My son had an appointment on February 16 Saturday. The office hours says every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month open 8:30am. We waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. No one contacted me to reschedule or to let me know not to come in. I am VERY FUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED. What kind of office is this?

I have been going to Dr. Bessinger's Honolulu office for about 5 years, for various reasons. For the past 2 years, I have been seeing PA Howard to have multiple pre-cancerous spots frozen off. He is great. And the office staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to my best friend!
