Dr. Joel Carlson is the best there is, hands down. He and his staff of amazing ladies took the very best care of me while under their care. I felt like more than just another patient. Always greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude! That paired with incredible knowledge, I couldn’t ask for more! My family and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The midwives are wonderful! Everything about my actual prenatal care and delivery was great. However, the office portion of it isn't so great. You are usually brought in late to your appointment--it's not uncommon to go in 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Some of the receptionists aren't the nicest if you're calling and don't know what you need/who to talk to. The answering system isn't very friendly, and there isn't an option to talk to anyone if the office is closed. Also, there is no message saying it's closed when it is closed, so you kind of just have to guess.

(3 weeks ago) Fiancee and I went in about a month ago. We thought the doctor was kind of weird. Decided not to go with surgery. Wont leave us alone now. Got a letter in the mail saying surgery was scheduled about a week later even though we never asked for surgery. Now we keep calling to cancel and we are on our fourth call yet they still seem to think we have an appointment. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. 6/23/17 Apparently there is an "outstanding lab order for the surgery that never happened". I am not sure what is wrong with these people.

I recommend Dr. Cox he is very polite and respectful he is an excellent Dr. I had to have a c-section with my 5th baby and was seeing Dr. stinger for that pregnancy and did not want another c-section so I went to Dr. Cox and I was able to vbac. And yes some times you have to wait a long time but it didn't bother me. You wait for the best.

I have gone to the clinic for the DEPO shot for 4-5 years and never had an issue till now. I was over due for my next appointment in January because they usually remind me of any upcoming appointments. So I called them making sure I had the times right and they said I wasn’t even in there system. I was furious and scheduled for the next available appointment. When I went in the girls were totally unsympathetic and just blew off their mistake as if it happened regularly. I got the shot and rescheduled for some time in May. Here we are and I called them because I never got a reminder of an upcoming appointment again. They didn’t have me or my appointment in their system again. The lady on the phone was unapologetic and unhelpful. Their incompetence has resulted in my body being out of balance for the past 6 months. I utilize the DEPO primarily as an antidepressant and a hormone stabilizer over a method of contraception. I will never go back. Physicians Immediate health care conveniently offers the DEPO and actually keeps track of their patients records.

I have been going to Dr. Carlson for over 6 years now and I have never had any problems with any of the doctors or staff at this clinic. They are always friendly and willing to explain everything. I feel like my wishes are listened to and fulfilled to the best of their ability. They always do their best to make sure I get the care I need.

Not only is Dr. Jones great his entire staff is always so great to me. Dr. Jones has bent over backwards just to do what he can to help me out make me happy and comfortable. Which if you knew my health history you'd know that isn't an easy thing.

My wife has seen three different docs there and 2 of the three walked out of the room with my wife bawling in pain and discomfort. We thought that it was the doc, but it’s the culture of the clinic. They want to get paid, not help patients.

I've only had to come twice by referral for a procedure with Dr Cox & the folllow up. He is pleasant & easy to talk to. The wait time i experienced is long. I waited 45 mins after check in the first visit then, the second visit 20 mins. Once your back in he is quick and right to the point which I as a patient prefer.

Dr. Jones took great care of my wife and delivered my baby girl. The nurses there are amazing. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire staff, from the receptionist, to the anesthesiologists, nurses and Dr. Stinger and everyone in between, took amazing care of me and my baby! Dr. Stinger was polite and professional and he took my health seriously. I felt valued and important as a patient and I’ll never forget that. Thank you everyone! You’re all rockstars!

I was very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Stinger and his nursing staff. I felt like I was on an assembly line, with no individual care. Dr. Stinger left me hopeless and without any definitive treatment plan moving forward. The couple of labs I did get I had to call a month later just to find out the results. The front desk staff was so kind and the office is very nice, but I would recommend seeing a different provider.

Took my wife in because she hadn't had a monthly in 5 months, with 5 or 6 negative pregnancy tests with numerous possibilities one being dangerous to her health, they waved it off not even acting like she was important and pushing some pill to take for 10 days to jump start her monthly, I have heard of women who have went full term with No positive pregnancy tests, treating my wife like she doesn't matter, If she is one of those cases where she is but not registering on a test and they put her on a pill to jump start her period what could that do to an unborn fetus, only saw the "registered midwife" as we were walking out the door otherwise seen by a student assistant....... very unproffessional! Not really willing to recommend anyone going here for anything!

My wife and I went into the hospital do to leaking of her amniotic fluid. We were seen by a intern and a nurse, Stinger was on call that night and as the night went on the prognosis got worst. They tested for a leak and 2 of the 3 tests came back negative, and then they sent a test to the lab that was positive for a amniotic leak. After more tests and talking with the intern who did a ultra sound and after supossdily talking to Stinger, which we never seen at all and that was no surprise. Said that all fluid was lost and didn't want to take any steps in bed rest, but had the intern address the situation and insisted on removing our baby that was alive and kicking. We packed up the car and went to primary to see what their prognosis is. I think when your a Dr on call and there is a issue maybe you should show up because he is supposedly the professional.

The waiting times are ridiculous. My appointment was at 4:15 p.m it is now 5:22 p.m. my whole pregnancy appointment experiences have been like that. If you can handle working around ur whole day of sitting around waiting here not a big deal then... If I didn't need a VBAC doctor I wouldn't be here. My primary doctor doesn't do vbac unfortunately...anyways, so here they can't handle all their patient loads, ...don't return phone calls, they forget and dont followup on you lab results...after the waiting in the lobby to be seen when they finally do call ya back to be seen it feels like they rush you out.

Dr Cox was the most amazing care giver for my daughter. His bedside manner and expertise were beyond anything I have experienced. He is calm, kind, concise and has an easy comfortable confidence . The emergency surgery he performed for my daughter turned out great. If I didn't live 9 hours away I would go to him myself! If you want excellent care, go to Dr. Cox.
