I called in today to ask for a price on a first time patient. The girl on the front desk had horrible people skills. When asked the price she said it depends a total silence after. No will you like to schedule a appointment or what service do you need. I will get you a estimate. NO STAR I JUST HAD TO ADD SOMETHING

Had a great experience until it came time to settle the bill. I paid $200 up front and was told I would get most of it back when the insurance kicked in. Well, insurance kicked in and I still owed $80 on top of the $200. I went in and tried to work it out and couldn't work it out with them, I left very frustrated. I then wrote a letter and they called and still wouldn't work with me so looks like I'm out $280. It's not about the money, I understand why the bill is the way it was. What I have an issue with is being told one thing and then doing something completely different.

We saw Dr. Dave at the clinic for a year. My child has a rare allergy condition and when Dr Dave offered us a diagnosis we were thrilled. He was always available for emergency calls and never made us feel like we were crazy. The support, expertize and genuine care we received from Dr. Dave and the staff at Idaho Allergy and Asthma was unexpected and the key to getting our daughter healthy. I would recommend anyone to Dr Dave and the clinic.

I have been coming here for over 15 years a d they have helped improve my allergies so much! I used to get sick at least once a month due to my allergies but now I barely get sick twice a year from them. Dr. Petty is a very caring doctor and wants you to get better! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great allergy doctor!

The doctors are good at what they do but the last time I took my daughter there we were scorned by one of the doctors for 20 minutes being accused of wearing perfume. Supposedly 2 of the nurses had to have Epi shots and be sent home because of us. That's a little strange since neither one of us was wearing perfume, we don't even keep perfume in the house. Sadly after the way we was talked to I chose to transfer all of her medications over to my family doctor and he monitors her allergies now.

Dr Petty cares greatly for his patients and has successfully treated them for decades. His son has now joined the practice which brings new enthusiasm and excellent training to the benefit of all whom they treat.

I can't recommend Dr. Dave Petty enough. My daughter has eosinophil esophagitis and complicated allergies, and I've been to doctors from Austin, TX, to Salt Lake City, UT. Dr. Petty is the best. In addition to being knowledgeable, he's friendly, good with kids, and has been available whenever we needed to talk to him. He's never made the visits feel rushed, and he is really great at listening, and responding, to any concerns. I've had a lot of experience with allergy doctors, and Dr. Petty is our favorite so far.
