My daughter is a fairly new patient to this facility, but we have had nothing but good experiences so far. They have night time hours and it's not difficulty to get an appointment. The pediatricians are nice and answer any questions you may have. I switched from VNA Healthcare in Bolingbrook to Advanced Pediatric Care and am very happy I did. Only negative comment is the building is not very clean looking, paint is chipping off the walls. But it's not a big deal as the doctors are great.

This office is fine for routine checkups/shots/physicals, if you can deal with the extremely rude receptionists/MA's in the front office. You are almost guaranteed an attitude problem from the staff every time you call, no matter how kind, understanding and cordial you are to them. Despite all of that, if your child happens to have an issue, you will be left waiting for days/weeks on end to receive test results/diagnosis/proper care. You will be promised calls with test results only to be told a week later, after calling daily, that you can only receive the results when you make an appointment but they're not available for another week or so. (Mind you, this was said after being lied to for 4 days by the office when they told me the results weren't in from the hospital, but the hospital told me they sent the Dr the results.) This leaves a child to suffer for prolonged periods of time. That was the second time this has happened to us from this office. The first time my child had pneumonia for a month and I was going into the office weekly before I finally took him to a hospital and found out it wasn't just a "month-long virus-induced cold" with seizures. This time the issue is more serious and I am switching pediatricians since I am already experiencing the same problem as before, where issues are not addressed, results are deliberately withheld, and they're pushing for unnecessary further office visits. My new doctor attempted to gain access to my child's results from this office, where they were lied to and told that results of these tests were never received from the hospital, only a couple of hours after I personally was told that the results were in and I had to make an appointment to receive them. This led to a small child having to be put through those tests for a second time, causing unnecessary (repeated) trauma to my child. If you love and care about your child, please choose another pediatric office.

Drs are all very good, but treat ADHD and ADD, like it’s a fake diagnosis and can be cured. Telling my kids while in appointments “you could just focus on listening and behave.” Not filling prescriptions for the summer because they need teacher approval apparently. How do you get teacher approval in the summer months? Meanwhile I have two kids bouncing off the walls, not focusing on anything, running me ragged..... I don’t think people with this diagnosis can just “choose to listen and behave. “

I have been very satisfied with my children's care here at this office. Dr. Saeed and the others have been very helpful and always answered to my concerns. Sadly I had to move away but if I hadn't I would of still taken my kids here until they no longer needed a pediatrician
