the bills they send out. All they know is that you just have to pay it.

Patty Finegan is extremely rude and should not work in any department in health or medicine. When you are dealing with people in pain you need to have a special kind of patience and kindness of which she has neither.

I've had good experiences with my PCP provider at Christie. Every other time I've dealt with them, I was embarrassed to even be a patient. Rude, unorganized staff, very long wait times is just a start. My husband is having to wait now more than six weeks late for the general surgeon to sew up and care for a wound on his back. An obstetrician I saw years ago ( who still practices there ) dismissed my pregnancy complications as nothing, refusing to even see me, then come to find out I had a severe deficiency and almost miscarried. This doesn't make you feel good about trusting them. Dr Qattash and Dr Escobar are great. A handful of the staff members are helpful, but the vast majority are just ridiculously rude and incompetent. I would not recommend anybody except Dr Qattash and Dr Escobar.

I understand why people go to emergency room. Did labs Friday afternoon and Iam still waiting for them to finish. They don’t care about us. And why don’t they work 1/2 day Saturday?? I’ve been very sick for over a week. I love my doctor but this lab is unexceptionable. After I feel better I am going to look at carle. Hope they are better

Took our daughter in to get an evaluation with the ENT doctor. Extremely rude to us and our little girl. Wouldn't answer our questions, claims tonsils touching is not at all an issue and the fact we have been battling this for MONTHS and she constantly has strep is not an issue as well. Very poor service and unprofessional! I suggest finding somewhere else.

If you ever want to waste an hour and $100 take your kids to the walk in clinic here on the weekend. They are always in a rush to get us out of here and never give any answers. One NP told me she thought my son had pneumonia and the doctor came in to give her opinion and said nothing wrong with him and sent us home. They called 2 days later and said he had pneumonia in both lungs. I said thanks...I already found this out from the ER the same night you told us nothing was wrong. Against my better judgment took my kids here again just to be rushed out with no answers. Sigh. Too bad no other options in the area on a Sunday.

I had a concerning spot on my face. I made an appointment and went in to be sure it was not skin cancer. She looked at the spot closely and said it was just an irritated age spot and that she could remove it. Never once did she tell me I would receive a bill for surgery and that no part of my visit was covered by insurance, even though I went in to be sure I didn’t have early stages of skin cancer. $350 later I am even more sure I will never go back. I guess there is really no such thing as preventive care or making your patients aware of what they will really be charged for.

Horrid place, rude right when we walked in, told us to go upstairs then the people upstairs got snippy and said we were supposed to check in downstairs... All of these workers need a course on bedside manner. They told us they would accept our insurance but when we got there they said they wouldn't and were very rude about it. Not impressed and definitely not coming back I don't recommend this place to anyone. Drove over an hour for nothing thanks jerks

Dr Leiw was fantastic! She is the ONLY neurologist who looked me in my eye, talked to me, was not rushed, and truly cared about me. She made me feel like I was her only patient. She went above and beyond to help me and find the right medication. I would have never known I had been on the wrong medication for over 15 years of age had not helped me. She changed my life! She truly is amazing!
