My daughter see’s Dr. Lyons and he’s a wonderful doctor. He listens and is extremely kind and caring and most importantly, he makes my daughter feel comfortable. The staff is always very friendly as well.

Yo le doy 5 estrellas a este lugar por lo siguiente: ☆ Una estrella porque el personal no es nada amistoso, no saludan ni sonrien cuando llegas. ☆ Una estrella porque la asistente del doctor "Rosa Arista" es una persona con muy poco profesionalismo... Nos llamó para pasarnos a un cuarto y antes de empezar a hacer preguntas le informé que yo era la niñera y que le iba a llamar de mi cellular al papá del niño que era el paciente para las preguntas y me respondió que ella no era la doctora y que sólo necesitaba la información básica y empezó a hablar con el niño de 6 años de edad que era el paciente y a hacerle las preguntas a él de cual era el motivo de la visita y cuales eran los sintomas... Le insistí que hablara con el padre y le marqué de mi cellular lo cual me dió una actitud y levanto su mirada apretando los labios.... que si yo fuera su jefa la despedía en el momento!... Como pueden contratar en una clinica gente no preparada y nada profesional. ☆ Una estrella porque cuando el doctor llega hace el diagnóstico en menos de 5 minutos y listo!... ya está!... el que sigue... Me quedé sorprendida!... ☆ Una estrella porque el doctor habló por mi cellular con el papá para las preguntas y cuando colgaron... el doctor continuaba diciendome a mí las instrucciones de los medicamentos de una forma super rápido que si tuve suerte le entendí la mitad.... ☆ Una estrella porque antes de irnos pregunté a la recepcionista por un resumen de la visita y sin decir si ó no... Respondió "espere"... Así nada más... Esperé por unos minutos y cuando me dió el papel le ví una cara de enojada como que nadie está agusto trabajando ahí... Percibí mala vibra de todos en esa clinica y más de está persona "Rosa Arista"... la asistente.... Yo, en lo personal "No" recomiendo este lugar!... Habló en serio ó sufriran las consecuencias!....

I'm 29 years old and I've been a patient here since I was a child now my children come here Dr Bennett Kaye is one of the best physicians ever he was my pediatrician now he see my children . They are wonderful. They have some of the top doctors here and you wont be disappointed. You get top notch care .staff is very knowledgeable respectful helpful in any way and you are always treated like family. If I could give more stars I would . Thanks for always providing excellent service with a smile

The staff, nurses, and doctors are exceptional. They have always been very accommodating and, with as often as we've been there this year, always available at short notice. I could not be happier with the care my child receives.

We've been going here since the birth of our first son in fall of 2014, and have continued for both my oldest and youngest sons. Our primary doctor is Dr. Lyons who we've been very happy with. I do agree with some of the comments regarding friendliness of the staff. You don't always get a smile from the front desk staff but they've always been helpful. And I don't think they're rude, but I also don't need super friendliness as long as I feel like I get great service from doctors and nurses. We never have to wait long for our scheduled appointment and are able to be seen same day if something comes up. You're brought back to a room by a nurse who does the initial vitals screen. Never had a problem. The nurse also does any shots if needed and they're great with my boys. We've also used their after hours service to call on weekends. You do pay about $20 but it is worth it. Dr. Lyons and others we've seen for emergencies are really helpful and patient with us and our kids. In terms of facilities, they moved into a new space in 2018 which is nice. I also love that there is plenty of free parking and is a better location for us. I'd have no problem recommending the practice.

If you have an emergency stay away from this practice. My son got a finger stuck in a keychain while waiting for speech therapy in the same building. I could not take it out so we stopped by the office. Nurses were overreacting frightening my kid. Dr. Federer was able to remove the object (with the right lubricant it took 2 minutes). When checking out I got charged 385 dollars (not kidding) because my son is not a patient of the practice (?). They don't even bother to try to sent it to insurance. Terrible service...

The doctors here were great! Wonderful care! I am quite disappointed in the office as they charge $15/child to have medical records sent over to another provider for continuation of care. Our current physician in the state and other physicians we have worked with (in IL and throughout the country) do not charge a fee if sent to the provider for continuation of care. Very disappointed as this is an option that the office chooses to charge.

The doctors and staff here have been extremely kind and gentle with my baby daughter. They are also knowledgeable and helpful with the many questions new parents have. I fully trust my daughters health to them
