Dr. Jiuliano, orthopedist, provided some of the worst professional service I have ever experienced. He missed one appointment all together and was 50 minutes late to two others, without ever the courtesy of a call from his staff. His office is disorganized and his workload apparently precludes his ability to give adequate care to his patients.When I met with him to discuss a shoulder problem, he was surprisingly uninformative leaving me uncertain as to what action and remedy he would recommend. A visit to Dr. Juliano is likely to be a serious waste of your time and certainly forced me to move on to another doctor.

He isnt very interested in getting it right the first time. Seems he knows you will be back if anything he's too busy to care. I should have listen to a friend who had surgery with him and was very unhappy with the results. He definately will make you feel like a statistic just another appointment for that day.... it seems not to matter how good your doctor is but how much he cares???

My husband is a musician (guitar player / songwriter) so, selecting a surgeon to perform hand surgery was not something we took lightly. We did our homework and met with Dr Jiuliano. We could not be happier with the results from my husbands recent surgery. Dr Jiuliano and staff took an amazing amount of time and effort with my husband (all after a very, long day of performing an emergency surgery on another patient). I am in the medical field, myself and was impressed that even though circumstances had delayed my husbands surgery - they did not rush! they took time and care. Dr Jiuliano does not cut corners (pun intended) when it comes to cleanliness and patient safety. We found Dr Jiuliano to be skilled, kind and professional. In addition, his staff (Kristy M and the nurse...sorry, did not catch his name....) went Above and Beyond....they were truly amazing!

Terrible office service, very unfriendly, don't answer the phone or return calls. We live outer island and wanted a mid morning surgery...office insisted on early 7:45am so we said ok...scheduled early flight, getting up 4am, then she called day before saying surgery going to be 3-4hrs later???? What, think we can change our flight?? partner Pat said we will go ahead instead of cancell, think we will look for another hand surgeon!! Had a lot to problems with office on 1st surgery, but decided to try again??hmmm

I was referred to see Dr. Juliano by my pain management specialist for a trigger problem that I have been suffering with for several years. The hand surgery went well. Dr. Juliano is always extremely pleasant and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I would highly recommend him to anyone with hand related issues.

I was previously treated by another doctor for my wrist pain. The only treatment option offered to me were steroid injections. The injections didn't resolve my wrist pain at all. I thought I would just have to deal with the wrist pain. It was affecting my daily activities and making my work difficult to do. I saw Dr. Jiuiano and he took the time to explain in the detail the cause of my wrist pain and my treatment options. I had surgery and my wrist pain was resolved. Dr. Jiuliano even took care of my other wrist pain. Overall very nice and extremely busy guy. If an establishment busy with a lot of customers or patients, I take that as a good sign. Shows they come highly regarded and have lots of experience.

Dr. Juliano is an expert in all things hand! He helped fix an injury I was treated for years ago. He did an excellent job in my nerve repair and was very good at following up even six months after my surgery to be sure his procedure was effective. I highly recommend anyone with hand issues to see him.

Jiuliano seemed like a nice guy, he also seems like he knows what he's talking about. But so far the experiences I've had with his receptionist is the reason for the bad review. I was told my appointment was at 1245 but ended up waiting well over an hour to be seen. I've called his office many times and almost every time, no one answers the phone. I've had two appointments on consecutive days and both were canceled due to an important surgery. I don't know about you but I've never heard of a life threatening hand surgery. I'm just a regular guy I work Monday through Friday and I can't afford to keep taking off from my job or being delayed for hours. I work for the government and they don't allow cell phones with cameras where I work, so I missed their call saying they have a surgery that will cancel my appointment, then when I call them back at three they don't answer, and worst yet their inbox is full so I can't leave a message telling them to call me back. I just want some consistency.

Highly recommended for trigger finger and shoulder. Very professional, took the time to listen and develop an effective plan of recovery. Trigger fingers are healed and I have full range of motion in my shoulder. Thank you Dr. Jiuliano!!!

I cannot say enough about how great Dr. Jiuliano and his team are. Very professional and timely. They treated my unusual case with optimism and the Doctor was able to free me from years of scar tissue prison. I am very grateful and would recommend this doctor to anyone with this area of need. I went to Doctor Jiuliano for my broken wrist. He did a fantastic job. I had no pain throughout most of the recovery and it has healed very nicely. Everything from the operation, to therapy, to follow up appointments were right on and I had no problems. His staff provided excellent service and we're friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Jiuliano and am glad he was my doctor.

Very bad!. Very BAD experience. If I could give him a -4 stars, I would. He has changed from the compassionate, kind, caring and concerned doctor, that he was when he first treated me. He is now someone totally totally opposite of every word I wrote. This is my opinion and very recent situation as I have one more appointment coming up.
