I absolutely love this office!! I love the care they provide and how caring and loving all the staff is!!! Sarah Kohal is the most amazing nurse midwife I've come across!!! Highly recommend!!! My delivery went so smoothly and it was the best experience. I adore Sarah and the way she is with people especially people like me who are full of anxiety and nerves!!! She is very calming and reassuring!!!!

My doctor Jennifer Farwell was amazing as well as all the nurses and Midwife Sarah. I genuinely loved everyone who worked with me. I definitely recommend this office and the staff!!

I have a history of stillbirth with my first pregnancy and now pregnant with twin rainbow babies, I wouldn’t trust anyone more capable to see me through this pregnancy. Just the other day i went into labor and delivery because i started having contractions at 26 weeks with these two and even though it was a rat race dr farwell made sure to personally come out and check on me even though she had just preformed a c-section on another woman and was also being pulled to another woman in labor. She’s personally met every concern ive had this pregnancy and taken my requests and inquiries very seriously and listened to what ive had to say, and i love her for that. She started seeing me every two weeks instead of every four to ease my worries and personal anxiety through this pregnancy at only 20 weeks. And even when i came in with contractions she opted to do whatever was best in her mind for the care of me and my babies even if it meant a transferr to higher care. She’s a smart intelligent doctor and she’s definitely one of the best in coeur d alene. Highly recommend her.

From the first visit, leading up to the surgery for extensive internal issues, Dr. Farwell was an absolute professional, blessed with an engaging and informative bedside manner. After unforeseen complications occurred during the surgery itself, she made the right judgement call(s) as confirmed by other attending surgeons. While in recovery, one of the patients sharing my room had her baby delivered by Dr. Farwell (as well as a subsequent surgery) and spoke equally as well of her services. We are lucky to have a physician of her caliber in the community.
