I came in with my daughter last week and the doctor was real nice to both of us. He took care of her real good and answered all my questions. Spent lots of time with us more than other doctors I’ve been to. Next time me or my daughter get sick I’ll be coming back to see him.

We needed to visit a clinic while vacationing in Oahu. Urgent Care was within walking distance of our condo. We were able to walk-in without an appointment and was seen and out the door in about an hour. The clinic was very clean, professional and the staff was super nice! We were able to get a sinus/ear infection diagnosed and got a prescription for antibiotics called in to Longs (in Walgreens) Pharmacy.

I honestly go here more than I got o my PCP because it's usually a quick wait time, and they really listen to you and what's going on. If I'm in need of medical treatment immediately, they're fantastic. At my usual PCP it will take up to two or three weeks to get an appointment and waiting in the emergency room takes forever and they don't always treat for everything you may need. They've always been super helpful, and taken my calls when I have questions about medications they've prescribed me, and they remember my history which is super helpful. I really appreciate this place. They also validate for parking, which is super easy. Parking is right under Wailana's coffee house.

I got sick on vacation. We went here and they were very helpful and gave me the medicine I needed to get over my sinus infection. There wasn't a wait and I was out in less than an hour. They had no problems taking my insurance and helped me find a pharmacy near by. Very nice doctor and staff.

I got sick on the last day of our vacation and we visited this clinic. All of the staff we came into contact with were very nice and efficient. We were in and out in about 40 minutes which is very quick compared to the usual urgent care experience. I was so thankful that they were able to help me feel better in time for our long flight home the next day.

I was very skeptical about going to an urgent care in hawaii, but this place was professional, very clean, and the people working there were very helpful. Soon as I filled out the paperwork, I was in a room ready to be seen. I was in and out in about a hour and was able to continue the rest of my vacation.

i went there last week and the nurse practitioner didn't even know what she was doing! i'm just a pre-med student okay not a doctor not even a nurse or nothing and i knew more than her. she got medication mixed up and i had to correct her and then she went and gave me stank eye. the rest of them in the office was good but not that lady. scary that she can prescribe drugs. she need to go back to school lololol

Not even a real doctor I saw. They make you pay 300 bucks just to see a nurse and run one test. What a rip off. There was nobody there but I still had had to wait forever. What were they doing for so long. Making me wait for so long. All they did for me was tell me to go to Longs drug store and buy medicine. More money out of my pockets. I want my money back.

Paid $250 out of pocket to have the MA swab my throat and doctor look at me for a total of two minutes. Once he saw my throat he prescribed me amoxicillin. 4 days later with way worse symptoms than when I went in, they refuse to change my prescription or even help without me going back in and spending another $200+. They refused to ever call me so I always had to call first, even to find out the results of the strep test, which is something every urgent care office does for people who go in. They treated my sickness as a joke, even when I told them just how bad my symptoms have gotten. The worst urgent care office I’ve ever been to. If you want to put your life at risk and to waste your hard earned money then this is the place to go.

My wife fell and injured her arm . Being from mainland and on vacation we were not sure where to go. Urgent care was near our hotel and we were desperate I can not say enough good things about this facility, from the young woman who checked us in to the nurse and physician who treated her we can't say thank you enough

This is my second visit to this facility in the last year. The reception area is very clean, the front area staff is attentive and sincere, as well as always being very timely. The Nurse Practitioner is one of the friendliest and knowledgeable providers I've ever been to. I have been to other clinics and would choose this experience over them any day. Thank you for your hard work, taking the time to be attentive to your patient's needs and listening to their medical concerns fully. This is a refreshing experience all the way around!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 4th of July, made a reservation online and showed up at 8:00am. Very clean facility, very friendly staff. Was seen in less than an hour and the nurse practitioner, Amy, was kind and thorough. My issue was obvious—conjunctivitis, but she made sure that I understood what was involved, had great “bedside manner” and sent me along to a pharmacy that was also open. Vacation started off really poorly but this experience was as good as I could have asked for under the circumstances. If you’re in Waikiki, definitely go here! Great service! Note: much better overall if you HAVE insurance. My girlfriend didn’t and it was $200 for the same visit. Worth it, but only if you have it.

The care that my my wife received from Dr. Sara Davis and her nursing and assistant staff at this clinic was simply excellent. At each stage there was a polite and professional approach, and we were given clear and detailed explanations of what tests were being carried out, and why they were needed. A detailed diagnosis was provided, as was advice on what medication was needed. I cannot imagine anyone getting better treatment anywhere.

Pleasant staff, and we were referred to an Imaging clinic nearby for x-rays. We missed the call back at 1:58 PM about the results, and the office in Waikiki closes at 2 PM. Called back the next morning at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10 AM and 11:30 AM, and was told at 8 that he was not in yet, and at each subsequent call: "He is with a patient, and will call you back". We are on vacation in Honolulu, and have spent all morning in our hotel room waiting for the results of the x-rays. Update: We received a detailed voicemail we authorized, and patient decided to follow up back home.

No wait although you can schedule an appointment. Walking distance from many resorts including Hilton Hawaiian Village. Staff is friendly and efficient. Location says Ala Moana but it's actually around the corner the from the coffee shop.

I got a bug on the plane on my visit to the Mainland so I visited this urgent care clinic. I had an awesome experience from the moment I pulled in. Free parking (they share parking with Wailana Coffee Shop). Found a spot immediately. No wait. I filled out a form and the doc saw me immediately. I don't remember her name but she was nice, kind, professional. She made sure she answered all of my questions, got me my meds (antibiotics) and I was on my way. I started feeling better immediately. If your looking for someplace with no wait, clean rooms and pleasant doctors, then this is the place for you. I highly recommend them.
