The most amazing OB experience I have ever had. They were so caring when I went through a miscarriage of one of my babies. They made sure to get me an ultrasound right after my appointment to make sure the baby was actually clearing up. The level of care from the staff has been amazing! They don't feel like doctors they treat you like they actually care. We are driving an hour and a half for a VBAC and they are so supportive! I'm so glad I found this office.

I loved my entire experience at this office with Dr John Kim from my first ultrasound at 7 weeks through my delivery of my firstborn son Ezekiel. He was amazing- always attentive and upbeat during every single appointment and visit! I love the atmosphere of this place- lots of laughter and always felt warm and welcoming! Andrea was super attentive and always explained things in detail so we knew what to expect. He will be my OB and deliver ALL of my future babies! If I could give 10 stars I would!

The first appointment was actually the only decent appointment I had. Had high expectations. Only to find out the rest of my appointments were high stress. They sent me to a specialist (which is really expensive) because my baby was in 7th percentile in second trimester. The specialist than told me I would need to come in every week.. do ultrasounds.. possibly deliver within the month due to baby being small and not getting what she needs. Long story short . The specialist actually spent more than 2 minutes with me unlike Dr Kim . asked me multiple times about my history and double checked my period cycles only to find out the nurse wrote down the wrong date of my last period. Which meant everything was absolutely right and healthy! All that stress for the last two months for nothing and now I was sent to an expensive specialist for no reason. The doctor there told me to let coeur obgyn know and that they should've took time with me and checked with me.The nurse than yelled at me (knowing she was in the wrong since she wrote down wrong date) and hung up on me. Never will I ever go back. They didnt care one bit at all about how much stress they caused me. The only positive thing I will say is the front desk was nice and tried to help as much as they could.

I have been a patient with COUER OBGYN since my first son was born in 2012. I love everyone here. I have been seen by almost all the doctors or practitioners in this office and each one was professional, considerate, and gave me the highest quality of care. The Doctors go above and beyond here I have never had a negative experience or walked away feeling let down by this wonderful establishment. When it comes to my health I want the best care and I have had nothing less here. I have to share one such experience that I actually just had just to prove what a great place this is. I was taken into the ER last Friday because I wasn’t able to breathe and was in a lot of pain in my groin region and my lungs. I was in the ER for three hours getting X-rays and CAT scans to figure out what was going on. I was told by the ER Doc that I had a cyst that burst but it had formed on a blood vessel and when it burst the blood vessel did too. He said I had blood filling up my body and that’s why I couldn’t breathe. He called Dr Hennenberg who happened to still be at the hospital and Hennenberg came down and gave us some options but errored on the side of caution and suggested we do surgery to make sure I wasn’t still actively bleeding. He was kind and explained the situation to my husband and myself very carefully but took the utmost care in doing so. We chose to believe his best advice. He did complete surgery and it was his expertise and erring on the side of caution to which saved my life. I have had both my children with COEUR and with my close call recently can honestly say I will go nowhere else for my health. If I could give more stars to this place I would. When you have had a close call with life things get put into perspective a little better and I am forever grateful for the care that I have always received. The last 2 months of my pregnancy Dr Kim was out of town a lot so I didn't get to be seen weekly like I was supposed to. Two weeks before my due date I did the 24 hour pee test for protein in my urine. I saw on the portal that my levels were too high, but Dr. Kim took a while to call me and emit me to labor & delivery. I had a vaginal birth, but at the 6 week check up he asks me how my c section is. I feel like Dr. Kim didn't care much for me.

Was told after checking in and completing paperwork that doc will be an hour late. I felt they should have called and warned me, and when i asked if I can leave and be called when he is in, I was told to wait or reschedule (to which I was told i couldnt come back until another month out). I was upset as this was unexpected and didn't want to wait around hoping it's only an hour. I drove an hour out of town and missed work for this appointment that has been booked over a month. Well, 1 hour turned into over 2 hours. Staff never apologized or thanked me for staying and waiting or showing any patient care. I was a new patient so this was an awful first impression. Finally after an hour of waiting, staff says he will be here in 10-15 min. I expected 30 more minutes as doc has to change, etc. Another hour goes by and I thought I heard him in another room. I go out and ask staff if he is here. They tell me, somewhat annoyed that I'm frustrated with the wait and lack of communication, that he is with other patients and will see me soon. When I was told he will be here in 15, I felt I was his first patient to be seen. I should have been told he has another patient to see before me. But guess not. Staff only started to care after I got so frustrated I was in tears. I have worked healthcare and know things happen, though I was unaware my scheduled appointment was not a guaranteed time. I was able to wait, but lack of communication and empathy from staff was just awful. I had to go find staff for updates. They wouldnt let me leave and come back. So I just sat there wasting time when I could have done some errands and would have been just fine coming back when he was in. Many women going to the gyno are nervous or are there because they have a concern. Sticking them in a room waiting for 2 hours isn't the best choice. Dr Kim was GREAT and apologized for the wait. I understood he was on call and the apology and acknowledgement of my frustration helped me feel better about feeling I was just annoying everyone there. He showed he cared about my frustrations, pretty much the first person at Coeur OBGYN to make me even feel like a patient of value. I would recommend him despite the two hours of frustration leading up to it. Great nice guy who was able to get the appointment done quick while still attending my concerns. One midwife told me this rarely happens and apologized it happened to me. But, due to how the other staff made me feel, it seem this does occur often and the staff expects every patient to know and be okay with that. This was a terrible, long lasting first impression.

I recently made a switch to coeur obgyn after 3 years at another place. Jessica brown came highly recommended by a friend of mine and she was correct. She is caring, listens and and in my second visit with her, already have lab results for thorough testing for an ailment I was given prescriptions for at another office without being tested first! And turns out, those meds were not necessary and put my body through a little bit of hell. I am grateful for doctors and nurses like Jessica that get to the bottom of the situation to attempt to fix it, or even just smooth out the ride of life a little.

Coeur OBGYN has been the absolute best care that I have ever received, and I am so grateful to have found them!! We transferred into their care at 20 weeks after a disappointing experience elsewhere and started seeing Dr. Andrew Henneberg. Through the duration of our pregnancy I always felt that our questions were answered, no matter how big or small, and we felt fully supported as he was attentive to our hopes of having a natural birth. The entire practice as a whole is friendly and we had wonderful experiences with every encounter. In the end we ended up with a beautiful baby girl and our labor and delivery were assisted by Sarah Kohal and Dr. Farwell, and they are both incredible too!! For a first time pregnancy I felt completely supported and I can't have pictured our birth story turning out any better, with their team to thank. Ultimately, we found a clinic that we can fully trust and that values its patients. We will never leave Coeur and plan to have them be a part of all of our current and future needs. Do not hesitate to give them a try!!!!

The most horrifying experience. The first visit Dr.Kim seemed kind and we were so happy that my daughter had chosen him and his staff. The nurse asked my daughter all the seemingly appropriate questions. She asked if Amanda knew what month her last period was and Amanda responded first week of March. After that she had so little time with the Doctor. She was asked to have 4 ultrasounds over the next few months. Never told why ...just that they had concerns and could not be specific. My daughter was so stressed and worried and in tears daily after the 3rd ultra sound when she heard the femur was short and baby too small. We all were trying to get the doctor to meet with us and find out what the scare was about and go over details. She had to look it up on internet to find out what she should expect (since they wouldnt take time to go over things after several attempts to get doctor to talk with her).. the small size and what the ultrasound professional said about the femur all lead to down syndrome. We were all told they cant really say what they were concerned about (only that the baby was a bit small and she should have more milk shakes) until the 4th ultrasound at Deaconess. Amanda and I went to Deaciness and this doctor was wonderful (after a very thorough ultra sound) sat with us and explained the baby is in possible danger and we can test for chromosome irregularities and was in the 7% for size. But he spent time with us and we asked him, is everything in proportion...he said yes and if the first day of her last period wasnt March 1st, If it were a few days later it would be fine. Amanda quickly showed him her baby app and that she had kept track of every period for the last year and the date for March was the 6th. He was so happy and said she had a perfectly healthy baby size and that the nurse had recorded the start date as the 1st of March. All of this could've been avoided if the doctor and nurse had just taken a moment with us and checked over what they had written down. Amanda lost the first months of joy she should have experienced for her first pregnancy due to rushed care and not taking time with their patient. Then she was told they no longer wanted to see her.. they actually told "her" they were done with her!!!! After putting her through all of that! Appalling and so sad. Hopefully they will take time with their future patients and provide them with better care.

My whole experience with Sarah was amazing! I loved having a midwife. She is very knowledgeable and I always felt like we were on the same page about my pregnancy and how I wanted things to go. During labor, she was there the whole time. She knew I wanted to try to go through my birth experience without medication and she did an excellent job of encouraging me to keep going without. Then when it came down to the actual birthing part, she took such good care of me, that I had no tearing and my recovery was easy. There is no question that I will be seeing Sarah Kohal for my next pregnancy!

Very sweet staff! I have never been to a hospital where literally everyone was nothing but sweet and sincere to me. I have anxiety and ask a ton of questions and this did not seem to bother the staff or Dr. Schultz, if it did, they still did an amazing job of easing my worry. The pregnancy nurse calls back quickly when I have a question and is always pleasant to speak with. My doctor, Dr. Schultz, is the most responsive OB I have had out of all OBs I have had in the time I've had 3 pregnancies. He will actually call me personally and stay on the phone with me until all of my questions are answered regardless of his busy schedule. I cant say enough great things about this place!

I had my last baby in September 2016, and he preformed my Laprascopic Tubal Ligation yesterday, 11/14/16. You will receive the best care with this facility, I assure you! **Update** So March this year (2018) we had ANOTHER BABY BOY!! It was a complete yet instantly loved suprise! Dr. Kim delivered our 4th AND FINAL son and did the tubal REMOVAL surgery afterwards as well! He is amazing and I couldn't ask for a better person to be a part of some of the most special parts of our lives!

Dr. Farewell & nurse Jennifer are great! I made the mistake of going to a physicians assistant for my last IUD- that experience traumatized me. Meeting Dr. Farwell & her staff I immediately noticed a level of professionalism and genuine care for my well being. I went here in 2016/2017. My dr was kevin scholtz. He came in on his day off to deliver my son. He is so professional really cares about mine and at the time sons well being. This time around on my "First" visit he was concerned about me and is so easy to talk to. Everyone at that office even the ladies at the desk and the phlebotomist were perfessional and so kind. I wouldnt choose a different ob ever!!!!!
