The Dr.s are great people. But the one star is for the piss poor waite staff. They over book the Dr.s so bad that you sit in there uncomfortable chairs for over an hr past your Apt time. Update Dr. Lightheart has the worst bed side manner I've seen sense Dr Denier. I would not piss on that man if he was on fire

I have tried four different times to schedule appointment with Gerlach. All four times the lady who answered the phone after pressing zero sounded like a very unhappy person who did not want to be working there and would rather be somewhere else. Also all four times she placed me on hold for scheduling and I would wait at least six minutes and nobody would answer.

They were prompt and concerned about my condition. Appointments were timely and I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes to get in to see the physician.

They have now TWICE cancelled my appointments without any word to us and were completely rude to my husband and I like it was our fault. I will die of 9 heart attacks before I ever step foot in that place full of disrespectful, entitled people ever again.

I have been to Idaho Heart multiple times and all I have received are a lot of medical bills for tests that seemed unnecessary. Dr. Gorman referred me to Dr. Garcia, who then moved without me even knowing! They rarely answer the phones and don't seem to have a lot of information about anything. This is not the place to go when your heart is on the line.

I would put zero stars if I could. My mother was barley a week late on paying a bill from circumstances beyond her controlled and they sent her to collections and wouldn't draw her blood until she payed. This tells me that they care way more about money than they do the well being of their patients. Stay away from this network of greedy doctors if possible. Unfortunately one Doctor or PA and even receptionists below par standards can ruin it for the rest of the professionals that "work" there.

Prepare to wait your life away in the waiting room and in the exam room. This place is among many others in Idaho Falls that have no idea how schedule appointments and keep them on time. Some of the people are halfway nice but no one really cares if you waste your day. (These are the same comments that I left for Summit Ortho) And for this place, Dr. Blank is a great Doc.

Dr. Wachter is amazing. Her nurse Cindy is amazing. This clinic is EXTREMELY busy because they are in high demand. If you're not patient maybe you should try somewhere else because these people have a huge case load. For myself this clinic is worth the wait because the medical staff is simply the best.

I am not a client of Idaho Heart Institute and somehow they got my number and has been calling me EVERYDAY insisting that I pay the bill. I was never a client of IHI nor will be one. Stop harassing my number. Every time I call back to trace Mindy down, they claimed that there is no "Mindy" but still call me EVERYDAY. Shame on IHI.

Literally almost killed me. Prescribed me medication that almost killed me and I left a voice mail every day for 2 weeks trying to get a hold of them. I stopped taking the meds after 3 days. Awful service. Now I can't even get a hold of them to pay their bill. Stay away from Dr. Chambers. Stay away from this place.

2 stars because they seem to know what they are doing. 2 stars because they were rude, condescending, and Dr. Wachter left the exam room and immediately told everyone outside it (in the back of the office, but in front of about 5 other employees) everything that happened in the exam- almost like she was making fun of me. I'm wanting to believe she wouldn't, being a cardiologist, but I felt she was very unprofessional with that. Maybe they should get soundproof doors if they want to discuss a patient with everyone.

Love the front desk staff. The place is pretty busy, but what do expect when you have great doctors. Everyone wants to see them and they can only do so much.

My experience with them has been horrible. I was seen 2 months ago and my insurance paid all but my copay. Since then I have received several bills saying my account is past due and I have called and tried to correct the situation several times. Joann in billing never returns my calls and when I have reached her, she ignores what I tell her and does nothing on her end to correct the mistake. I have called my insurance company and they told me the exact day and amount they paid and I have given that information to her and she refuses to do the necessary research to find the mistake on their end. To top it off today she hung up on me after I persisted asking a question she refused to answer.
