The only reason I'm rating then as one star is because that is the lowest rating on here. Every appointment I've had with them had involved drama with their scheduling. I had 2 appointments with the Heart Institute andwas supposed to have an appointment with him the same day, as I live several hours away from Idaho Falls. After many issues getting the appointment with his office set up, I received a call from a receptionist saying his schedule had changed and they moved my appointment back a week. I had already arranged for time off work and was scheduled to have my kids on the day they rescheduled me for. I was already having a bad day, and lost my temper over the phone a bit. His receptionist called me back an hour later and said they were able to keep my appointment on the same day after all. 3 days later, 2 days before my appointment his assistant called me and said they would not see me as a patient.
Granted i did lose my temper when they changed my appointment without taking to me prior, but I never said anything derogatory to the receptionist. Had they called ahead and asked if there was another day that would work for me, it would have been a whole other story. Coincidentally, there have been numerous complaints against him for this sort of thing, and the hospital actually issued a restriction on him for 2 years. Unfortunately there aren't many options in this region, but I vehemently ecommend against using his office
