One star, because you can't leave zero stars. I feel you'd be better off going to a veterinary clinic. The doctor is never there. You'll see a PA (physician's assistant) that would rather talk about her time in the army than about your sleep issues. They'll order a "split" sleep study, which is supposed to be half without a mask and machine, and half with a mask and machine. But they won't do the second half, and will want you to come back for another study. My study was the worst night of my life. I couldn't get into good sleep, as I was constantly being awakened by the technician because of some sensor coming off, or not reading properly. The following night, I slept for 13.5 hours on my machine. I've been on a cpap for 16 years. I just needed a new mask, and i was hoping for a new machine too. They wouldn't even write me a prescription for a new mask without doing the second study. They did offer to sell me a new mask for "cash" no insurance would be filed. The ONLY reason I went here was so my insurance would be billed. You can buy replacement masks without a prescription online if you want to pay cash, and for half the price these people want. Bottom line, steer clear if you can. We don't have many choices here in Hawaii and unfortunately, these unscrupulous people know that too. I blame the doctor , the others are just following directions.

Currently receiving services for my husband's sleep apnea. However, on his first sleep over appt his prescription glasses disappeared and was never to be found again. The one girl working insists it's not there. Probably because it's in her purse.

Not consistent. No one calls back to reschedule appointments when they cancel. Unprofessional.

must've called this place 10 times to schedule a appointment. is there any competent workers nowadays?

Superfriendly staff, great sleep beds, easy to find, and the nurse was phantastic! I sleep so much better with my CPAP now.
