I am Patrick's wife Suzy. After reading the other reviews I have to say, "Are you kidding me?" I guess a person has to have surgery with this doctor in order to get any responses out of them at all. I am having to have a series of tests but nobody from this office can call to let me know what's coming next. I keep having to call them. Even after they tell me they'll call me. Maybe they are good for taking out tonsils etc. but not at all good for communicating.

Dr Donaldson has taken out all of my 3 kids tonsils and adnoids, I have never been disappointed in him, or of his office staff, they are professional, friendly, and very efficent! I was also VERY impressed when I called him the day after Christmas about my son who had just had surgery the week before, and he was more than willing to come to the office and meet with us. It turned out to be fine, but was a scary situation at the time, I truly will never use another ENT!

I was referred to this doctor. I was having a problem will lots of sinus infection and a consistent runny nose. I never saw the doctor even after telling the pa that my GP wanted me to talk to him. The PA gave me a prescription that cost sixty dollars. Worked for about two weeks. When I go to a doctor's office I expect to see the doctor.
