Did not appreciate being charged $186 to get my feet taped. I didn't ask about whether it would cost money or not because I assumed it was a part of the normal service. Of course their not going to say it costs additional money because they want to make money off of you, so if you go there make sure you ask about every little thing they do. Not knowing I was being charged $93 per foot to get my feet taped, I took the tape off later that day because it was uncomfortable.There's multiple videos on youtube that show the same method of taping. I feel I was ripped off, and will never go back to Idaho Foot and Ankle Associates again.

I visited Idaho Foot and Ankle after my son went and his experience was great! The Doctor was great and so were all the people in the office. My only problem was when I got the bill and they charged me $52 to tape my foot!!!!! The may have used a foot of athletic tape and it took all of 5-10 minutes to tape. They need to let people know that it is going to cost them a fortune to tape and when the tape might cost $5 at the most. Offered to buy them tape but they said it was for the Doctors education (or something) well the doctor didn't do it.

My husband and I have seen both Dr Jones and Dr Leis. The moment we walked in we were greeted warmly. And the concern for our health and comfort did come across as above the standard. We have highly recommended the entire staff to friends and family.

After an unfortunate stumble that resulted in a torn Achilles I was referred to Dr. Jones by a dear friend, actually two of them. I was not disappointed! Dr. Jones delivers more than just standard treatment. He takes a special interest in each patient and truly cares about your health. The entire staff will make you feel welcome and comfortable. Your condition and treatment options are discussed with you so you can make an informed decision about your care. Being a health care provider myself I hope to emulate his level of compassion with my patients.

70 years old with flat, flat feet. I have never been happy with the fit of my shoes. The inserts from Idaho Foot and Ankle have made my old shoes fit better than before and my new shoes fit great! I couldn't be happier.

This place is a scam. They will try to treat you as long as possible before they cure you. All they want is your money, they don't care about you in any way, shape, or form! I was mislead by the staff and the doctor on a few different issues. I can't believe businesses who operate like this can stay in business. The medical business is a tricky one!

I can't say enough good things about the people here. From the front office being kind and prompt. To the assistance in the back working hard to get the xrays just right. The doctor spoke to me at length finding out what had been done in the past. Wanting to know what I wanted. When I said I would like to get shots in my feet. He said ok I will be right back. He came back and gave me shots in both feet. On the way out the bill right. It was easy, they said he is your copay the insurance will cover the rest.

I went in to have a bone spur removed on the top of my foot. Dr. Anderson and the entire staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The procedure went very well and I am now on the mend. Top notch service across the board.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing foot/ankle pain! I saw Dr. Leis who has been treating my foot for the last couple of months due to inflammation in my joints. Yes, this clinic is a little more expensive than your average doc-in-the-box, but that's because it is a specialty clinic and not a doc-in-the-box. I had already gone to an urgent care provider prior to Idaho Foot & Ankle who just told me to ice and take advil... Had I gone here first I would have solved my foot pain much earlier! On top of all that, I think their customer service is some of the best. Every time I am there they remember who I am, what I do for work and ask how it is going, and what type of activities I like to participate in. Their goal from the outset was to get me back to running and what I enjoy. You aren't "just another patient" at Idaho Foot & Ankle.

My experience with this office was horrible. I had Plantar Fasciitis and need orthotic insoles for my shoes. I have excellent insurance; however this office requires the patients to pay $187.50 for the first insole and if your insurance does not pay when you pick them up another $187.50 will be due. I paid $187.50. A couple months later I went to pick up my new insoles and was told I needed to pay $187.50. I asked why would I be required to pay when my insurance has paid in full for both new insoles. I explained I have an over payment and you owe me. I had the claim number, amount paid and date. I was told at first we don't have this on our computer, and I don't see any payment. While I was calling my insurance they found the payment and I got my new insoles without having to pay an additional amount. Now I can't get back the $187.50 I over paid. Every time I call I get excuses as my computer is not working, we will call you back and the excuses go on. It has been over 90 days and I have not got a refund of the $187.50. Do not go to this place. It is a scam and the ladies at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional.

My experience here was okay at best. Staff out front was okay and the nursing staff was mainly friendly but the doctor did a rough job on my toenail removal. Even though I repeatedly requested he remove the entire nail he only removed half causing it to grow sideways as I told him it would. I have had 5 ingrown toenail procedures and know my body. I had the procedure about 2 years ago now and still have pain occasionally from The toenail roots and nerves that were burned out chemically. He was the roughest doctor I've ever had remove a toenail and provided no painkiller afterwards. Also a first. I was much less than impressed and would not return

I made an appointment here after my daughter had a great experience at the clinic. Unfortunately i got a different docter then my daughter did. He was the rudest person I have ever come across not only did he d be little me but he made me feel like a pos. I think his name was doc Anderson do your self a favor and go elsewhere
