Broke my left humerus, within 12 hours of being out of the ER, the skin was falling off of my arm. I went to this place, the doctor didnt have a diagnosis for me yet but she took no chances. I got a steroid shot, a strong cream, and a pill with the cure for the black plague. My condition started clearing up overnight! A week later the results came back, turns out I had MRSA. Thank you for saving my arm doctor!

I read some of the negative reviews before booking my appointment. However my experience was very positive. The front desk team was friendly and courteous. I was called back to the exam room 5 mins before my appointment time. There was no wait in the exam room. Great experience!

When I went for my first visit, they didn’t ask me for updated information regarding allergies, pharmacy, etc. Two different nurses couldn’t answer my questions, didn’t know why they were calling me, basically gave me no information at all when I asked for it and just repeated themselves. Took two days for them to tell me a “treatment plan.”

Dr was great but found a precancerous patch on my chest, was supposed to schedule a full body follow up but they couldn't get me in for 4 months. Called to get my daughter in for a wart on her finger but they couldn't get her in for 2 months....really?!

Dr. Styron spent very little time with me and did not even examine my skin. She would not even address all of my issues and said I should have scheduled a longer appt. even though I described all of my issues when I made the appt. She prescribed medications (none of which worked) and rushed me out the door! A total waste of my time. Never going back there again!

With an extensive family history of lethal melanoma, one can't be too careful. I made a miraculously fast next-week appointment with Dr. Styron, who was unfortunately sick that day. The office was able to squeeze me in two days later with Dr. Reep, who completed the full-body scan. When I called to set the appointment, the scheduler was very specific with directions, and I had no problem finding the building; I feel it's unfair for others to blame the office when they are the ones who are running late and/or can't find the place. I arrived early and the receptionists couldn't have been more friendly and professional. They had me look over and sign my paperwork, processed my co-pay, and instead of waiting until my appointment, they were able to get me in a few minutes later. The ladies who asked me medical questions were friendly and efficient, and Dr. Reep was, as well. He was very thorough, talked through the entire process, and had a wonderful bedside manner. I now have a dermatologist, it would seem, and I feel lucky that circumstances steered me to him. I swiftly booked my appointment for next year and was in and out of the office a lot more quickly than I'd anticipated. I cannot recommend this practice enough, and I thank the entire staff for contributing to a very positive experience.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here with Dr. Styron, I feel she is prompt, and to the point and she has at least tried to treat my condition when others have told me to just wait it out between flairs. Shes gone above and beyond performing biopsies and consulting other physicians to get to the root of my issues. I’ve never had a long wait in the waiting or exam room, and I was late to an appointment during a winter storm and was still promptly seen without any fuss (under 15min late though). Her medical assistants seem competent and have always been friendly to me.

After sitting in this waiting room many times for 20 - 30 min past my appointment time today I was late by 11 minutes because of an accident on 71. They turned me away at the desk .

Erin S Redd, NP, is friendly and down to Earth. She helped me figure out that my skin issue was related to stress. I had been to two other doctors who had misdiagnosed me. She was extremely knowledgeable and I will be back. Thanks again Erin!

Avoid this place at all cost. I arrived at my appointment literally 60 seconds at most after 15 minute grace period after leaving work and picking up daughter from school. Receptionist looked at time on her computer and said you'll have to come back another time. Doctors should care about patients and based on 60 seconds my daughter did not get her appointment. That is really sad and these dermatologists should be ashamed of themselves. We will be seeking care elsewhere.

I've waited 35 minutes in the waiting room and now I'm in a room, and I've been here for 20 minutes and still no doctor. If you use this practice make sure you gave a minimum of 2 hours to use.

When I made the appointment they didn't tell me the office was in a building with other businesses. They place was hard to find. By the it's upstairs to the left. When I got to the room, they didn't offer me a gown but instead I had to lift my dress to show them my mole. I had to lift my dress 3 times and completely take off the dress. I felt even when the dr came in he didn't know what to do about how to see mole under my dress. That part seemed very unprofessional. The procedure to remove my mole went very well though.

Not customer friendly at all. Doctor barely spends any time talking with you and looking at your problem. The entire staff seems to not care about helping you. They act like they are doing me a favor by returning my call, if they do. They did not even remove my stitches correctly, and seem to care less about my problems now that they have their procedure and billing done. HORRIBLE.

I would not recommend anyone going to them! Specially to get facial peels, outrageous prices. she took not even 3 minutes t do my facial peel and charged me over 100 dollars! what the F--K! total rip off> Save your money and go some where else! Don't give them business!

This dermatology office is great! I've seen a couple of the doctors and i would recommend any of them. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are a very busy office but i always feel taken care of!

Dr. Styron was prompt, she inspected my problem areas and clearly explained what her recommended course of treatment would be. I left with free samples of the products she recommended and discount coupons for the prescriptions. My appointment was for 8:45am. I arrived at 8:30, knocked out the new patient paperwork in the waiting room, and I'm sitting in my car writing this review at 8:57am!

Do not go here. Old receptionist was extremely rude and belittled me the entire time and tried making me feel like an idiot. The doctors assistant was also very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot as well. Only made an appointment here because the westlake office is always so booked....now I see why. Westlake staff is much friendlier.

Worst patient care EVER. They would not see me after being 15 minutes late to my appt. Now I acknowledge that I was late to my appt. I understand that and could have been avoided if I thought to ask exactly where I was going when making it. However spending 15 minutes trying to find the location was NOT my fault. There are NO signs that say what suite the place is located when you walk in the building. Google says #204B. That is not correct. I tried calling twice, pressed 2 to speak to an operator, went to voicemail. Did not have any assistance to tell me where to go. Also had 3 kids with me as well during this ordeal. When I explained that I was blindly searching the building for them, they tell me I need to reschedule. No thank you. This place is a 30 minute drive from me. I'll be sure to find some place that truely cares for their patients!!
