Dr Quatrone, as well as the other pain doctors here get you addicted and then cut you off. This should be illegal. If one is under a Dr's care for pain management, it should be a law that if the patient has to go off the pain meds, the Doctor by law, should have to help them get off the meds. It is just pushing the patients to the drugs on the street. Where else are they going to go?!!! For this reason I wish I could give "negative" stars!!! Also...... The DEA is on a witch hunt and is causing those who really need pain relief, to not have it available i.e. dental surgery, outpatient surgery etc.

Avoid this doctor at all costs! She acts like she cares until you sign a contract with her then she treats you like trash. There are good pain docs at this clinic but avoid her! Doesn't matter whats wrong with you, if she doesn't personally like you then she will abuse her power and drop you and the prevent you from seeing the good docs.

This place does nothing but treat patients like drug seekers, liars, thieves, and drug dealers. They set you on a course of treatment, and make you sign a ridiculous "drug contract" and then refuse to help you if something simple happens, like losing a printed prescription paper, leaving you without treatment for at least a month. "doctor" Quattrone was a mean, arrogant, incompetent ass, and had my grandmother (81, btw) branded a drug seeker. Her doctor now, is beginning to follow the same train of thought, and refusing to simply reprint a piece of paper. I'll be getting my grandmother out of there ASAP, and finding her a doctor who can treat her with the respect that any patient deserves. Preferably one that doesn't see everybody as junkies and liars.

Dr. Quattrone has been very thorough in her diagnosis and treatment of my daughter. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

Bad experience. I was going through a horrible tramatic incident in my life and the stress threw my body (with legal disabilities) went into shock mode and my pain was off the charts. Everything was working ok for awhile but then I got stomach flu very badly. I was throwing everything up including my pain medication. I went for an appt and told her this and she said I needed to take a UA. That would have been no problem but I had no 'U' in me since I couldn't hold anything including water in my system for 4 days. Since I couldn't produce 'U' right then, I was discharged from the practice. Real helpful....

Saw "doctor" quattrone in 2007, when social security disability sent me to her. She is terrible. Told me that I was not, and "would never be disabled." I begged her to look again, that I knew something was wrong with my joints. She just got rude, and I left the office in tears. Well, SHE WAS VERY WRONG! I had undiagnosed hypermobility disorder, and have joints that are now crumbling. With her degree, this was a condition she should have known about. I was treated like a sub human who was trying to game the system. I was denied my social security for 8 years because of her. Until my medical records were so overwhelming, as to prove her wrong. It seemed to us, she is in this for the paycheck. Terrible bedside manner, in fact..no bedside manner to speak of. Run Away.

Wow...there are a lot of weird reviews about Dr. Quattrone here. It's interesting that some people accuse her of "pushing" drugs while others say she doesn't provide enough. Pain can be hard to manage and sometimes the best option is to go to a Pain Management Clinic that specifically devotes their practice to managing intractable pain. There are some good ones in Treasure Valley. Yes, you will have to sign a contract...and yes you will have to have drug testing at each visit...that is a standard practice, deal with it. Dr. Quattrone has been compassionate, knowledgeable, and in general quite good to me at this point and her staff have been very efficient and professional. They are busy...as are all good providers, and they focus much of their time in direct patient care. This means the nurse is with a patient instead of sitting at the phone waiting for a call. When it is your turn...the nurse and other staff will be equally focused on you. Sometimes we end up communicating by messaging back and forth...but if one is flexible and willing to leave a clear and specific message, it works.

I have had a few slow to respond Dr.s, but this place is the absolute worst. I have been waiting almost four months for return calls and appointments. The only time they respond is after sending continuous emails and numerous calls. They respond with we will call you with an with this or that... I have waited and waited. They have not updated the portal since my first visit. If you want anything done or a Dr. who follows thru timely, do not go to this place!!

Read these other reviews and could not believe it was the same doctor. Staff were great, and doc was amazing. They were very thorough, and made sure I was well taken care of. Highly recommended!
