Great experience with Dr. Sira! 40+ years of knowledge and experience, a delightful man, great office staff, Mrs. Sira and Tylynn treated us like family. Never felt like $'s drove any decision, always felt like Dr. Sira wanted us to be happy and informed. Couldn't dream of having had our healthy happy boy without Dr. Sira guiding us along the way. Don't think you can't get exceptional care in Kona. There's more to healthcare than fancy offices and flashy doctors. Dr. Sira serves from the heart!

Long waits but well worth every minute. Great friendly staff. Dr Sira always made me feel safe even when thing were scary.

Despite the long waits in his office, I can't say enough good things about Dr.Sira. He and Mrs.Sira make a perfect team to make your feel like you are genuinely cared about. He builds connections with his patients and always makes you feel welcomed. Coming into his office at 17 and being welcomed with no judgy eyes or negativity, but rather with open arms and caring hearts. I hope he is still practicing when I decide to have more babies, because he is the only person I can see trusting with my life and the life of my child.
