Would not recommend. I left here at 35 weeks pregnant because I felt that the practice had a lot to improve on - empathy, documentation, customer service, education of their Nurses Aids, and referral resources.

I had the worst experience with this office when my daughter was born a few years ago. Most of the doctors are ok, but the one who delivered my daughter treated me like I was over exaggerating my abdominal pain after my c-section and it turned out I had a raging infection that put me in the hospital for three days, while there I contracted a hospital born illness that put me back in the hospitals ICU for two weeks and unfortunately the doctor that delivered my daughter had to remain my doctor during both times, until we requested a different doctor due to her inadequate care. She ignored the request and continued to try and come to my hospital room. Then this office, after causing what the nurses called a "very close call for me" that could have ended my life, had the nerve to double bill me for room visits and tell me I was responsible for what the insurance wouldn't pay despite the fact that double billing is not allowed. It was eventually resolved but not before they reported the charge to my credit report and I had some words with the billing department. I have been left with permanent issues and I really feel it could have been avoided with better follow up care. I would recommend going with any OB/GYN other than this one!!!

After 4 visits I decided to transfer my prenatal care somewhere else and been happy ever since. I have never dealt with such a group of unprofessional employees like here. They literally would blur out your personal information in the middle of the waiting area. I only saw 2 of the doctors within those visits and none of them impressed me. I have high standards when it comes to my medical care as I have had it great care somewhere else and to come here and have horrible treatment was very disappointing. The financial office needs new employees. The lady that I dealt with was horrible and only made my experience get worse by the visit. I guess here it’s all about a financial deal versus true concern for my well-being and unborn child. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I have had a great experience at Centre Obgyn. Dr. Scott delivered my baby girl. He was amazing during the birth: calm and reassuring. Dr. Clarke is great, too. But I have seen all the doctors there and each one is compassionate and takes the time to address your concerns. I live a little farther away, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Called in for an intitial appointment while having extreme pain and spoke with sandy- ask to speak with someone else if you get in touch with her- who was extremely unsympathetic. She told me I had dialed in on the wrong line and put me on hold back to the directory. It then took me 4 more tries for someone to even help me schedule an appointment which they never followed through with sending me paperwork and then directed me back to Sandy who was again of no help. Do not call here if you are in extreme need of fast, professional care.

I have seen Dr. Barlow for several years. She has been extremely warm, friendly and thorough. Dr. Barlow has wonderful and caring bedside manner. She cares about you as a person and is non judgmental. Each time I have called the nurse's line for a refill or had a question, they were able to answer it either right then or call me back within an hour. This practice is fabulous!

I had one experience with this place and was reminded that there apparently are still places that put helping people over money. Plus, my wife and I have weird names and her English is at a beginners level, but we got the help we needed and felt like VIPs. They even called us the next day just to purely check on my wife. Who does that these days? Plus that Kathy is such a loveley person. If you are reading this, thank you so so much for your help.

This practice is so inpersonable. Dr. Barlow is the only doctor that l actually like. She listen to your concerns gives you feedback. unfortunately you have to see all providers.

I have seen Dr. Ann S. Collins for many, many years and I am truly blessed and grateful that I found her! She is by far the most outstanding doctor I've seen in 49 years. She always smiles as she enters the room and she asks about my children. She knows how many I have & their approximate ages. She makes me feel like I'm her only patient because she never seems rushed during my appointments. She is a fantastic listener and she takes time to explain things. She is compassionate, brilliant, and dedicated and I know that I'll receive the best care available from her. I've recommended her many times. She embodies everything a physician should be.

Dr. Scott has an outstanding bedside manner that you don't see often enough in many doctor offices. I have seen him for many routine apts as well as other issues that have come up. He is always very professional, thorough, prompt to repsond/keep me updated with information about my health/testing AND very caring and friendly. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Scott (and the other physicians I have seen at this practice). During my pregnancy, I met all of the doctors during routine visits. I recommend this practice to others.

Only been here once so far........ The check in nurse was great.... it seemed as if the doctor was rushing to get on to the next patient....... also I was told the wrong information over the phone about insurance get to the office and was told basically we made a mistake now deal with it.....im going to try one more visit if I don't like it I'm changing to another doctor

As with other reviews on here, I will state I wish I could give zero stars. I was referred here after going to Rex hospital for a condition that’s like morning sickness but doesn’t stop and creates dehydration. My first visit it took the doctor an hour and a half once I was in the examination room. She then suggested I go back to the hospital as they “No longer had time to do IV’s”. They would have had the time were they not running over an hour behind. I came back the following morning to receive IV and was charged for both visits. They did 3 internal ultrasounds in 4 weeks stating it was their “policy”. This is with nothing being wrong with my baby and I said they were somewhat painful. The anti nausea they prescribed they did not send a case to my insurance as to why I needed them, therefore I was massively overcharged. They tried to act as though this was the fault of my pharmacy who actually laughed when I repeated this. They stated a medical professional HAD to contact insurance. During one appointment I was left in the waiting room for 40 minutes after a 2.5 hour appointment waiting for bloodwork. It turns out the receptionists didn’t bother to check to see if anyone had gotten me and assumed I was no longer there, my hair is bright green. My fiancé and I both checked in with the front desk during this and though we were sitting directly beside one another, acted as though it was the first time they had spoken about it, trying to say he didn’t even hand them paperwork (Which is untrue). I was directed by 3 separate staff to wait in the waiting room during this. Due to the doctor having a “preference” for seeing someone at 12 weeks even though I had been seen at 10 they tried to schedule yet another unnecessary appointment and ultrasound despite no problems with my baby. I decided to switch to a birthing center and just request my records be transferred. They were not about to make that easy either. They lied to my new office about the timelines of their record request which is through a third party distributor in...California? Who will not fax and only mail records. I have now gone almost a month without being seen because my records are...somewhere? Both the new office and I have followed up weekly with record request office “Sharecare” with them saying they are “processing”. This place does not care about you or your babies well being and try to get the most money possible including unnecessary ultrasounds, visits, and tests. They will just leave you places in the office. The nurses are the only friendly part of the entire experience. My doctor who intimately examined me never so much as smiled and would comment on my nervousness each time suggesting I be medicated. She did not seem to consider improving her bed side manner and shaking hands before forcing people into uncomfortable situations may help. I still do not have access to my own records about my body originally requested almost a month ago, stopping me from receiving care elsewhere. If you value your well being go absolutely anywhere else.

I've been a patient here for 3 years. Before having my baby in November, I only seen Dr. Barlowe twice. Once I got pregnant I got to know everyone a little more. I appreciated rotating through the doctors to meet everyone. I didn't meet anyone I didn't like. Everyone was patient as I panicked about Zika. During my 4th month I got a new job. They told me I had to pay my full deductible for previous insurance and also whatever deductible for my new insurance. That was disappointing but I would get through it and they told me I could pay in installments. Fast forward to 40 weeks and 3 days. No baby. I was told my amniotic fluid is low and I needed to be induced. I was worried because I read that inducing can lead to c sections. I wanted a natural birth. I went in Tuesday night and was told I would have my baby by Wednesday evening. Wednesday morning I'm only dilated 1.5 cm after the ballon and everything. Pitocin increased and everything but nothing happened. I was told I would have the baby before Dr. Clark left for the day. I didn't. I had never met the next doctor on shift. He wasn't even part of the practice. I ended up having a c section. It still bothers me but my baby boy is healthy. Anyway fast forward to my contraceptive appointment. I'm waiting for 30-45 minutes and they finally tell me that they can't see me until my bill is paid in full. Remember that deductible I had to pay that I was told I could pay in installments? Apparently that wasn't true. So I wasn't able to be seen until my entire bill was paid in full. I haven't really been to the doctor before so maybe that's how things work but it just seemed really cold to me. I made payments almost every time I came in but I guess that didn't matter. I'm just left with a bad feeling but I will continue to be seen by this office. Overall they are pretty good.

Currently 19 weeks pregnant and in the process of switching offices due to the inadequate care of this place. Every staff member I’ve come in contact with has treated me like I’m an idiot. This is my first pregnancy, so of course I’m going to ask questions, none of which have been answered. Most of the things I’ve learned about pregnancy, I’ve had to learn from google because I only get to sit down with the doctor for about two minutes before I’m rushed out. Dr. Scott is the only one who was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Erika Clark since I became pregnant with my twins in 1999. She is always compassionate and thorough with my care. Seeing her for my annual checkup has become like catching up with an old friend. She always takes time to ask about my family, my job, my other health issues and is great about communicating with my other providers when necessary. I know she's incredibly busy but she always acts like I'm the only patient she'll be seeing all day.

Never again.... doctor Amanda Pak should be fired. Went in with pregnancy symptoms only to be told “you need to stay off google”.... later that day i took my own pregnancy test positive... went back in and seen her she confirmed i could possibly be miscarrying....... save your coins and go else where

I am in the middle of my 3rd pregnancy, each time I’ve had different OB offices and this one was by far the worst. The receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. The billing office never answers their phone when you call (I’ve called at least 4 separate times in the last 20 or so weeks and have never once had them answer) The doctors are condescending and judgmental. Overall would not recommend AT ALL. I’m currently in my 3rd trimester and couldn’t take it anymore and am finding a new office for the remainder of my pregnancy. Update: I have been at a new OB office for almost a month and have sent the necessary forms and requests for my medical records to be sent to the new office. They have ignored me AND the new office staff and have yet to send over my records. My new OB can’t believe how unprofessional they are either.

Call to try and schedule an appointment because this is the office I was referred to and they don’t accept patients pass 20 weeks. I’m nowhere near 20 weeks. Asked the lady that answered the phone for any other offices and she told me to google them. Wow! Unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody. Just plain horrible.

Our insurance deductible was 1k with %100 coverage prenatale. 2 Doctor visits to this office cost $800. Our doctor was Ann Collins. I called the office multiple times to talk to her about an issue, However, She was un-professional and did not return the call. Billing person Jenny is very rude. This place raised red flags when they performed a down syndrome test and billed us 5k ($5000 dollars) for the test then billing says it is between you and the NX-GEN the lab. They even hung up on us numerous times while We were trying to call about this issue. Even office manager was un-professional and did not answer simple questions. Doctor Ann tried to sell us more tests and push more services that we don't need. We went to another OBGyn and been happy since then. If you care about your family stay away from this place.

I have been going here for the past 5 years, and I just received the worst service from the phone triage staff member Mary. I am 20 weeks pregnant, and while explaining something to her, she cut me off and proceeded to fuss at me not knowing my history of migraines. I understand people are sensitive regarding medication while pregnant, but she made me feel ashamed because the doctor did not properly explain to me how the medicine works. I will be switching doctors offices immediately! No patient should be made to feel stupid, and this is not my first poor encounter with her. Maybe she would be better off not answering the phone, or dealing with the public in general!

I have gone to this practice for over 10 years and have been satisfied. I called on Monday to have a prescription refilled and no one ever called me back. I called again on Wednesday and still no response. This is NOT the level of customer service I expect for a loyal customer.

I would give no stars if possible. They made an error on my medical record, now finding out more than once, and they will not correct it. The mistake could affect my insurance and the fact that they see that it's a mistake and won't correct it even worse. BEWARE ladies, pretty sad you can't rely on your own doctors' office to be accurate when it comes to your health!!!!
