Worst experience of my life. Dr. Gustavel did my Total Knee Replacement late 2014 and I had problems from the start. I have been living with severe swelling and pain for almost a year and a half. I have to take pain killers almost every day. My life as I know it has changed completely. I have always been fit and active; now I am unable to do anything physical. I underwent this surgery so I could regain mobility of my knee. I am now barely able to walk up a flight of stairs. All he has ever suggested was to do additional Corticosteroid shots into the knee. I have spent thousands of dollars on rehab with no improvement. He has shown no interest in getting me back to health.

Great experience with Dr Gustavel, he replaced my ACL, removed the torn miniscuse, walked on it the same day of surgery. It is now 3 weeks later, the swelling is gone and continuing the rehab, and feel great. Thank you so very much !!

WOW. My experience with Dr.Gustaval and Idaho Sports Medicine Institute has shown me how great a physicians office can be. They are very thorough in their processes and always available to address any issue you may have whether it's clinical or administrative. The physical therapy side of ISMI is also very impressive. I have had two surgeries from ISMI and if I ever had to have another I would 100% go through Dr. Gustaval because of his patience and dedication to doing what it takes to improve your condition. I can't thank him enough!
