I have been there ever since I was young. Me and my husband are very busy parents we've been keeping up with my son's shots but when I started to take my son over to this place, they were nice to me but when it comes to reminders of appointments/ reassuring they are very poor at it. Yet dismissed my 7 month meaning they would never see him because of missed appointments that again i was never called to be reminded or reassured never coming here ever again.

Called to try and reschedule an appointment two weeks in advance. Receptionist had no idea what she was doing. Had to re explain my concern five times before finally getting to finding a good time. Told her specific time frame I was available such as days/times. Had a concern about pushing the appointment so I wanted to make sure it was okay to do so (vaccination schedule). She put me on a hold then a DIFFERENT person came on the line without introducing herself and said “will that day work for you” then tried to hang up before I could clarify my ORIGINAL concern I asked “what is even going on” as they weren’t answering the simple question I had about the schedule. I got frustrated and wanted to verify rescheduling that far out WAS okay and the lady rudely insisted they were “trying to help”. Which was not true. Was also put on hold multiple times with little to no warning clearly due to their lack of communication skills and not wanting to deal with my frustration they had caused. Not sure why “Stacy and Linda” (the apparent real names of these women on the phone) are even receptionists. Common sense and basic customer service skills clearly aren’t in their resume. Seems to be a pattern from the reviews. Really disappointed this is the only provider my sons insurance will cover in the area. So if you’re expecting to be able to ask simple questions while making a simple appointment or reschedule, lower your expectations by ten fold and expect the most incompetent staff to be on the line. This facility should reconsider who they have staffed there as these women set the tone for the office that the doctors do the real work in. The doctors and nurses aren’t terrible and I have no qualms with them.

The Doctor that my family has for this location is absolutely amazing. She is caring and interactive. She wants to hear from the kids on how they are feeling, and is very patient with them when they cry. I couldn't imagine a better doctor for my kids.

I absolutely love this Pediatrics Office. They were so helpful, kind, and professional. They made my daughter feel comfortable, and she really likes her Doctor! We see Dr. Labor, and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. She is very nice, and explains things in great detail when asked. Especially if you have nay kind of concern, she makes sure to acknowledge you, and help you. The nurse was very friendly, and made the shots go super fast, while still being very gentle and understanding. I have been absolutely blown away by the people at this location. They do a great job!

Had a wonderful rapport and history with Dr. Miller. She treated our 8 year old from birth as well as our 18 month old and was amazing! She helped guide us through a NICU stretch with our young one and a terrible accident with our older one. We missed one appointment without calling after an emergency taking care of my mother who has Alzheimer's & Dementia, and a couple days later received a certified letter stating that our children could no longer see Dr. Miller. Our daughter spent over a month in the NICU and in that time developed a level of care and rapport with Dr. Miller that we cannot duplicate elsewhere That is abhorrent. This policy hurt our family and will undoubtedly diminish the level of care our children receive. Shame on you TVPeds, for not looking out for the best interest of your patients.

We have really enjoyed Dr. Prasche for our kids. She knows how to transition from treating our 4 year old to treating our 12 year old. She is professional, yet personable. We've never encountered problems with reception as indicated with previous reviews.

My kids have gone here for years but lately the office has been so unprofessional, passive aggressive, and unaccountable. I couldn't say what contributed to the change but perhaps St Luke's take over or the new management is to blame. They've lost a loyal and long term patients.

We have been going to Treasure Valley Pediatrics for years now and we really liked it until now. I've called several times trying to make an appointment for my daughter and nobody will pick up the phones. I'm on hold forever until I finally give up. I've called at all different times of the day with no luck.

We love Dr Hanks. He was my Dr when I was young and now sees my daughters. We've also seen other Drs when he wasn't available and have had positive experiences with all of them. Recently my daughter got something stuck up her nose and we were able to be seen the same day. When we went in we needed lots of hands and had the help of 4 different nurses/drs to remove it. They were so kind and patient with her and we all left smiling.

My experience with them was poor. I was recommended to one of their doctors for my one year old daughter. I checked their website and the doctors profile says currently accepting new patients. So I call to make an apt and the lady says that if I'm not moving from out of the area and I'm transferring from a local provider then we can't get in. My daughter was born at st Lukes as well. The lady on the phone was very rude. As a mother who's just trying to get her one year old better medical care it was very upsetting. They need to update their website to be more accurate, and work on customer service skills with their receptionists.

Christina Miller is not a good doctor when it comes to parents concerns. I have been taking my daughter to "Doctor" Miller for 7 years, and for 7 years my daughter has had violent rocking issues. "Doctor" Miller diagnosis was she will grow out of it. I am pretty sure she has Rhythmic Movement Disorder. For 3 Years I have been telling "Doctor" Miller my daughter has had issues paying attention, anxiety, rocking issues, and recently Her school encouraged me get her speech therapy outside of school because 20 minutes at school is not enough. I did look into treatment and Christina Miller Once again refused to sign off on treatment. I voiced over the phone to her nurse this was ridiculous that she refused to take anything I said seriously. I told her i would look into another health provider, because I was so frustrated with the lack of care. Then I requested a new Ped in the same office and they booted me from all treasure valley peds. I then had my husband call the site manger Karen Palmer to request a meeting to sit down with her to show her that the school had already deemed my daughter as struggling with speech and to show her video poof of my daughters rocking that her Doctor REFUSED to treat. She Refuses to sit down and discuss it. I will not be telling anyone to go tot his office. They don't care if their doctors don't treat, obviously. Should you bring it to their attention they will just boot you.

The doctors are great. My son was born with some major issues, and they are always able to get us in. Even when we would have issues during non-traditional hours, there was always a doctor on call. They also have an evening and weekend clinic in downtown Boise. We also appreciated being able to get to know some of the other pediatrician's in the office. Whenever our pediatrician is not in the office and we need to see a doctor, the other pediatrician's know my son and have made themselves familiar with his issues. I would definitely recommend Treasure Valley Pediatrics.
