I was referred to Dr. Edwards by a family member because I wasn't happy with our old doctor. I am so glad we switched to the pediatric center! They are very professional and great with the kids. I love that there is a lab right there in the office, it was so convenient when they needed to get some labs on my daughter. The weekend hours are great, it was so nice to take my daughter there when she was sick on a weekend instead of having to go to an urgent care. Dr. Edwards listened to all of my concerns and tried to figure out what was going on and reffered us to the specialist that are needed to help. He genuinely cares and wants to make sure my kids are okay. I also love how they follow up to make sure they are ok when they are sick. His nurse Miranda is great as well. I love being able to ask her questions and she really goes out of her way to help us. I highly recommend this office!

We love this center! Doctor Aughney is the best. He knows how to talk to my kiddos and always treats me with kindness and respect. I've never had to worry about worrying too much about my children and making sure they are healthy. I appreciate all the people who work in this office.

We love the Pediatric Center and have received nothing but excellent care for our 3 kids from infancy to adolescence. I was so sad to see Dr. Pankau retire (he was MY pediatrician!) but Dr. Edwards has been equally awesome in caring for our newest baby. Wait times are at a minimum, billing to our insurance is handled really well and I feel like my kids get top-notch thorough care. Couldn't ask for anything more!

We had one experience with a doctor that wasn't super great, But I tell you Dr Jeffery Augney and Dr. Jacobs are just plain awesome! We've moved a lot of places and had a lot of different pediatricians. And I can tell you that these guys really care and are able to make kids comfortable with them. We've had some pretty complicated health issues as well and they both done very well with them.

We moved here almost four years ago. I was worried I would never find a provider as great as my last. Well we did. Every provider we’ve seen here have been wonderful. We do have a set provider we usually see, but I fear if I say his name he’ll become super full.. so I’m just gonna end with that.

Like it has been said before. The front desk and nurses are unhelpful and rude. My son has a history of bronchitis and ear infections, so after a couple days of coughing and sleepless nights I brought him in. We saw Dr. Pankau, he very rude and acted passive towards my concerns. He was huffing and puffing the whole time like he was just so annoyed by the situation and he was rude to my 3 year old son. I will never take my son back there. When becoming a pediatrician you should expect parents to bring their children and for the common cold, irritating as it is you shouldn't show it especially towards a child. If you have no interest in working with children don't become a pediatrician.

Each time we've had to take our children in, we've felt very comfortable and welcomed. While we've seen several doctors, they have all been willing to bend over backwards to help make sure my kids are comfortable. Each time we've had to deal with different symptoms from different problems. All of them are quickly resolved. From the front desk to the billing staff, everyone has been pleasurable to speak with every time. I would highly recommend you schedule an appointment with The Pediatric Center before anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

If you care about your child DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! Front desk is rude, unhelpful, and some can barely speak English. We had an appointment, arrived on time, and there was only one other family waiting in the office, but we were still seen 45 minutes late. They did not provide good medical advice on an issue my son was having which was taken care of after a simple conversation with a pharmacist. After double checking twice that they were "in network" with our insurance, they then scheduled us with the one doctor in the office that wasn't, so what should have cost a $20 copay wound up costing over $200. They seem to cater to the Medicaid crowd quite well.

I had to bring my newborn in for a jaundice scare. They sent us to the hospital, who ran all of the necessary tests and called me within the hour to reassure me that my baby was healthy. Even though the Pediatric Center promised to call me right away, I didn’t get a call from them for another 24 hours. If I hadn’t already been reassured by the hospital, I would’ve been waiting for an entire day and night to know that my 1 week old was healthy and safe. How terrifying! I immediately switched offices after this experience. Aside from that, the whole place just feels kind of dirty. Everything looks really, really outdated and like it hasn’t been wiped down in a few weeks. You can just tell that there are sick kid germs all over the place all the time. Not really the type of place you want to go for healthcare. While I liked our normal doctor when he was examining our baby in the hospital, I can’t justify staying at a grimy office with staff that drops the ball.

All the doctors are great. And I wanna give a special shoutout to Dr Brad Edwards. He's freaking awesome. We've been patients for 13 years. My wife and I love him with all our hearts. His energy with our kids is so perfect. He's got a Santa vibe (even though I’m sure he’s younger than me) with the kids and he treats parents like friends. I especially appreciate how gently he recommends that we could be doing this or that better as parents. I leave inspired rather than offended.

My wife went in there for a checkup for our daughter. Front office was terrible ! Very rude ! Not sure how people like that have a job at a place for kids. We only go here because of doctor Anderson, and his nurse. If he was to leave we would go wherever he Did!

I have taken both of my boys to Dr. Edwards for 7+ years. REMARKABLE care! He takes such good care of both of them. They've also seen Dr. Hatch, and a couple of the PA's. I appreciate the care they've been given. Great office!

Front office staff and nurses do not communicate with each other. If you call the nurse line, they never call back. I realize they are busy, but so are other pediatricians' offices, and they are able to call back by the end of the night. I was berated by one of the nurses because I brought my daughter in last summer to have her splint rewrapped without an appointment, she told me I cut into their lunchtime. I had called earlier to make an appointment and the front office staff told me to come without an appointment. Final straw after almost 2 years was a well-visit for my 1 year old son, Dr. Olson attempted to do something I was uncomfortable with and that he should have known not to do, and when I told him to stop, he did not. I asked him twice and he ignored me, until I finally had to knock his hands away. We switched to another pediatricians' office and are much happier. We stayed so long because I really liked the PA's and most of the doctors, but there were just too many issues.

The nurses and pediatricians here are phenomenal!! They're great with my kids and have gone out of their way to help my family. They are concerned not only for my kids well-being but also my own-- they checked in with me after my daughter's birth to monitor postpartum stress/ depression. Dr. Aughney is our favorite!! And a nurse who remembers us every time =)

The longer I'm with this group of pediatrics and employees, the more I'm disliking it. The last time I set up my appointment they just put me with a random doctor when we've been seeing the same one for each of my sons monthly check ups since he was 6weeks, and they have it on record, and I even tell them, everytime I wanna see the same doctor. What kind of doctor's office just hangs up on you when you call them back because you missed their call??? And I don't know if this is normal, but why couldn't I book my next appointment 3 months in advanced, ("we don't have the schedule out that far.") But ive done it before???

I recently made the switch to have my child go to Dr. Edwards and it’s the best choice I’ve made for him. Dr. Edwards and his nurse, Miranda, are so careful, caring, and cautious with my baby. I have full confidence in them. They are very aware to detail and make sure he is as healthy as possible. As an over nervous first time mom, I’m so grateful for these two! My baby was recently sick, and after my visit they called the next day to check up on him, and that meant so much to me.But more than that, it says something about how they practice medicine. They truly care and I recommend them both to anyone and everyone!!

This is a great place to take your kids in for their doctor visits. We have never had an issue with any of the physicians or staff here. The office and examination rooms are clean and well stocked. The level of professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend this doctors office for your kids. They really do take care to provide great service.

Rude, lazy, and severely unprofessional. They willingly allowed a open MRSA infection to continue untreated on our daughter (to be fair, we didn't know it was MRSA, they wouldn't disclose the diagnosis to us). When finally treating the sore, the doctor was shaking and got the contaminated blood and puss all over the exam room. What the hell guys?

We have been at the Pediatric Center for six years with our two children. Dr. Anderson was good to do research on an issue with my son and find a solution. Dr. Edwards is always so kind and easy to talk with. He really knows how to make our kids feel comfortable and teach them as well. Dr. Aughney’s nurse, Cassidy, is very kind and gentle with the kids. A great medical facility with great employees. Even after moving out of the Rigby/Idaho Falls area, I will continue to bring my children here as I know that they are well taken care of.

They switch doctors all the time. Their computer system is so messed up! They had to cancel and reschedule my appointments THREE times in one week! Seriously I do not recommend this place the nurses were so nice but the front desk ladies are RUDE!!!!! I dreaded coming to my doctors appointments. Switched to Idaho falls pediatrics!

Based on all past appointments I would have rated a 4 or 5, but this last appointment, too many balls were dropped. I asked at check out if my child's prescription was sent in, they said yes. I get to the pharmacy, and no prescription was sent in. I call they office, I'm transferred to the nurse with no response. I call back and the front desk lady said she'd look for the nurse, she ended up being busy with another patient. The front desk lady said they would call once the prescription was called in. I waited thirty minutes, with no call. I called again, the nurse said it was sent over twenty minutes ago. So first, I was lied to about the prescription being sent over initially. Second I was lied to about receiving a call once it was called in for real. Lastly, not one single apology was given. Patient care was clearly not a huge concern to them, all the while, my child is out in the cold weather struggling to breathe. Perhaps a brush up lesson on patient care would be beneficial.

My two kids have been seeing the doctors here since they were born. Over the years we have seen everyone in the group and some have retired now, but overall they have been very professional and trustworthy. Lazy. That's how I would describe my doctor. My son had gained 3 oz at his 2 month check up and my doctor insisted I wasn't producing enough milk. I was told I should switch to using formula. Fastforward to his 2 year check up and I am told my son has a speech delay and I need to take him to speech therapy. After months of therapy his speech hasn't gotten any better and then we discover he has a bad tongue tie. How can a trained medical professional miss that? With all those signs? So very unimpressed with that doctor. Lazy and incompetent.

My daughter has special needs and the people at this office are kind and patient with her because she doesn't open up to strangers very well but they took their time with her and talk to her as a friend should. The office's and exam rooms are clean and well lit. They have them decorated cute with wall paper that a little kid would like. I like it there.

My kids have been going there since we moved here and are now 12 and 14. I have never once walked out of there feeling like they did anything rude or unprofessional. Kudos to Dr. ANDERSON my Son Ryan has ADD/Autism spectrum... Thanks to him he got all the help he needed and is THriViNG because of that help. So instead of reading all the reviews maybe if someone is wondering how this place and the people are....make an Appointment. Different personalities in this world I find daily...clash.
