Dr. Salem is amazing. I took my mom to be seen here and glad we went. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants to help. Dr. Salem is also incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. This is the place to go!

My mom a new patient of Dr. Salem. We have been absolutely impressed with him. Sure you wait a little, but I have found that to be true of a lot of the best physicians. I know he's probably just busy being thorough with another who needs it. My mom is recieving excellent care.

I love Dr. Salem! I've been his patient for close to 7 years. I was basically on my death bed when I first saw him and he didn't let that happen. His patients are his #1 and he definitely knows his stuff! I can't say enough good about Dr. Salem and how professional he is with his work. I would recommend Dr. Salem to anyone.

The only reason I'm rating then as one star is because that is the lowest rating on here. Every appointment I've had with them had involved drama with their scheduling. I had 2 appointments with the Heart Institute andwas supposed to have an appointment with him the same day, as I live several hours away from Idaho Falls. After many issues getting the appointment with his office set up, I received a call from a receptionist saying his schedule had changed and they moved my appointment back a week. I had already arranged for time off work and was scheduled to have my kids on the day they rescheduled me for. I was already having a bad day, and lost my temper over the phone a bit. His receptionist called me back an hour later and said they were able to keep my appointment on the same day after all. 3 days later, 2 days before my appointment his assistant called me and said they would not see me as a patient. Granted i did lose my temper when they changed my appointment without taking to me prior, but I never said anything derogatory to the receptionist. Had they called ahead and asked if there was another day that would work for me, it would have been a whole other story. Coincidentally, there have been numerous complaints against him for this sort of thing, and the hospital actually issued a restriction on him for 2 years. Unfortunately there aren't many options in this region, but I vehemently ecommend against using his office
