Everyone at FMRI has been EXTREMELY helpful to me after one of their doctors had helped me at St. Als the day before. Understanding my financial situation, they have done everything possible to keep costs down for me, and are very quick, friendly, and receptive to my needs.

Beautifully Broken

If i could negative stars I would been waiting almost an hour . ridiculous. On top of that the room is dirty trash on the floor I thought this was a doctor's office .

Horrible service at the front desk. Waited 30min to be called back and when I asked them how much longer the girl said someone after you was called first even tho I was 5min early to my apt and theirs wasnt for another 15min. Very rude staff!!

Susie Johnson is such an amazing therapist she's helped me through some very difficult times and I definitely recommend her ! Dr Reddin was awesome as well .I appreciate all the help I've received there

Billed for services not rendered then they charged me for a referral I didn't ask for and I didn't even go to where they referred me to. This company is a joke and a half! They didn't do any tests for a check up just insulted me and wanted to be paid for it. If I could give them less than 1 star I would

BAIT & SWITCH - i specifically spoke to the scheduling desk about the type of appointment i needed scheduled/seen for because my insurance covered it in full, and they said they completely understood and they work with my insurance all the time, GREAT!! Well, about two weeks post appointment, i get hit with almost $400 in office fees because they totally changed the type of appointment and didnt tell me that they were doing so. I would absolutely NOT have gone through with the appointment. I feel there was a HUGE lack of duty to care here; any provider should be educated enough to know what type of appointment they are seeing a patient for, and should know enough to let that patient know when they are straying from the scope of service and will be incurring massive fees. I found this EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT and just plain lazy.

Dr. Shakelford lacks the basic intelligence and emotions required to be dealing with psychological issues and prescribing dangerous medications. He thinks methylphenidate and dextroamphetamine have the same affect. Here's a secret, listen to your patients. Sometimes you're wrong. Accept that. Don't hold it against me for calling you out then deny me further service because I get frustrated with your lack of accountability and intelligence. And when your patients are having mental issues which are interfering with their ability to work then you need to write them a legitimate note stating that so that they can at least eat food via food stamps. Instead you took my food away from me, you didn't help me when that's all I asked for, then you turned me away knowing I had no other options. You are sick and twisted. I will make this right and you will pay one way or another. That's not a threat. It's a promise of justice.

I wouldn't even give it a star, nurse their tried to tell my kid that hep c cannot be contracted thru blood outside the body. Doctors don't know how to to do prior authorization in a timely manner to get medications covered for medicaid. They take forever even if you have appointment you still wait 4 hours.

Both my brother and I go to this clinic. My brother and I are both Type 2 Diabetic, and these doctors have been successful in getting my non-compliant, developmentally disabled brother into a safer range on his A1C. They listen to me and are able to get us in for emergencies the same day, usually. They stay on top of our health issues. We really like the medical professionals we've met here. The ones who stand out are Chris Gunderson, PA, Josef Bartels MD, Daniel Mueller MD, and our favorite nurse there, Gladys.

I am a new patient. Dr. Waterman is a great doctor, shows compassion and concern. I have a Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a genetic connective disorder. Dr Waterman has taken the time to learn about my disorder and is working hard to get me the best medical care for a very challenging illness. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful. My average waiting time has been 15 minutes.

Family Medicine doctors at the Raymond Clinic are very rude and when you ask for a referral and the doctor tells you that they sent off the referral for the things that you need to have done. Then they call you and tell you that they are not doing a referral that is pretty s***** and there's doctors do not give a s*** if you're in pain or sick. Just to post a review you have to do is start I wouldn't even get this place a start but I had to to write a review

In my own word's they have help me in every way .they pick up on my P.T.S.D and my P.S.D and my bipolar right of the bat they are a top natch Health Center ..Thank You DR M.Wilson // And Thank You DR J. Palmer now is my new DR.. you are both the best love ya

i brought in my 2 year old for a uti where they refused antibiotics until she was PISSING BLOOD. my son has rectal prolapse (his BUTTHOLE COMES OUT WHEN HE POOPS) and they told me to justPUSH IT BACK IN WITH GLOVES AND VASELINE. DO NOT I REPEATE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE

The low income clinic was one of the worst medical experiences of my life, and I've had some bad ones... not the staff in general, they were actually quite nice- but my doctor was horrible. She was very badly informed or misinformed about EVERYTHING, she did not listen to me and gave me a lot of grief, blaming me for my problems, she lied to me more than once, and she made me dread coming in so badly that I neglected to get medical care, plus it traumatized me so now I am afraid to seek another doctor. She had NO IDEA what she was talking about and treated me like I'm stupid. She caused more problems for me than she helped and acted like a dictator. She stereotyped and bullied me. She did not respect me when I said no to things, or when I had information about something. She was going to throw away the note I wrote to her for my first appt, explaining my health situation, without reading it. She ignored 90% of what I said, at least. I hope I never have another "doctor" like her again.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. This place is the worst for customer service I have ever encountered! They suck!!! The office staff in the billing department are rude, they don't return calls, they don't want to help you understand your bill. I wanted to pay my bill, I just didn't understand the charges and the billing people, (I spoke to 3 different people there) were no help! I finally had to go thru the hospital billing person to get the answers I was looking for. I would NEVER recommend Family Medicine to anybody. Find another place to go!

I spoke to a lady named Nayeli or Mayeli ( August 31st) and she was rude! I’ve talked to different people there and they have been really nice! Hopefully I never get to talk to her ever again

They will cut you off of your prescriptions without warning by raising the price to a ridiculous amount. The only way they will come down in price is when you tell them that you are letting your family know that they might have a wrongful death lawsuit on their hands if you die.

This is the 4th place I called to try and see if I could be seen today for a first time kidney infection. The other places I called didn't have any appts available until Monday and I explained to Esmeralda over the phone I did not want to go to urgent care or the ER because of the high fees but I would if I had to because of how serious this was--I could hardly stand up. She was very kind and understanding and she went as far to have a double booking approved for an appointment within less than 2 hours from the time I called in. Thank you so much, Esmeralda. The doctor said if I was to have waited any longer that I would have up in the hospital. Having just moved to Boise, I was apprehensive about being seen by just anyone but I knew this couldn't wait. The doctor and nurses were all very nice and prompt, so this was a good experience. I will be returning if I should ever have any future medical needs. Thanks again.

This place is a BIG JOKE! Half the staff has no idea what they are doing, including the doctors! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional doctors office in my whole life. I have dealt with many hospitals due to my sons heart condition and have never had a problem with any provider. I visited this office and dealt with 3 different doctors who all were clueless. I should have taken the first hint when my doctor couldn't figure out if she needed sterile gloves to do a biopsy... I have been trying to get a bill figured out with them for three weeks. I call billing only to be put on hold for 20 min and for her to tell me it's not her problem. Then the doctor calls me and tells me it's not her problem. She was sarcastic rude and so unprofessional. I couldn't even believe the way she was talking to me. Then when I confront her with facts she says she has patients to get to and she cannot spend anymore time talking to me and hangs up. I have waisted $1000 at this office to get no results what so ever. I understand they cannot diagnose everything but you would think they wouldn't charge you $200 for an appointment to tell you a test came back inconclusive. They love to waste your time and money. I will take this as a lesson learned, and cut my losses. I just want to warn everyone to not trust this doctors office once again they are a big joke!

Never seeing this doc again Had the most painful pap smear I've ever had Been in 10+ pain from inflammation that resulted from a car accident... refused to help relieve any pain... worst experience of my life... seen him 3× to rectify the situation and it's gotten worst... Now speeding w an attorney to file pain and suffering charges... avoid this man

Idiots. I don't even know where to start. What can you expect from college undergrads in Idaho. You're better off self-medicating until you can get real help away from the closed-minded, self-absorbed, low IQ doctors that run Idaho. Life is beautiful outside of the Midwest.
