Dr. Koch is one of the best! My boys have like him since we started seeing him from the moment they met him. Great with kids and explains stuff to parents too!

Dr. Koch has gone above and beyond our expectations for a pediatrician. He is responsive, listens to every concern, and never makes us feel rushed - we feel like we are his only family! We so appreciate Dr. Koch! I would recommend him to everyone!

HIS OFFICE IS ABSOLUTELY A JOKE. Our kids were with Dr. Koch and our experience was terrible. My DD was a patient of Dr. Koch since her birth. She has feeding difficulties due to tongue tie and reflux. However, Dr. Koch does NOT believe in tongue tie and he keeps saying that my DD does not have reflux. He said my daughter has a short tongue and there is nothing we can do about it. Even though Dr. Koch advised us not to revise her tongue, we had her tongue tie revised anyway because (1) she did not feed well, (2) we know tongue tie is real and it can be problematic. Her feeding did improve after tongue tie revisions but she still struggled feeding. We know her feeding difficulties was not due to her tongue anymore because the tongue tie was released. We asked for Dr. Koch's opinion and he said my DD refused to feed due to oral aversion caused by tongue tie release procedures. I did not believe so, thus, I asked for referral to see specialists. The GI we saw believes that my DD has reflux and acid reflux causes pain during eating that DD refuses to eat. In the following appointment, Dr. Koch asked us why did we bring our DD to see the GI? I was surprised and told him he is the one who made a referral for us to see the GI. He said it must be a mistake because he did not mean to refer us to see a GI. Luckily, the GI was/is actually the key for our DD's feeding problems because our DD does refuse to eat due to reflux. Thanks to Dr. Koch's "excellent" knowledge and experience, our DD's reflux was not diagnosed and left untreated for 8 months until we saw the GI. Even after the GI said that my daughter has reflux, Dr. Koch still denies it. I was so upset with Dr. Koch that I transferred all my kids to a different practice. We need my DS's immunization records for daycare. My husband came to Dr. Koch's office to ask for our son's immunization records. His staff REFUSED to give my husband our son's immunization records. She said they do not have the records. My husband thinks it is weird that they do not have them so he asked the staff to double check it. She still said they do not have the records. My husband thinks she was lying but did not want to argue with her so he left. I came back to their office today and asked for our son's immunization records. I saw a different representative and she gave me the records. I asked to see the manager to report that one of their staff refused to give my husband our son's immunization records. Instead of apologizing, the manager just said different nonsense things to try to cover up for her staff. The staff who refused to give my son's records to husband must be an idiot. If she really believes that Dr. Koch does not have our son's immunization records like she said, she must be incompetent. If she lied about the existence of the records to prevent us from assessing them, she broke the law. Our overall experience was terrible. I would choose zero star if that option is available.

My kids have been seeing Koch for almost 10 years. He has been an excellent doctor. I have a fifteen month old who had acid reflux and a slight tongue tie. He treated the acid reflux with medication, which took care of the problem immediately. He also referred us to a specialist for the tongue tie. He said he felt more comfortable allowing an oral surgeon to help with the tongue tie. My son is currently being watched by the oral surgeon as he grows to ensure everything is ok. Dr Koch is an amazing doctor and cares deeply about his young patients. I trust him with my children’s lives 100%! Our family Ioves him. - Ruth Friedman
