I went to see Dr. Killian in May 2018 because my primary care doctor suggested that I get into an ENT. My first visit with him went great and he told me after using the scope on my nose that my septum was deviated. He had me go have a CT scan. I received a phone call from his nurse several days later about my CT results and was told they had found several issues that needed resolved. When I went for my next appointment things changed. Dr. Killian came in and went through my scan and everything had changed. All of a sudden I did not have any of those things wrong with me and he suggested I needed to go to a neurologist and we would go from there. When I confronted him about being told something different over the phone he just said I do not know what to tell you. He left the room with a handshake and said he was referring me to a neurologist. 2 months passed and I never heard a word. I went back to my primary care Dr and she referred me elsewhere. The new Dr. ordered my records from Dr. KIillian and when he got them we went through Dr. Killian's notes and sure enough the many issues were there that required surgery to make me feel better. New Dr. did the surgery and finally I am feeling better. I believe Dr.Killian is probably a good Dr., but sad that they pulled wrong scan and chart when I went in. I think after spending that much money Dr's. need to think of patients above their pride.

Very empathetic doctor. he was not in a hurry to suggest surgery, but after trying other treatments that failed, it was what ended up happening. My results were great. I would highly recommend his services. His staff was wonderful also.
