Today was my first visit to Chicago Skin Clinic and it was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Danny was very informative and took the time to explain my treatment as well as answer my questions. I would have given a five star review, but I had to wait over an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time which was a bit frustrating since I did not plan on it taking that long. I had planned for a wait time of up to thirty extra minutes. But I would still highly recommend Dr.Danny and Chicago Skin Clinic.

Dr. Campo sr and Dr. Campo jr are very nice. The first time I visited in 2015 Dr. Campo Sr prescribed a cream for my chronic rash that worked instantly. I visited again today and saw Dr. Campo Jr for a chronic skin condition. He prescribed two different creams and hopefully they work. I am to use them for 5 days and go back. The secretary and assistants are also very kind!

These guys are the best! I can't believe I'm writing a review for a doctors office but I promised Iris I would since she put ice packs and cold water on me during my procedure which involved a needle. (I'm squeemish) but really these people are the best. Every single employee. There are nurses visiting every patient speaking any language you might need fluently. Each doctor and nurse had me laughing in my seat and keeping spirits high every minute of the visit. I had 3 doctors come in and spectate/ give their opinion in a 5 minute interval. These people care! I smiled reading reviews of the folks that complain about wait time. I welcome them to remove themselves from this facility and go find some low end doctor that has a quick line to solve their troubles. I've already reccomended this place to 3 family/ friends in the area who are soon to be clients of Chicago Skin Clinic. It's really rare in my opinion to have this reverse mentality of a doctor office and almost wanting to come back: usually offices are quiet, slow pace and depressing in a way. CSC is lively, smiley, busy and most importantly... talented. 5/5

I've been seeing Dr Danny for a few times now to monitor one of my family members skin issues. And just recently, I visited the clinic to get my mole checked. Every time I visit the clinic, I always feel comfortable. This is very unusual since when you have some health issues, we normally feel anxious. However, the entire staff are respectful, very attentive and go above and beyond their duties. I would like to list all the good things about the staff and all of my good experience so far: 1. Doctor is knowledgeable. He has an extensive background in dermatology. 2. He listens to your concerns. 3. He explains your conditions in details even without being asked. 4. He is very positive, professional and approachable. 5. He is always concern about how patient can save money from buying medicines. He gives discount coupons and offer samples. He cares not only about the conditions but also about financial capabilities. 6. Staff communicate well with their patients. Some of them speak different languages. This is a big plus as they can extend their care to diverse populations. 7. Making appointments is very convenient as you can do it online. 8. Waiting time is short, I normally check in and just wait patiently. I would definitely understand if there were some delay since there are number of patients who needed their care. These are all the reasons why I would highly recommend them to my friends. To all the staff of Chicago skin clinic, thank you for your hard work and dedication. You make the world a better place♥️.

Dr. Del Campo is a no nonsense kind of guy. I came into the office without an appointment because I was desperate for help with my rash on my face. The staff gave me no problems about not having an appointment and I was able to see the doctor that day. I did have to wait but not any longer than I have had to wait for other doctors. I could tell right away that the staff does their best to help each patient. When I did get to see the doctor he knew right away what I had and that made me feel so confident in his knowledge, he looks like he's been doing this for a while. I left already feeling better, not as anxious and started to see results within a few weeks. For my follow up the assistant remembered me and it was like part of the family already! I recommend this Doctor to all of my family and friends for their skin issues!

I started to see Dr. Danny about a month ago with acne issues, and redness around my forehead. I have seen different doctors but have had the best fast results with Dr.Danny . In just just little over a month my redness has decreased and acne has been controlled. What I like about this doctor is that he actually asks you what your concerns are , and works with you unlike other doctors that walk-in see your face and write a prescription then walk away. Dr. Danny Will definitely be my dermatologist for a long time. Staff is very nice and helpful. -Happy patient ;)

I have been here a few times. I have received great care once i am in a room but here are my concerns: 1. The wait times have at times been too long. If I schedule an appointment, I should be seen on time. 2. An employee that brings her children to work and they are very loud. They are in the waiting area and do not know how to behave. The employee has been on her cell phone on what appears to be personal calls while the children are misbehaving. I have children of my own and understand that kids will be kids but they cannot be allowed to this at a doctor's office.

I've had two visits with Dr Danny Del Campo and have been more informed about my Rosacea, hair loss and melasma then I have ever received from my primary-care physician and previous dermatologist. He diagnoses, tells you the causes of your symptoms and looks for an affordable treatment. His office is full, which, in my opinion, must mean he's a good at what he does but with that said his staff does a great job with time management as well as always very pleasant.

Coming to this office was the best decision I’ve made! I used to have acne on my cheeks. My first visit, in May 2018, Dr. Danny took the time to explain what he thinks we should do and why we are doing it. He didn’t just prescribe you stuff without telling you why. I think in about a month or two, with everything he said to do, my face was clear. Right now we are working on my acne scars with facials and I see a big difference. Something I also love is that is assistants take pictures of your face to show you the progress you have made. I do it on my own as well, but the fact that they do it, it shows that they care. I never write reviews, but they deserve it. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience! Made me feel as if we were close friends. People complain about wait time...sit back and analyze that for a min. Saturday does not require appts and I waited about 45 min but for such service and treatment I could be waited for much longer. Keep doing what you guys are doing! Thank you!

I had visit today for this clinic. Its was my first time. I drove to this clinic 1h 20 min. I dont have medical insurance and i paid $ $$$, so i have problem with my skin. I have rosacea and probably demodex. If he is professional doctor he should take analysis for my skin. Because this bacteria its very small. I had visit 7-10 min. He said i need buy antibiotics and put cream for face. I think he is not professional. His assistant tried to quickly too. She made me left quickly. My English very bad, when i came to home i didn't understand about diet, about everything what i need to do. If u are professional just try be nice with every patient. We are spend money and time too. So I will go to different dermatology, because this doctor dont make me solve my problem. Sorry!

I've been coming to Dr. Del Campo for quite some time and compared to other dermatologists he is one of the best I have been to. There are times where his office gets backed up quite a bit but I have yet to encounter a doctor's office that is perfectly on time every time. But once you are in the staff do their best to get you through as efficiently as possible. Dr. Del Campo does a good job with performing an assessment and actually really evaluates your skin. I have been to other dermatologists that literally look at you for 3 seconds and go to the next patient. The nurses here are very funny and accommodating as well. They do a good job answering any questions you have and are always with the doctor. The office is nice and clean and after having a few moles removed I am always satisfied with the results. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a great dermatologist.

After waiting for so many years to get a mold removal close to my neck, I decided to see Dr. Del Campo Jr. To my surprise the process was the easiest thing ever. Mr. Del Campo Jr. was extremely kind, professional and and all the assistant as well. ( Especially, the Puerto Rican Dr. Assistant and the Polish Assistant were outstanding to say the least). The procedure was done in less than 3 minutes, he was so precise I didn't even feel the cut nor the anesthesia. No pain at all. I recommend to anyone.

Every time I get accurate diagnosis and even received coupons or free prescription samples to treat my conditions. I made two appointments for botox, neither of which were honored and I never received the treatment. The first time I made the appointment for botox and a consultation for another skin issue. After the consultation for the skin issue the assistant forgot that I was also scheduled for botox. She told me I'd have to come back the following week. This was very frustrating as I was clear when I booked the appointment what I was coming in for and received a confirmation of the appointment. I live 45 min from this office so coming back was going to be a hassle. I booked the second appointment anyway. After waiting in the reception area for more than 30 min I was taken into a room where I continued to sit. In a cold room with blaring music. For an additional 35 minutes. I was already made to reschedule my first appointment due to whatever mistake on their end, then to come back a second time and wait for over an hour is unacceptable. I finally walked out without receiving my service for the second time and an hour and a half commute in addition to the hour I waited in the office. I've seen this office respond to reviews about long wait times due to having to unexpectedly console cancer patients, etc. Respectfully, this is BS. The office was overflowing with people both times I visited. They clearly have a problem with overbooking. Had there been someone to at least let me know what the problem was or how much longer I could be waiting I might have been more forgiving. If I am spending hours of my day to give you my money for an elective service I expect more than the way I was treated here. I won't be back. I am supposed to go for follow ups for my other issue but will be seeking out another dermatologist to continue treatment. Avoid if you value your time. They clearly don't.
