If you want to feel like a number instead of a patient, go here. While the doctor was a consumate professional and the nurses are competent, you will never the less end up feeling like you don't matter to the people in this office. You may leave a message for a nurse to contact you but you will be told that it could be up to 24hours for a callback, or maybe even next monday, and no timeframe will be given to make it easier to arrange a call time. Apparently the patient must always be present by their phone in order to receive a call from a nurse, making the phone tag just awesome. Moreover, I also had no contact from the office for more than 3 weeks after my Sleep study, and I'm not sure if I would even have been contacted at all if I hadn't called them, and then waited by my phone for a call back. Perhaps this is the new customer service model in the medical field.

After seeing Dr Schwarz on numerous occasions for chronic cough, I was referred to St Lukes for a pulmonary breathing test. 3 weeks after the test, still have not heard from Dr Schwarz office regarding the results. Called the office, and they were found. 3 weeks! I had already received EOB from insurance. Dr Schwarz nurse stated she would give results to Dr Schwarz and if I wanted to have a 3 month follow up he could tell me of the results. Let me get this straight. Dr Schwarz office wants me to now pay them to tell me the results of the test? I have to go into his office to be told if they or normal or not! Why can he not tell me over the phone the results of what he did not know in the first place? Why do I have to call and beg for the information in the first place? Dr Schwarz I find this unacceptable as a patient. Under the Medicare Fraud Waste and Abuse Rules this appears to be considered ABUSE. There is no reason to bill me to reveal my test results, even though you probably can! Disillusioned patient-

Very nice and professional. Made me feel like I could put all my trust into him. Had an excellent experience with him today when I got my tonsilectomy! After suffering with non stop sickness and tonsil stones I'm finally feeling better. Thank you Dr. Schwarz I would highly reccomend him to anyone!!!

Dr Shwartz and his nurse did a rush job during my new patient counsel. They did not dig very deep into my long history of sleep apnea. Nor did they adequately answer my questions. His nurse was downright rude. I am not going back!

It took me a month and half to get a appointment with this place I've been having difficulty swallowing since December. On top of all this I now need my gall bladder removed. I've been in process of moving, the night before my appointment, I have horrible diarrhea all night thanks to my gallbladder. I get to the office and in there defense I'm 15 mins late... at this point they turn me away saying to bad so sad and schedule me a month out again I tell them I'm sorry for being late but I need to figure this out is hard for me to eat and ive lost 30lbs. They literally tell me do you want the appointment next month or no...... I cant tell you if docs are any good never made it that far. This place may not kill you, but they definitely dont care about you. Dont go here I left office called another ent doctor that is in same campus as them and they got me appointment next Thursday! Dont give these people business they obviously don't care about their patients and are clearly to "busy" to do their jobs effectively. Dont believe me? Why else do they have a 2.5 rating.

Dr Schwarz listened to my concerns and issues with my tonsils and took those bad boys out a month later. Everything went smoothly, and no more tonsil stones! If you're worried about a tonsillectomy as an adult, don't be. It feels like strep throat for a week, then a sore throat for the second week. You can still talk, eat soft food, and walk around as needed. I didn't even take my pain meds since they made me a little nauseous. I took liquid Tylenol and used an ice pack on my neck. Wait time was a little excessive at one of my appointments; allow yourself at least an extra half hour for the waiting room.

Dr. Schwarz gave me a diagnosis for my problem but that is the best I can say about this experience. Would not go back.
