I went to see Dr. Rustad today! I was referred by my primary doctor. The nurse was rude when she came in and pretty much mocked me on what I was going to be seen for. Then here comes Dr. Rustad! He was rude and acted like I had a screw loose then proceeded to tell me he had 30 years experience in the medical field! I should have known better than to see him again, but my primary doctor encouraged me. I originally seen him in 2015! Boy did he miss diagnose my nose bleeds! He was going to surgically shut my one side of my nostril closed! Fortunately I had an appointment with my Dermatologist and the PA said my nose bleeds was caused by the Herpes I had going in my nose! I went on medication and never had the surgery Dr Rustad was going to do! He thinks he knows all! He doesn't The only thing he is good at is being rude!

Dr. Rustad is probably one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He performed neck dissection surgery on me. Pre-operation he was kind and compassionate and he answered ALL of my many questions. The surgery itself was magnificent and he was able to remove my tumor and cancerous lymph nodes while preserving my facial nerve. I am now 9 months post-surgery, cancer-free, and my scar is only visible if you know exactly what to look for.

Dr. Todd Rustad operated to remove a faulty parathyroid a few years ago and did an excellent job and left minimal scarring. The next morning he came by my room early to check on how I was responding to the surgery. Whether having him operate or seeing Dr. Rustad in his office, I always found him to be thorough, knowledgeable, while including compassion and the willingness to listen to me as an individual. Later he had to operate to repair my eardrum which was damaged due to a severe infection. Again, minimal scarring, great follow up. He has a sense of humor that I also appreciated.
