I've been bringing my 2 children here for a few years and the Doctors are so caring and thoughtful. They take the time out to listen and personally call me to answer my questions. The nurses and front office staff are so friendly and helpful. I needed to get my child in for a specialist and was told i had to wait until March to be seen. They were able to get me an appointment the very next day. I'm very pleased with All Star Pediatrics and happy we found them.

I have never gone out of my way to write a review but I feel like I have to to let other parents know what they are walking into. In general the office is OK. The pros: Appointments could be squeezed in day of to accommodate. Calls about concerns were made in a very timely manner. The cons: There are 3 doctors of which your appointments rotate with based on who's working that day. With one doctor in particular (we have seen several times), our visits have felt incredibly rushed and without much care. Due to being rushed, we were never able to establish a good rapport with these doctors. We felt like a number; in and out very quickly. Due to there being 3 doctors, I feel that there wasn't enough attention paid to my son's previous charts with concerns that were all ongoing and related since birth. If we had more time and maybe consistently seen just one of them and had more personalized attention, things may have been able to be sorted out sooner. It was easier for them to lump our concerns into general newborn problems than to look individually at my son and find the underlying cause. It seemed like the answers were OTC meds and scripts instead of looking further into superficial symptoms. I would say 90% of kids would be fine at this office, but if you have medical issues that are out of the scope of general newborn concerns that require more time and attention to detail then this office should be avoided.

I went there two times for two separate appointments. The first time the "check up" took no more then 5 minutes for both kids, I actually waited longer. The doctor had no interest in asking me any questions to find out more about why we were there, since it was our first time. As she was about to walk out the door, I stopped her to ask her a few questions, since she was going to leave without asking me if I had any questions. She was very dismissive. I decided to give them another chance and scheduled another appointment. The second time was just as bad. A different doctor this time, took a quick look at my son, prescribed some antibiotics and was about to leave out the door, again. I stopped her because I had a few questions, but she answered quickly, like she just wanted to leave. I don't understand why these doctors don't take an interest in their patients, we are paying for a service, it's not free! I looked for a different pediatrician, where we are much happier now. They show their interest and care every time we go. I would NEVER recommend All Star Pediatricians! I make it a point to let people know so they don't waste their time and money by going here.

Great practice! I asked about them in a moms group on FB and word of mouth from parents at the kids school. Absolutely great Doctors, Nurse and Staff. Very happy we switched to this practice.

I have two children that see the doctors at All Star. My oldest child requires speech, physical and occupational therapy and the doctors have been wonderful about writing prescriptions for his therapy and giving me referrals for various therapists. They have also given me a lot of support for his tree nut allergy and are knowledgeable about treatments for it. The practice is very supportive and excellent at connecting parents with specialists and therapies.

All Star Pediatrics is a practice full of dedicated pediatricians, nurses, and support staff. They truly care about each of their patients, are thoughtful in their approach to the whole child, thorough, and responsive. I work frequently with the practice as a Child Psychologist and am always impressed by their personal approach and level of dedication to each patient and all of their needs (not just the medical ones) within a developmental framework. I have great respect for the staff, both personally and professionally.

My child had a severe allergic reaction to her third round of vaccines while in the doctors office at All Star Pediatrics The nurse and doctor told me that my child had a reaction to the band-aid and not the vaccine. They refused to document the allergic reaction in my child's file. They refused to document the injury on the VAERS website. I then asked to put my child on an alternate vaccine schedule and the office sent me a letter telling me I could no longer attend their practice. They did not have my child's best interest at heart.
