They are not a very good doctors office they will medically abuse children leave them starving and then blame the parents on not feeding them wen they are they look at young mother's as they are stupid and don't know anything about there child.

I have taken my four children there since birth 11 years ago. I have been very happy with the nurses and doctors we have seen. We see Lynda Schaffer mostly and love that she trusts the mom instinct. She knows a lot but also will send you somewhere else if she feels uninformed on a specific illness or question. I appreciate honesty.

I have been bringing my four children to both the downtown & Eagle clinics for more than twenty years. I have been treated respectfully, my children have received excellent care, and all the doctors have offered referrals when necessary. The past 12 years, we have been seeing ‘Dr. Ben’ Godfrey at the Eagle clinic, but all four physicians (including Drs. Gaddis, Hirsch & Womack), are extremely kind and thorough. I recommend TVP every chance I get!

From my experience today I am very angry. The staff up front, neither the nurse does not know how to do there job. I gave you my name, you called my husband phone. Lied to me telling you left a message on that phone. We’re lazy because dr Warrens nurse couldn’t try calling the second # on the account. I have to call back again after hrs. I’m very worried about my daughter health. Her nurse treats me like I don’t know what I am talking about. I told her my older daughter tested positive for Influenza A and was given tamiflu. I wanted the tamiflu for my younger daughter. She than tells me there are no more appointments left for tonight. You will have to call back in the morning. I took my younger daughter to primary health tonight. Tested very positive for Influenza A. They prescribed tamiflu. Dr Warren’s nurse bedside manners are terrible. I think I’ve finally had it w the terrible level of care. Time to find a new pediatrician!

We’ve been taking our children to Dr. Weiss for two plus years. He is kind, knowledgeable, and is wonderful about talking with you about your child’s care, not at you. When Dr. Weiss is unavailable, his counterpart, Dr. Sabota is just as amazing. We’ve had nothing but great experiences here. We appreciate the front staff and also that there are hours available for appointments each day of the week. So helpful for when little ones come down with something on the weekend. Can’t say enough about TVP!
