I have been going to OBGYN associates since I was 15yrs old. I just turned 40. All 3 of my babies were delivered by their doctors. Dr. Lundgren in 1997 delivered my son via emergency c-section. Dr. Zavala delivered my daughter in 2002 via c-section. Dr. JK Olson delivered my last child in 2008 via c-section. I had a hyst in June of this year done by Dr. Messenger & it was a fantastic experience. Then on the Sunday before Thanksgiving I ended up in the ER with my 16 yr old daughter. She had severe pain in her abdomen which I thought was from her appendix. After a CT scan they found she had a teratoma on her left ovary. Dr. Lyons was the on call for the ER & we were sent home & told to schedule an appt with her asap. I called Monday & we saw her Tuesday morning at 9am. Dr. Lyons scheduled surgery for that same afternoon! It was amazing! My daughter was in pain & I am so thankful that Dr. Lyons went above & beyond to listen to her & quickly fix it. It couldn't have been a more wonderful experience. Every doctor I have seen here has been amazing.

I was referred by my general practitioner to confirm a diagnosis. Not only did the office not call with my test results or explain them, Dr. Bemus did not listen when I requested to be put on a different medication. Instead, he put me on a pill that caused extreme side effects. They are incredibly quick to send to collections (less than a week) and rude when it comes to financial assistance programs. Be wary when visiting.

Dr. Driscoll has been wonderful - very friendly and supportive. I've been turned away by other doctors, but Dr. Driscoll was immediately helpful when I requested sterilization. She performed the surgery 4 weeks after I initially requested it, which was great turnaround time. I expected a long battle, but my experience here was fantastic. Dr. Driscoll respects women's bodily autonomy (and that can be rare), so I can't recommend her enough! The office itself is also very nice, spacious, well lit. Staff are very friendly, too.

Billing Department is terrible. Multiple discrepancies with insurance claims, incurring more cost to the patient, they do not answer phone calls or they do not call you back when you leave a message. Please get your act together. Other than that Scheduling and Doctors are good.

Never in my life have I received worse care from a hospital. The way they treat people here is INHUMANE. BEWARE of their billing department. If you have state insurance THEU WILL NOT BILL IT. They will repeatedly tell you they are going to bill it and just keep sending you bills until it eventually hits collections. And there's nothing you can do about it. Call their billing department? Goes straight to voicemail. Hours to get a call back to speak with rude people who know EXACTLY what kind of scam they are pulling on people with state insurance. So glad I left and went to the University of Iowa. This place should be shut down. The amount of times I've has to call this place is insane, they care nothing about you. Not to mention they are not VBAC friendly. Fix your billing department. People should not have to fight to get a hospital to bill their insurance correctly.

She always takes time with you if you have questions. I rate her an A+. The office is efficient. I was able to get a mammogram, blood work, and office visit within a reasonable time frame. They move you from one area to the next, without having to wait long. Thank you for your great care.

The NP I saw was great! The communication of the appointment setters is not great. I feel like everytime I come there I go to the 2nd floor and get directed to 1st floor. Next time I go to the 1st floor and get directed to the 2nd floor...this should be communicated where what needs to be done. This happened my entire pregnancy as well. Annoying at most. Regarding today's appointment I am satisfied.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Please, do not waste your time at this practice. It is too big and it is painfully obvious that they care about money first and patient care and satisfaction. This practice feels like the Wal-Mart of the OB-GYN world. They have a culture of incompetence, poor communication, and the entire office staff act like they can't possibly be bothered to talk to another patient. Everything is rush, rush, rush and PAY US NOW! There is better, more personal care out there. Ladies, please demand better treatment for yourself and do not put up with this office. I wish that writing this review would make a difference, but I know this practice is too large to care. Very sad.

I have nothing but praise and admiration for Dr. Rozeboom. He is everything a caregiver should be - diligent, vigilant, caring, personable, and optimistic. He has been my OBGYN of choice for years, guiding me through two births and a recent hysterectomy. I must say I was terrified to get a hysterectomy at first, but Rozeboom and his care team made the process seamless. The pre-op appointments were extremely helpful and reassuring. The morning of the surgery he visited with me and my family to calm any last minute jitters. During the procedure he checked in with my husband to let him know I was doing well. Lastly, he visited my hospital room twice within a 24hr period to follow-up on my post surgery care. Dr. Rozeboom exemplifies compassionate, professional healthcare. He is dedicated to his patients and is outstanding in his field.
