Terrible experience. My wife arrived at 9:30 for her 10:00 am "appointment". Was told there was a 9:30 appointment ahead of her and exams take 15-20 minutes. Inexplicably, I was taken in for my exam at 10:55. So 9:30 appointment was 1.5 hours long or so I was informed. Mine took 20 minutes and was marginal exam at best. Very little in the way of apology or explanation. Very frustrating and unprofessional behavior.

I just had another eye exam from Dr. Truong. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Truong is very personable, and I know I'm going to get excellent care. He uses the latest equipment, and explains what he is doing. Dr. Truong is also willing to answer any questions.
