Amazing place! The office is beautiful and very modern. All the staff is very kind and friendly. The providers are amazing, and make sure to take the time to see your concerns and help you out to the fullest extent. The estheticians are also very informative, and kind. I see Matt, PA and Meghan the esthetician. I have had nothing but great experiences and results. Matt is super friendly, personable, funny and good at drawing blood!! You can tell he cares about his patients feelings and concerns. The office is always clean and beautiful. Meghan takes care of my skin and is always making sure I am comfortable. I have seen such great results with the treatments she recommends. I am no stranger to the dermatologist, and it is pleasant coming here once a month. My boyfriend has seen Meghan, Matt & even Dr. Keller himself. He has had good experiences as well.

I was a new patient excited to have some cosmetic medical dermatology. The office seemed Current on the procedures they offer. However, I showed up for my first appointment 8 minuets late. They took 10 minuets to get back to me on weather or not they would be able to see me that day. The secretary finally told me they would not be able to see me today. However I was the only patient in the entire waiting room! There were two other cars in the parking lot when I showed up. I called on a Friday to schedule my appointment figuring it would be a few months booked out for a new Patient. Instead they got me in that first Monday morning after I had called. Which tells me they are hurting for patients… I’m not surprise now with how bad they treat new coming patience! The sad thing is… I was so excited to be a patient! I even made my son an appointment and my husband an appointment… Today they lost me and my entire family as future patients! Sounds to me like they will just keep hurting for patients from here on out. FYI- I have NEVER made a review anywhere. It just proves how bad they were to make me so passionate about letting other people know what kind of service they will be getting.

This facility is excellent! Very compassionate and caring. I see Heather there and she is always very professional and funny....makes you kind of forget why you were there! Just had a recent simple procedure and she called to make sure everything was ok. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them!

This is the first dermatology office that I have felt comfortable with checking my moles. They are thorough, respectful and very nice. The entire staff is amazing too! I had two moles removed on my head and one on my shoulder, they made sure to comfort me and hold my hand since the could tell how nervous I was. My scars are dark but that's just the way my body heals. I know they will lighten as times goes on. To blame a doctor for how you heal and the discoloration of your scar is ridiculous. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

At my first exam Dr. Keller told me I look like a chocolate chip cookie with all my moles. Very bad bedside manners. I decided to overlook that and have had multiple moles removed and two moes surgeries. The sars are hollable. I have one between my eyebrows that is ridiculous and I will now have to go to a plastic surgeon to fix my face.

When I moved to Boise from the Midwest, I started having major skin issues with the dryness. I had been to many places and talked to quite a few dermatologists and had no luck. I started seeing Meghan back in October and she was patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me with an at home skincare routine along with providing such awesome facial treatments at Keller. Along with seeing Meghan, I made an appointment with Matt who was also so kind and patient! After seeing them, my skin has never been so clear and I’m truly thankful for all of Keller’s wonderful staff. If anyone is having any issues, please make an appointment!

I have giant scars where moles once were. I do not recommend Dr Kellers' office for removal of moles if you wish to not have scars larger than the mole that were once there.

I've been to a lot of dermatologists and this place is the best! I see Heather Kuntson and my husband sees Wade Keller. Heather has always been able to identify the issues I'm having and takes them very serious. She detailed track of all of my moles and I'm very confident that if anything were to change she would know and move accordingly. I've had several moles removed without any scaring and same for my husband. I drive all the way across town because I don't want to go anywhere else. It's a very professional office and I would highly recommend it.

I'm very impressed with Dr Keller. I'm retired from working 40+ years in health care & the process of seeing many physician procedures. --so I'm opinionated. Dr Keller is excellent with the specialist part- suturing, etc., He's very prompt (even when I was early),, & had a great sense of humor to ease my original misgivings. The bad new is he's now focusing more on -'beautification' procedures & has quite a long wait time to secure an appointment for ordinary skin issues. I may change my review---or I may elect to see someone else, as I'm not sure I'm patient enough to wait almost two months.

The care I received at Keller Skin Care was simply phenomenal. I had an urgent medical issue, and they adjusted their schedule to get me an appointment. I met with Dr. Keller and his assistant Jessica, and we were able to bring my Cardiology team into the appointment via the cell phone. After the examination, I had a plan for my recovery from the severe rash. I am not kidding folks, you rarely (if ever) see this kind of care, attention to detail, and professionalism. I have found a Dermatologist, not just for myself, but for my entire family as well. You would be crazy to look anywhere else but to Dr. Keller and his team for any skin issue. Thank-you Dr. Keller from the bottom of my heart! John

I was 10 minutes late since I turned the wrong way on street due to construction in the area. But I did call to let them know I was lost to get directions which they gave me. When I came in the reception was not very pleasant and asked who I talked to. Obviously I didn't get a name as I was focused on getting there. Then I was told I would have to wait which was fine. Then I asked how long and she had no idea therefore I walked out without rescheduling. Seriously 10 min late and I did call earlier. I will give them 1 star because they did get me in within less than a week. But no thank you for dealing with this office. I would like to add to my review that I received call back with an apology. I left before the person I talked to told the receptionist. I was scheduled immediately with the Dr. Keller who was very informative and personable.

I have been to Doctor Keller twice now. He has always given me a lot of time and attention. He is funny and informative. I recently had a hysterectomy and have acne for the 1st time in years. He is helping me clear it up as well as take off moles that were questionable. I was comfortable and feel like I have friends there. The nurses and receptionists all were great. I would refer Dr. Keller to anyone!!

Today was my first visit and I definitely won’t be going anywhere else! The office staff was friendly and Matt was awesome. He checked out a couple areas on my skin and took care of them. I didn’t feel like he was rushed as he talked to me about my concerns and what to expect over the next few weeks. Totally loved this office and the rest of the warm and friendly staff!

I went in thinking I could get some advice from a skin expert. My appointment lasted all of 2 minutes and I was told nothing could be done about a scar that I got from surgery. No suggestions, no recomendations, just a "sorry" and told me they'd call me after checking with the other doctors. The aspointment was very rushed and she hardly let me speak. She did not seem to care that I was a new patient and I left very disappointed. It's been a couple weeks and still no call back. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

My Daughter was seen recently and had a great visit. We were seen promptly and everyone was friendly. Mehgan made her feel comfortable and explained the treatment so we knew what to expect. Very glad we chose this clinic. The cookies, coffee and suckers were a nice treat at the office.
