Rescheduled twice cuz the doctor wasn't there. Center closed on Monday New Year's Eve when rescheduled to receptionist needs to look at the messages on the door. Before rescheduling. Haven't even had the privilege of meeting the woman yet. Need to train staff at communication.

Such an amazing experience having a rejuvenating treatment here also, the place can get really busy because Hawaii only has 50% of the doctors they need! If you treat the staff with respect they'll return it. Dr.Guillermo is a great woman who is patient and helped me with all my needs and put my worries to rest.

Terrible place at being organized, Tried calling multiple times to get hours and phone is always busy, called 5 time within for the hour, and end result leaded to "Sorry the office is close". They need to fix their automated much professional.

The phone answering machine doesn't work well, the hours are strange and I always get the male doc who doesn't listen and messes up simple things like lab orders etc

Satisfied!! everything was smooth with everything, very professional, very graceful even when it's really crazy and busy she could handle it, always on point. Staffs are very friendly. Now i see why she's always in demand!

I dont see them to be act like one of a professional like the way to answer their patient and questioning.also the front desk is so rude especially if its on the phone.no pleasant and decent answer.. Unlike the other Pediatrician clinic they accept it without by appointment come with anytime. Im not surprised that eventhough is by appointment but they should accept the walk in patient.so Unproffesional!

Dr Sorbella Guillermo is a AWESOME DOCTER!!!She knows exactly what to do when it comes to Our Health She is totally in Demand and I’m Grateful That She is mai PCP from Day One She has Been on POINT with whatever I come to see her for She is always Kind but firm VERY ADAMANT about each procedure HER STAFF ARE ALSO AWESOME THEY TREAT US LIKE FAMILY!!! And goes 110% to get EVERYONE SEEN!!! Truly She TREATS US LIKE FAMILY which is a rarety in this Business To Her we are NOT JUST A NUMBER...She is QUICK AND EFFICIENT!!! Practice not calling back with test results. It's ridiculous that they won't answer the phone or return calls. It's been weeks without receiving test results or follow up. Totally unprofessional.
