Dr was amazing, but the scheduling is horrible. I hauled my 2 babies in there for an appointment on Monday morning (. Confirmed the Friday before at 4pm with them) I checked in, all was well, then 15 minutes later they come to tell me my appointment was canceled last week because there was no doctor there. They said the called. They absolutely didn’t. Huge waste of time. I switched pediatricians that day. Will never be back.

We had a bad experience with one of the doctors there. When we wanted to talk to her about it to see if it was just miscommunication or an unintentional mistake, we were never given the chance to find out because no one returned our calls. We were kind and totally open to hear the other side of things, too. Anyways, it ended up being a positive experience for us because it led us to another doctor in Nampa who has become the best doctor my kids have ever had.

I was so nervous to find a doctor with my first child I didn’t know any pediatrics and I just wanted the best for my child. I found that at this office they have the best staff and nurses and amazing doctors !

Kind reception staff. Clear and kind communication. Dr. Gessel is open, warm, and takes the time necessary to truly care for her patients. We are so thankful to have the opportunity for Dr. Gessel to care for our son. Our son has a variety of medical issues and she has handled them all with patience and understanding.

Dr.H is the best! Always so friendly and great with my kids. I was scared moving from AZ to ID that I wouldnt find a good office for my kids but I got lucky!
